Fin Orca: Didn't have any food there so I can't really rate. Had my first ever shot of whiskey here and I can say that my first time drinking whiskey will forever be remembered at a gay bar in Seattle. Of course straight men, proceed with caution because you'll either be discriminated or kicked out unfortunately. Otherwise, give this bar a shot! Totally worth it!

Matt Perrone: Shingletown is a country themed bar on Market in the downtown Ballard area. It's known for the indoor theme, hay on the floor, country music and a younger crowd. The staff here are great, super friendly and quick with drinks. They have karaoke some nights. At night, past 11, they are usually packed with a line to get in. Overall a fun place to come drink if you are OK being around a younger crowd shoulder to shoulder.

Everything clearly made from scratch and fresh. even thou we were stuffed full half way through our meals we had to keep eating it was just that good. Robert Stephens: This was one of the first bars I ever went to in Seattle back in the day and while some things have changed, the whimsy of the Unicorn remains. The food was the best kind to pair with a lot of drinking with wonderfully breaded strips and fries and the staff were understanding, welcoming and willing to cut off people if they got too rowdy or belligerent. I keep coming back for the entertainment and I stay for the community.Parking: Good luck finding decent parking on Cap Hill. Take the light Rail and walk if you can help it.

Eddie Cruz: love coming here for brunch and i'm normally eating their breakfast tacos with veggie meat. VERY filling. SUCH delicious bloody mary's. the staff is phenomenal, attentive, and engaging. when i come here, i love seeing Noah cuz he's very industrious and mindful in the way he approaches his tables. overall i'm so grateful that this place exists and it's always at the top of my mind for breakfast in cap hill.

The vibe is more casual. I saw a group get turned away because one did not have their ID and I felt bad.About the server, our service was fine. I think we were judged for not getting drinks but aside from that we had no problems. I’m giving 4 stars cause the food was super good but deducting a point based on immaturity from the owner’s comments in other reviews. A little professionalism would be nice.
