I had them add some stuff not covered in the initial estimate, AND they made a winch cover for me with the scraps AND they didn't charge for any of the extra work! I'll be back for another soon. Glen Cramer: I purchased shades from the Shade Store in 2019. Since then I have recommended the store to many people. Recently one of my shades stopped, so I plugged it in to recharge the battery. This has happened once before in the four years, so I thought I knew what I was doing. I got a green light on the plug indicating the battery was fully charged, but it still would not move. I called the help number and they scheduled an appointment for an installer to come and fix the problem. He arrived and asked for my plug in and remote and plugged it in and it worked. I felt like and idiot since I apparently hadn't correctly done this although I had in the past. The installer went out of his way to not make me feel bad, even stating that sometimes the plug comes lose and trying to assure me it wasn't my fault, even though I knew it was. This is only a small reason why the Shade Store is such a pleasure to do business with and why I will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks about my shades.
Michael Gostintsev: DuVonne was knowledgeable, detail oriented and extremely helpful in the selection of roller shades and drapes for the home. All logistics such as measurement and installation were pre-communicated and well executed. I highly recommend The Shade Store and will use them again!
Brent Standlee: Our work with DuVonne Preisler at the Bellevue Shade Store was a great experience all the way around. From the sales perspective, she provided detailed and professional guidance that helped us achieve the design and look that we were after. Even with the challenges of the installation team, DuVonne was right there to ensure her customers were represented and taken care of. I would highly recommend her for others looking for the best design and sales of products from The Shade Store. I would however highlight the need to up level the output and work from the installation team. There were quite a few challenges with the install that needed 3 visits to finally rectify. Again however as I stated above, DuVonne was right there to ensure the final product and our satisfaction was complete.

Wei Zhou: Zalak Shah is professional and very responsive. When I visited the shade store the first time, she tried her best to meet with what I need. I really love the drapery ,it looks really fancy, and worths the price. the set-up also is fast. I also have some shades installed, one of the shades’ chain is broken, I reached out to Zalak, and got a replacement soon after it. I would recommend the shade store.
Chris: 1st, they were open vs. using Covid as an excuse to force clients to make an appointment to visit showroom. 2nd, quality is significantly higher than the Hunter Douglas product we replaced. 3rd they allowed me to install the blinds myself, avoiding additional costs. 4th, shipped to my door in short order. Finally, They are not low cost, but truly offer value for money overall.

Dana not only responded, but we also personally spoke on the phone twice and emailed back and forth with prompt responses. She was absolutely amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable of her field and gave me exactly what I wanted for my yurt design. I cannot recommend her, or Rainier Yurts enough. Truly top notch.

The plans provided for platform construction were just what we needed to prepare the deck for tent cottage assembly. The engineering and design is thoughtful, and the parts supplied are of the highest quality. The entire team at Rainier was responsive when we had questions about some of the more complicated aspects of cottage assembly. We are relatively handy and skilled at basic construction and were able to do 100% of the platform, cottage assembly, deck and stair building as a family DIY project. The finished structure is simply delightful and amazing. SO HAPPY to have found Rainier Industries and feel confident that we are enjoying one of the finest glamping cottages or custom yurts available anywhere. Thank you Rainier Outdoors for helping us realize our vacation cottage dreams!
Gary Smith: We bought our 30' Eagle yurt from Rainier in 2005 and it has served as a real refuge for us ever since. We moved to Vermont in 2015 and brought our yurt with us. We lived in it full-time for two years while we built our house. We loved living in our Rainier yurt so much that we designed and built a round house that is very yurt like. We have been exceptionally pleased with our Eagle yurt. It is incredibly well engineered and designed. The craftsmanship and materials are of the highest quality and the customer service is top notch. I cannot praise them highly enough.
Anil Devnani: We purchased a yurt from Rainier back in 2006 and it was time to replace the roof, side walls, and dome. Dana was awesome in helping us navigate the process, which included changes to the window dimensions and design and fabrication of custom privacy covers for the picture windows.
