Narinder, a staff person at Office Depot, asked me if I needed help finding anything. So I told him that the ink I needed was out. He looked in the back and found the ink. I wasn’t going to look for someone to ask because I had already assumed there was a product shortage. Narinder came up to me and asked. So I’m going to be able to print the docs I need without waiting more days.

John Adolphsen: Cal was extremely helpful. He saved me so much frustration and confusion. He helped get a new hard drive for my laptop, find exactly the monitor we needed, and he took all of our old electronics we brought in that we wanted to recycle. Cal is awesome and super knowledgeable! He deserves a raise! Definitely coming back here in the future!
Terri Nakamura: I had a photocopier and two printers that we hadn't used in a long time. It was great to be able to take them to RE-PC where they could be reconditioned and sold, or recycled. There is a cart available for loading items, and we were surprised at the easy, seamless experience.

And told me the exact problem. In this case I give 4 stars because I got the service I came in for. Nothing bad to say about anyone here. THIS is the place to GO for anything PC!

Ali Tabler: The printing department assisted me with a last minute Easter surprise 2 days before the holiday. Miles kindly walked me through all options and turned my idea into reality. During pick up, Ke’aira and Raven were absolutely pleasant to chat with while they were finishing up my order. Easter was a success and they all made the process quick and easy. I will definitely be returning after such a positive experience.

Heather: This was my first time using this service. I dropped a weight on my phone at the gym, because of course I did. Appointment was easy to schedule online with easy email confirmations. I did have to reschedule my first appointment, day of, due to a pet emergency and I was able to reschedule online without issue. The technician confirmed arrival time an hour before, was on-time, professional and completed repairs without issue. You can schedule your service at your home or elsewhere which I appreciated.

I appreciate the frequent email notifications about promotions and deals, and the wide range of products makes it easy to find what I need. I prefer using self-checkout at the end, which is quick and convenient, usually taking no more than 3 minutes. While the rewards program is moderate, overall, I highly recommend this store to my friends.

Nick Hardwick: This Target somehow got better ever since the ones in the U District and Ballard closed. Sure some items are behind locked doors, but the store is well staffed and well stocked so you're not waiting for long. Plus it's now full of actual security who can keep the insides safe from the out, so I feel even more safe going than before. If this is how big retail stores are headed in this area, can't say I'm disappointed with the results here.
