Miwa Fukumoto: The Red Ballon Company has such a variety of balloons and they did a great job with selection and delivery. I needed the balloons to stay up for a couple of days prior to the event and they added higher helium that made the balloons stay up for longer days. Neil helped me in the store to pick out some balloons and made them into this lovely cascade bouquet to not take up too much space of the view. They had a wonderful delivery service as well since all those balloons would have not fit in my car! Will be working with them again in the future!

Unnati Joon: My fiance proposed to me on a Seattle Balloon ride on 7/27! It was the most amazing experience BUT even though he gave them a heads up on this being a proposal ride and specially took the photo package our captain took 0 photos of the proposal itself. It was so disappointing. We reached out to them over email to give them this feedback and never heard back. Extremely disappointed on their lack of service on such a special day for us.Update :We received several messages from them post this review. Apparently there was a miss in uploading the proposal video which they added now. They refunded our photo package as well.Updating my review to 5 stars because the issue has been addressed very promptly from them. Thank you!
