I had a few off putting experiences with agencies in Los Angeles and this really put me off to applying with one again, until I found Starling and Diane. She explained how they worked and it was her response to my question about my sister in law that really brought it home. My sister in law is a single mother of two, one is too young for school yet so she has been stuck at her job for years, because she needs a job, but she can't afford child care.
