I don’t know how it compares price-wise to other services but for us it has been worth every penny.Recently we had an emergency and had to cancel last minute and they were super understanding, rescheduled and waived the fee due to being an unexpected situation. Definitely will stick with them!As for the cleaning itself, I am impressed how clean my house is, I don’t think I’ve ever been able to have it as clean as they leave it once they are done. Just a random detail, they clean my espresso machine without me asking and it just makes my day to have a clean machine in the mornings.

L P: David and the cleaners at Maid in the NW are wonderful, exceptional, thorough and kind as well as responsive. Have had one of his professional cleaners coming for almost two years, and my home is always singing when he leaves. David is very contentious in matching you with the right fit. Definitely don’t hesitate to hire them. Most recently, he and his team turned a very bad situation into a positive one in less than 24 hours of contacting them. He answered my call and even came by to assess my situation within an hour on New Year’s Day. A contractor had failed to put up any sheets or covering, and his flooring machinery malfunctioned-did not catch the saw dust. Every inch of my home except bedrooms and laundry room had sawdust all over it. All of my baby’s stuff was unusable. Two of my alarms broke from all the saw dust and had to be disconnected to stop them from going off every 15 mins. Will be replacing. This situation had me in tears. David and his team came in and did a deep clean of everything. After they left today, I felt restored. I really can’t express my gratitude enough. Before I found them a couple of years ago, I had a hard time finding reliable and thorough cleaners. Maid in the NW is the way to go.

They are very thorough and can really turn a place around, taking something that leaves you thinking you'll have to replace it and getting it looking like new. For example, they can get a shower, that looks like there aren't strong enough chemicals in the world to clean it, looking new using only natural cleaning products.Additionally, they were very responsive in handling a recent larger-than-expected cleaning, where the unit was left in worse shape than anticipated and that exceeded the allocated cleaning time. Running out of time on the first cleaning round, the owner jumped in on very short notice to clean in the rest of the way a couple days later and put in a tremendous amount of detailed cleaning. Lots of confidence when I schedule with MINW.

One woman arrived early & then spent 3 hours scrubbing our old place completely spotless. She even stopped a little early to ask me what I would like her to spend extra time on before our time was up! She was so friendly and diligent, and the woman who booked our appointment was very prompt & professional in her communications as well. They confirmed the service ahead of time & followed up afterward to provide the receipt we requested. We were so pleased with the efficiency & professionalism of this company, & would highly recommend their services to anyone in need!

We tidy up before they come so they can focus on the deep cleaning, but even when we forget the house looks and smells great when they leave. I work at home, so am generally here and it's not disruptive. Usually it's a team of two and they are in and out with all the pre-agreed upon areas completed in no time. They call before each service to remind me that they are coming and the expected time. When I've needed to adjust the schedule, or accommodate for holidays there is no pressure. I'm happy.

Their staff is very quick to respond to my phone calls - always a call back within 24 hours and usually within a couple hours. They call you the day before your appointment to confirm your time slot and several times I've needed to reschedule my day or time slot and they've always been very accommodating. The cleaning staff have all been very polite and considerate. I've never had any issues and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service in the greater Seattle area!
