I can't imagine life now without some of my favorites - Rizzmic with Melain, ballet and jazz with Kim and Megan, barre with Alysia and Steven, contemporary with Angie ... you can't go wrong with any class here. All the instructors are wonderful. I started mainly with barre and Rizzmic and now I'm trying all kinds of new forms of dance and loving every moment.
Christina: I am taking Intro to Ballet and it is so fun and approachable even with no experience. Also the instructor has a great energy and good stories. I hope to keep learning ballet here!
Heather McCall: The Studio is a fantastic place for adult casual dance lessons. I'm a tap fan, myself, but they offer hip hop, ballet, and exercise dance classes like Rizzmic. Highly recommended if you're looking for dance/exercise classes!

I began working at Eastside Dance in August of 2021, and have genuinely loved every minute of it. Molly truly cares about the well-being of her staff both inside and outside of the studio. She's curious about her staff's personal interests, and provides opportunities for professional and creative growth. She has cultivated a wonderful community of dancers, families, and employees.

I initially found this dance studio when looking for summer camps for my daughter and my niece and decided to try it based on the overwhelming positive reviews raving about Molly and the morale of the studio that she has cultivated. I am so happy that we decided to give it a try. My daughter and niece loved the hip-hop camp they attended and my niece has continued with their Fall dance program and is both thriving in dance but receives so much support and encouragement that has been so special and has had a ripple affect in all areas of her life. The staff here are professional and super friendly. They want to help u to improve in a way that u r comfortable with. It has a very healthy learning environment where I can explore myself and do not worry about being a perfect dance. Classmates are respectful. Just the love the vibe!

It's all about technique, fun,and making sure we do things safely and correctly. Fangsheng Xu: I had two private lessons and have been going to its group classes for a few months. I’m here to have fun and develop a new hobby, and Aria ballroom is a great place to be! The staffs and instructors are friendly and professional and the learning environment is encouraging and fun!

Tracey Taverner: We loved doing dance lessons at Aria to prepare for our first dance at our wedding. We were thrilled to work with Wotjek, who turned out to be the perfect instructor for us as total beginners. He's professional and talented, and works with us to choreograph a simple but beautiful dance. He even edited our song to slow down the music and get to the chorus faster. He taught us great tips to stay on the music and remember where we were in the song so that we didn't miss the ending dip. We'd recommend doing dance lessons at Aria and specifically working with Wotjek.
Maryam Rouhfar: What an outstanding studio with a talented team professional dancers! My then fiancé and I chose this studio and were paired up with Anna to help us design and learn a routine for our wedding. We had a total of about 6 lessons. Anna was incredible! She taught us moves,Rhythm and to follow and lead with ease. Neither of us are professional dancers nor even regular dancers in any shape or form, but after six lessons we felt and looked like people who have moves! The team is really good at instructing, timing, and steps. Anna choreographed our entire song by just listening to the music a few times. They are incredibly talented.On our wedding day my husband and I started a little late in the song but we were able to pick it up exactly in the place where we needed to be, this is a testament to how graceful the choreographed moves were and how diligent Anna was with helping us practice and count the beats! Jenna Simone: husband and I took first dance lessons at Aria Ballroom and we had a great time! Neither of us have any ballroom experience and at first I was little intimated about it. We ended up having so much fun and I’m really happy with our first dance. I feel like our instructor did an excellent job of making the foxtrot accessible to us novices. I had no reason to feel intimidated! Even after the wedding, I've been thinking of going back and taking some of their other lessons because I had such a great time. I would highly recommend Aria Ballroom!

I take private lessons mainly from Simeon. A former successful professional dancer, Simeon is very knowledgeable and experienced teaching ballroom/latin to students across all ages. Further, he's very kind, responsible, and supportive of students. Two months learning from him, I have probably covered the materials that other studios I used to go would teach me in 1-2 years...If you are truly passionate about ballroom/Latin, and want to find a good, professional studio, Aria is the place to go!

Neelkamal Patalay: My daughter was in a bollywood dance school for 5 years earlier. When we switched states - I knew I was not looking for a run of the mill dance teacher for her. At first the search was a bit overwhelming since the greater Seattle area seemed to be teeming with dance schools - it was very confusing. That is - until I saw the videos by PCIPA. There was no doubt in my mind then - Prashanthi is in a league by herself - it was crystal clear. She is at a whole another level ! Some of her choreographed performance videos - they are like sheer poetry. I was actually so nervous when my daughter was giving her audition to be selected. I wanted it for my daughter so much. After joining PCIPA too - it was clear that this is where I see the most growth potential for my daughter. She has joined both Kuchipudi and Bollywood and in the short time her movements have become more defined and sharper. Prashanthi lives and breathes dance - that much is apparent. She also is incredibly patient and gives a wide leeway to each student to express themselves individually. We could not be happier - my friends' are unanimous in their praise too that Prashanthi's choreography is miles apart. My daughter is enjoying herself, she loves Shanthi and I consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have found PCIPA.
Anu Kannepalli: PCIPA is one of the best dance schools I have put my child in. Prashanthi is very patient, creative, and passionate about dance. The studio and the programs she run are wonderful and the assistants are also very capable. PCIPA is very professional and is one of the best things you can enroll your kids into. My daughter thoroughly enjoys dancing and learning with Prashanthi and never wants to miss a day. Prashanthi teaches dance as if it is her life and embeds it into everything she does.

She has students who are continuing to learn from her for many years now. The rock star team is simply superb. Prashanthi gives dance opportunity to new comers thru auditions. She includes good dancers into her rock star team. She also gives opportunity to parents to volunteer during her show. We are so happy to be her students and blessed with a very good teacher. My daughter loves dancing and wants to be student of Prashanthi for many years to come.

Jennifer Mendelson: My teenager and I have had a wonderful experience taking adult beginning ballet at ADI in Greenwood. Gifted teacher, sweet students, welcoming studio. Couldn't be better! We are having a great time!
Brenna Pink Pampena: We love American Dance Institute. My daughter has been taking classes here for many years. She started in ballet, but is now in modern and hip hop. The teachers are fantastic. Dedicated and talented. I highly recommend this studio.
Laura Ingrao: Great spot for adult dance classes! I love that it’s one of the few spots that offers shuffling classes. I wish more people knew about them having shuffle so there could be more advanced sessions as well as the beginner.
Louisa Peck: I enjoyed ballet classes at ADI way back in the 1980s when I took my body's abilities for granted, but I also returned there in my 50s to revive my skills. The atmosphere was perfect for me. I got encouragement and expert guidance, but what I most remember is my excitement when a teacher told me I belonged in the intermediate class! I hope to go back to ADI in my 60s and try some jazz dance.

Pearl White: Just took a contemporary class with Angie, and I was just so impressed with how welcoming of a space it was. She is by far one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. She teaches a TRUE beginners class. All too often I see teachers moving too quickly in beginner classes or assuming students have dance background and know terminology. Angie starts from the very beginning. Very impressed.

Alex Olson: Had my daughter’s 3rd birthday here, and it was great. The staff is SO accommodating and nice. One person helped us load presents into the car, and they were just so friendly with the kids. They handled 12 energetic toddlers amazingly. Would definitely recommend for a fun birthday party for kids!

Nicole Olson: Century Ballroom is Wonderful. I love all of the instructors, the classes, the socials, the tin table, the environment encouraged and maintained by instructors and students alike. Parking around the area is sometimes difficult, but the Capitol Hill light rail station is nearby! It's a nice area, very walkable, and it's lovely to open the windows in the ballroom to get fresh air. Great people, great drinks, great classes and a great environment!

Sierra Joy: I danced a ton when I was younger and have been meaning to find adult classes that would challenge me and to a point I was comfortable with. I took a couple classes over the summer as this studio had many options available for different styles and difficulties and I had a great time, the instructors were friendly and helpful and it was a very welcoming environment!

Dennis Landmesser: This was my first online class with Dakota Crist. I found her to be a caring teacher with exceptional skill. Her corrections were meaningful and immediately applicable. Dakota asked about injuries which was important to me with an overuse injury to me knee. I also need to rave about the quality of the production. Sound, lighting, camera angles were skillfully set. Transmission was flawless. I've had several years of online classes with technical problems that just eat-up the flow of the class and any enthusiasm the teacher was working so hard to inspire. American Dance Institute nailed it!

I loved how Dakota incorporated exercises that helped the kids learn about spacial thinking, narrative thinking, character, and time. My daughter got a strong foundation in dance and had a lot of fun.

Maria Blizniukova: My 4 y o daughter has just enrolled into twinkle stars program after the trial lesson. She loved the teacher and dancing. All children are always occupied and there are group exercises for example when they dance together in a circle which my daughter loves. The tutu costume is the additional benefit. If we had enough time we would add the second class a week.
