Cascade Bicycle Club: what do users think?

David Sailors: We are so impressed with this bike club we wanted to help get the word out. My wife and I signed up for our first ever event at CBC Gray Harbor and Long Beach lite Tours last week. The club is very well organized, happy helpful support group, good routes, great support on the road, plenty of rest stops and just an enjoyable group of people. We highly recommend the rides/tours this group puts on! We will come back again to ride some of their longer tours!

Greg Skyles: Good organization and are a strong advocate for cyclist. Well connected in the community and are good at getting things done for the betterment of cycling. Membership is worth every penny and I encourage you to join and ride. You'd be surprised who is behind those sunglasses and under that helmet.

Andy Mayberry: Great people lots of fun on the ride

Colin Maloney: They put on amazing events and do really important advocacy for bike and pedestrian infrastructure.

Dr. Atalie Ashley West: Cannot say enough lovely things about this bike shop and the quality of their events. If you're ever in the Seattle-Tacoma area, definitely give them a shout for all your road bike needs/desires

Peter Breyfogle: A great organization.

John Verrilli: Great bike rides

Lisa Nakamura: Amy K helped me regain my confidence about bike riding. Would definitely recommend these lessons! Thank you, Amy!

Marc Means: Still a great organization.

Cristina M Honles: Visit this place daily. Great fun riding bikes around Magnusson Park

Penny Bell: They provide a class for adults to learn to ride a bike. Very kind and helpful instructors.

City Cycle: what do users think?

Christy Renee: Fun, energetic class with an awesome playlist!

Kelly Perry: I love this studio! The owner is my favorite instructor. The energy is always great and I love the music they play. The community is amazing!

Al Bowman: Best cycle studio in Seattle! Me and my son always work out here together and it’s awesome because the works outs work for both of our different skill levels. You can go all out or take it at your own pace. The amenities are really nice in the bathrooms and the studio is always clean. They offer free towels which is great because other places charge for them. The instructors always make the experience very approachable which I appreciate!

Sheri Bowman: This cycling studio is always great! It’s super clean and the staff is always welcoming and nice. The workouts are great for all skill levels because you can pick your own bike and follow along at your own pace. I highly recommend working out here!

Allyson DiAnna: Where do I even begin? City Cycle has completely revolutionized my relationship with fitness. Coming from someone who has always struggled with their body and confidence, City Cycle’s team and instructors have all been so welcoming, loving, relatable, and kind. After retiring from being a ballerina my whole childhood, I didn’t understand fitness, gyms, etc. It was all so intimidating and scary. After 5 years in Seattle, finding this community changed my life, and my relationship with fitness couldn’t be better. If you like music, concerts, raves, high energy, and/or community, I highly recommend the classes here. I cannot get nearly as good of a workout on my own in a quiet gym, if you like rhythm riding this is the place! Some of my favorite instructors I recommend for beginners and experts alike are James B., Ali Wall, Katie P., Alicia Rice, Mario, and Carena! However, I think I’ve had the pleasure to meet them all now and can recommend every member of the team!

Maddie Malach: When I first moved to Seattle, I lived in the apartments above City Cycle and decided to give the cycling studio downstairs a try. I’m so glad I did! That decision truly changed my life. Over the past 5 years, I’ve found community, friends, and a new passion for fitness. The workouts are challenging, but tons of fun. Spin classes in general can be really intimidating for new riders, but City Cycle is so welcoming and riders can feel free to make the workout their own.The choreography makes class a party and I love working through new combos on the bike. It’s a challenge for both the mind and body, and feels amazing when I hit the choreo just right.Love, love, love City Cycle and the people there.

Sara Blackmur: My absolute favorite studio. The classes are fun, inclusive and challenging.

Hannah Fredericksen: This place is THE place for a fun, challenging, and welcoming group workout class! From the front desk staff, to the fellow riders and the instructors, you won’t find a nicer crew. Lots of fitness studios tout that they are a community but I had never experienced that connection until I started riding at City Cycle. They walk the talk! I have City Cycle to thank for so many friends that I see beyond the studio. Whether or not you have hundreds of cycle rides under your belt or are brand new to indoor cycling, you are welcome here and will get a rewarding, heart-pumping workout! See you in class!

Meagan Freeman: City Cycle is the best cycle studio in Seattle. The classes are fun, the staff is welcoming and the studio is always clean. Lauren is amazing, when I take one of her classes I know I’m going to get a great workout and have fun doing it.

David Greenberg: Great classes. Staff is wonderful. Good location. I agree with all the other five star reviews.

Jeffrey Price: City Cycle is an absolute gem in the heart of North Seattle! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an incredible fitness experience. The instructors are not only knowledgeable and motivating but also create an energizing and supportive environment. Their passion for fitness is contagious, making every class an exciting journey. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cycler the variety of classes caters to all fitness levels, keeping each session dynamic and engaging with "ride to the music" criteria. The studio itself is immaculate and well-maintained, with top-notch equipment and amenities. The attention to detail in creating a comfortable and stylish space truly enhances the overall experience. What sets City Cycle apart is the sense of community they've fostered. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the camaraderie among fellow spin enthusiasts adds an extra layer of enjoyment to every class. If you're looking for a fitness haven that combines effective workouts with a positive and inclusive atmosphere, City Cycle Spin Studio is the place to be. Kudos to the entire team for consistently delivering a five-star experience! I can't recommend it enough.

Elise Gronewald: Lauren is an awesome instructor, classes are always fun! The studio is always clean and well maintained. Great place for a cycle class.

Rachel Bryan: , all stellar!!! The workouts are efficient and fun! First thing I do after leaving class with a big grin on my face is put one of their complimentary, chilled lavender towels on the back of my neck

Kate Sandys: Gorgeous studio! Such a welcoming staff and a killer workout. My favorite cycle studio I’ve ever been to, hands down!

Alison Wall: As a member of the City Cycle community the past 5 years, I can truly say there is no place like it in Seattle. Fitness can be intimidating, and the environment is crucial to an individuals success - and CC has mastered this. Everyone is welcoming, no matter your experience in fitness or indoor cycling.Additionally - it's local and female owned. The owner Lauren is an amazing community leader, and even instructor herself.Couldn't recommend this place more!

Katie Anderson: The best place for community, fitness, and rhythm riding! Lauren has the best playlists and energy and I never regret showing up for myself by going to City Cycle💚

Alicia Rice: City Cycle is the best studio in Seattle!! The classes are fun with great music & cool lighting. Also the community is so welcoming and supportive. Definitely recommend taking a class here!
