You learn and get work, but you definitely won't get call backs if you don't listen to the instructions. self taping and auditions are important. Most who are sayin scams, I bet they don't have proper lighting, background, headshots, etc. these are important things that agents and directors look for but ppl expect a iphone headshot and recording a self tape in their bathroom will make them stars overnight. Majority of your success is on you, but Seattle Talent will definitely prepare you for it all!
