Aaron was incredibly kind and patient helping me find everything I needed, and the owner even stopped by to say hello and make sure I was happy. Cleaned, vacuumed, and sanitized!My house is 91 years old! You couldn't tell by looking at it. It's been kept in great condition. But, older houses have nooks and crannies. This is 4th visit under the warranty. The visits are further and further apart. Which tells me every step they take is working! I'm happy I picked attic crew! From Angie in scheduling to all the crews. From insulation removal to follow up visits sealing cracks. Every appointment has been on time and the crews have been respectful!!

They got it all done in 1 day!!! We had another estimate who were more expensive and it would have taken them 3 days! Joey and his crew were professional and kept us updated on every step. We had attic crew do a full redo of insulation and rodent removal a couple of years ago and they were willing to work with us to come recheck things even after our warranty expired.

Their droppings and remains were everywhere, and the insulation beneath the floor was trashed. A friend recommended Attic Crew, and Tom showed up right away and gave me a very professional and thorough estimate. Angie scheduled Joey and his crew for six days later, and the job is done - one week from initial inquiry to completion. They were meticulously neat and respectful of our house, which really matters when you're dealing with bags of old insulation that mice have been living in. Joey walked me through every step of the process, with photos, and I feel like I got true value for the money it cost me. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Well done!

Darrin Mahlum: Very good pricing and easy to work with.They created a plastic tunnel to prevent dust in the house. Caught most dust, but air quality was poor for 24 hours and my wife has asthma so we had planned to vacate the house while it aired out and cleaned all surfaces after just in case. Air is much better now!We had black and white mold plus old insulation and debris from reroofing that spread dust in the house through canned lights not to mention outside smoke. Didn’t quite get all the mold first time, but caught it at the 2 week inspection. Hoping that’s the last of it.

He arrived on time and efficiently introduced himself and explained how he would make the inspection. After he was done with the inspection, he showed us pictures of the ventilation and mold abatement work that had been done. He had found several small additional patches of remaining mold and treated them and showed us video of him doing this work.You have a friendly, professional crew who do very good work—thanks!

I did have to cancel an order once, because the delivery date kept getting pushed back and it was taking over a year to get the item... and it didn't seem like it was ever going to be made/delivered. Good service though, because everything was handled well.

Chas Got the Spins: Anything I could possibly want at any given time is in this store, and even when it isn't, the manager can special order it for me. What else can a record junkie ask for? If you're in Seattle to buy records, this is an essential stop.

Christine Doan: Small but mighty record shop carrying a diverse range of vinyl. It's a hidden gem tucked in a quiet corner street in the Queen Anne neighborhood. Brad was knowledgeable & engaging. Though they didn't have what i looking for in stock, he still recommended a few nearby record stores to check out, which i appreciate. We had a good conversation on music & live shows. For fans of the Everly Bros., you're in for a treat. They have many of their essential records that are hard to come by. Will definitely visit again in the future.

They worked an extra long day and navigated some unexpected issues with care & expert support. They even fixed a broken stair on my front porch without any ask! Who does that?! It was such a sweet little surprise. They left the work area very clean and were communicative at every step of the process.Diego’s team came and completed the job on day two and left the place looking awesome.I hope that no one has this type of issue in their home, but if you do - I would whole heartedly recommend Super Attic for any needs you have. Rhonda Bush: We had Attic Projects clean out and insulate an attic space. I was impressed with their promptness, they were well organized, friendly and did a good job. We had electrical work done between the clean out and the insulation installation and Attic Projects worked with us to adjust the schedule as needed.

Jim Nyberg: he spent 35 minutes longer than the other 2 companies and performed additional tests i.e. moisture readings, when he was done he could not find any mold, moisture readings normal and ventilation was working. The contractor we know inspected our attic and found exactly what Aaron of Attic Projects found—no mold or venting issues, therefore no correction work needed. I would highly recommend Aaron at Attic Projects, he is honest, though, professional and if he can’t find anything wrong he tells you. If I have Attic or crawl space issues I will call Aaron at Attic Projects.

Tim Exton: The good about Attic Projects are the people and the quality of their work. The not-so-good was the poor communications.Recommended by a realtor acquaintance, Attic Projects were quick off the block, sending their estimator/project manager, Mason, to price an overhaul of our crawlspace and attic. Great to work with, Mason was my go to guy all through the process.The crawlspace crew arrived first, led by Jesse. Another really personable worker who was easy to work with. Everything was going smoothly until the work stopped, then after my wife and I came back from running errands, in the early afternoon, the crew had left early, with no word as to why, and the work we'd been told would be done on Day 1 unfinished. A quick phone call was all I needed. On the second day the crawlspace door was replaced - a nicely shingled door taken away and a particle board put in its place. I didn't find out until much later that the particle board door was temporary. The crawlspace issues were addressed when the attic crew arrived a few days later. Manny did a bang-up job on the door, and Alan/Cameron did a lovely job in the attic.I would not hesitate to recommend Attic Projects but they need to do two things re. communications.First, send an appointment confirmation e-mail for all days of work. Secondly, make sure your people all know about the importance of good communications with the client. It will save so much trouble for everyone!The communications hiccups are why I made this a 4-star review, rather than 5-star. Like I said, the quality of work was very good indeed, and the warranty really provides peace of mind.
