Lynn: We used Seattle Express to get from the port to the airport. The van was right outside the ship, very easy to find. Driver was very nice. Glad we choose them.
Leon Powell: I just used Seattle Express for the third time and had great results again. They were easy to find near the baggage area to take us to pier 91 for our cruise. After the cruise we were on the shuttle bright and early at 7:30 for our flight back at 11:30. Everything worked out great!

jane cory: On time pick up, driver FaFa, gave us a commentary as we drove thru Seattle, which was interesting. He explained pickup procedure after the cruise as well . Very easy!
Marcy Belles: Excellent service. The porter at the cruise terminal took us straight to the shuttle bus and pointed out who we needed to talk to. Located our name on the reservation list. Pointed us to the correct bus and allowed us on. We left within minutes and was dropped off at the SeaTac hotel where our car was parked. The driver was very friendly and courteous. Cost was the same as what the cruise line would have charged us .

Kelly Bagnall: I dont give reviews very often. But I must give credit where credit is due. Seattle Express has wonderful customer service. I booked by through a third party app. I mistakenly booked the wrong day. I called the third party they said it was beyond the cancellation window and there was nothing they could do about it. Seattle Express called me when they recognized that there wasnt a sailing that matching our info. They not only refunded us but they gave us a discount for the correct day. Dont hesitate to book with them. Thanks so much!
VT: Very affordable and friendly shuttle service!Seattle Express offers transport from airport to cruise terminal or from partner hotel to cruise terminal. $15+fee per person one way. Very easy to book online and timely pick up.Our cruise transfer driver Elvis was very fun and shared trivia about Seattle landmarks as we passed them on our way to the cruise terminal.We also used their free mall shuttle from our hotel which was convenient. Heidi, the driver, was super friendly.Highly recommend this company.Tip: Check their website for list of partner hotels and shuttle times. Note the lists are different depending on if you're looking for free mall shuttle or cruise transfer.

From Jennifer in the office helping me with details, then Raneta & Marisha, shuttle staff to port, giving us a detailed tour on the way to the port, and the bus staff from port to airport picking up the mobility scooter & loading it instead of us having to break it down. Everyone is so congenial & kind. Price is perfect, too. We highly recommend Seattle Express!
