He made me feel comfortable asking questions about my breast augmentation and asked me what results I wanted. When I told him I wanted a dramatic change he said that we can definitely do that. I wanted to go as large as possible because I know I have a large frame. He said we could use the saline 800cc implant and fill it to 960cc.The procedure was explained to me so well that I felt completely confident in my decisions by the time of the surgery.The surgery went well as planned. They sent me home prepared with all medications and an after sugery garment. I came back the next day to be checked out and everything looked great. The same at the next couple check in appointments.I am now at 3 months post op. and couldn't be happier with my results. When I look in the mirror they look so natural! I've had various treatments over the course of almost a decade, including Botox by Dr Jodie for many years, and most recently some filler for the first time which I am very happy with! She is very good at subtle but impactful treatments. I also just like her a lot, very down to earth and professional.Years ago, I had a laser treatment by an esthetician. They zapped an age spot that stayed away for many years. Fast forward to today, I just had a consult with an esthetician who was super nice and did not pressure me about procedures, and she even removed a little zit thing on the fly - was very kind! I plan to book a BBL treatment with her this fall.I've been to a few medi-spas and also receive similar services at my dermatologist, and I like CosMedic because it's not overly "spa" nor overly "medical" it's just the right amount of neither or both. They are all always on time for appointments!I highly recommend!

Christie Kay: Real, unsolicited review! Like all of us… We have choices… So many choices, it is hard to pick! STOP LOOKING! I’m driving almost 3 hours to visit Dr. Kevin! I won’t go anywhere else again. I highly recommend him and this company. Not only did I feel welcome and incredibly comfortable… I am absolutely in love with the outcome.I don’t have a ton of experience with this but I’m not new to the industry either. I’ve had Botox and filler done twice now. I recently went to someone in Seattle and she was good. I liked her but… I couldn’t get in with her on a day that worked for my schedule. So, I started looking around for someone else that provided the same product. I searched who offered RHA 4 filler because that’s what I had done in my cheeks and LOVED it. Apparently, there are not a lot of people that offer this product. It’s pretty new. Luckily, I stumbled across this company. They offered the filler I wanted and they were able to get me in on a Friday…. and get me in fairly quickly. I wanted the fillers to come and go at the same rate. Not have months in between. I was terrified to do it… it’s not as simple as other fillers I’ve had done. I can’t even tell you how happy I am with it. I’m happy with the results and I was really happy with the appointment. I had a question shortly after and within moments had a response. Everyone wants to look younger and get it done right. Dr. Kevin definitely knows how to make that happen. Christina Gerber: I thought I already wrote a review and shame on me now that see I did not! I had a pretty bad face laceration on my lower lip, went to the ER for stitches, and had a hard time finding a doctor that deals with face lacerations in all of Seattle. My PCP suggested I find a plastic surgeon, which I was very hesitant on doing due to the cost, but I was in pain, worried about the potential scar, not to mention my self esteem was way down. I contacted many and was turned down by everyone except Dr Ridgway. Arielle Jendruh: If you’re a parent of littles, this may not be the clinic for you. I struggled out of the house after juggling my newborn and toddler and was set to arrive right on time for my appointment. When something unexpected happened on my route, and Google Maps predicted a 10 minute delay for my commute to the office, I gave them a courtesy call to let them know. I had already been driving for 45 minutes with my newborn in tow, and they cancelled my appointment because another patient’s appointment was scheduled 10 minutes after mine. I wish I hadn’t given them the courtesy call because they didn’t show the same courtesy back! What a waste of the morning and so much unneeded stress that I now need to repeat later this week. If the appointments are spaced this closely, they should tell all patients to show up 15 minutes before their appointments. I really like Dr. Greene but this was a really frustrating experience, which is making me rethink if it’s the right clinic for me during this season of life.Update:I do want to share that my visit with Dr. Greene and his team later in the week was very pleasant, and I appreciated how he provided me additional consultation beyond the initial purpose of my visit. He offered new strategies for caring for my postpartum skin and he shared that he previously worked as a pediatric dermatologist at Seattle Children’s. I am still frustrated by the earlier problem with traffic causing my appointment to be cancelled, but this is still the best clinic to go to if you want to glow. Another dermatologist I saw at one time mentioned that Dr. Greene is the best in the region.

My concerns and questions are always answered unlike all other dermatologists dr.Greene l leaves room for valid concerns and is open to discussion altering plans for clearing skin within the comforts of the patient and giving gentle pushs on what he recommends best. I have gotten a wonderful laser treatment for under-eye veins and am in process of clearing post acne scarring.I referred my husband and he too was very pleased that the dr.actually took time with him took culture to establish reason for this scalp breakout and listened to all of his concerns with carefully customized plan of action. For as long as you speak up about ALL your concerns, you should get a wonderful science backed experience.

Caroline Plummer: I saw Dr. Greene today for some skin concerns on my face. He and his entire staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and collaborative patient care. Dr. Greenberg recommended a biopsy to rule out a skin cancer diagnosis, not knowing that their clinic does not accept my insurance. When he found out that they did not accept my insurance, he asked me to come back to his office for a consultation and he spent a considerable amount of time telling me what procedure I may need and gave me names of Dermatologists he trusts to do a specialized procedure, and who may take my insurance. Certainly above and beyond. I highly recommend Dr. Greenberg. He truly cares about his patients.

Chi Trinh: I have been a patient at the clinic since Oct 2022. I first went in for a consultation on acne treatment. Dr. Green was kind and patient in explaining all treatment options to me, and let me make my own decision what treatment I was comfortable with. Fast forward 10 months, my face is clear of acne and my skin actually looks good. I have visited two other dermatologists in seattle but nothing they prescribed for my skin worked, so I am very happy and grateful for the results I attained at this clinic.Now, while Dr. Green and my aesthetician, Amanda, have been really great, I have feedback to give to the front desk team. I was booked to come in at 11AM on a Thursday to get my second microneedling session done. I had to take the morning off from work knowing the appointment would take between one and one and a half hour to get my skin numbed and microneedling done. At 10:50AM, while I was driving to my appointment, I received a call from the clinic that they only scheduled me for an hour and "for some reason" did not account for the time it would take to get my skin numbed. They asked if I already had my skin numbed at home because they had another patient at 12:00PM, and if I did not have my skin numbed, I need to return at 1:00PM to get the procedure done. I obviously couldn't return at 1 since I already took the morning off work and had meetings in the afternoon to attend. I had no numbing cream, received no numbing instructions prior to the appointment, so I was puzzled what led the front desk to make that assumption. Then I made a U-turn and drove back home, wasting an hour driving.I am fully understanding sometimes hiccups happen and no operation can be perfect. However, I could have gotten this call at 10AM that morning, not 10 minutes before the appointment. Now as I recount this story, I don't understand why they were fine with rescheduling my appointment but not the 12:00pm appointment which happened later and the patient probably did not leave their house yet.I just hope they are more respectful of my time.
