Joshua Potratz: Fantastic one day tour! Excellent travel option if you have a day to spare. Don’t worry about walking too much! Our tour guide Ken, had options for folks that didn’t wanna move a ton & true explorers! He answered all our questions since we were traveling to the west coast for the first time. He was very knowledgeable of the old growth ecosystem that was Mt. Rainier. He also added his own touches & flair of history & dry humor! Additionally, he adequately accommodated international travelers that were on the bus with us!
Sonia Fernandez: The tour was great. Bryan was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun. He was right, we did learn a lot about Seattle
Kathleen Karcher: Our tour director Ken was friendly and knowledgeable. Introduced himself and gave a description of his background. He gave us the history of the city of Seattle and also touched up on current events. Pointed out many iconic buildings, arenas,etc. His priority was his guests,making sure we were comfortable. Providing two 20 minute stops for restroom and snack breaks. Great tour.
Emily Hemsworth: I had the grandest time on the Seattle City Tour with Ken. We had a weekday morning tour and it was more relaxed and stress-free. It gave me a good lay-of-the-land look of the city so I can prioritize what to visit afterwards. I loved his humor and how he made us all at ease. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Jaclyn Smith: and he was wonderful at getting the beautiful backgrounds, perfectly captured. You can tell he has done this many times and has perfected his craft. We could not recommend north west tours more if you have one day in Seattle before you board the cruise ship, they’ll make sure you see everything you need to see a clean, comfortable vehicle and you don’t have to worry about transportation at all.

tik otaganonta: While lasting just 2 hours, our Seattle city tour with Chuck was informative & entertaining. He cracked jokes, making use of props, map & music, etc. When our daughter got carsick from winding roads, he stopped the minivan for restroom break. He also made time for another daughter to spend a little time climbing up the troll under the bridge. He was also kind to her guide dog.I highly recommend his city tour.

Vandana Kajale: My 11 yr old left her phone in one of Beeline's buses while traveling on a school organized sports event. When I contacted Jenn for help she immediately took action. The driver from that trip was not available at the time so she herself searched the buses that had transported the kids and located the lost phone. She called me back without any delay and also arranged to get it to me through one of their bus drivers who was scheduled to be around my area yesterday evening. My daughter is so relieved to have her iPhone back, all thanks to Jenn. She went above and beyond to resolve the situation. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

David Schott: It is not quite fair for me to rate this company....because I have worked for them since 2018 doing hotel to cruise ship and cruise ship to hotel and airport transfers. What I can share as an insider is that they care very much about their performance and tend to be highly rated by customers concerning price vs service. They serve the SeaTac/Tukwilla area to the cruise ships but not to and from other places. You may have to find other transportation to your cruise ship if you are not in the SeaTac or Tukwilla hotels area.When you come off your cruise ship, you can be taken to SeaTac Airport, SeaTac and Tukwilla area hotels or to the car rental facility near SeaTac Airport.
CATHRYN GRIFFITHS: I rarely write reviews except for exceptional service and I have to say that is what we received from Beeline! Jenn who I booked with was fantastic friendly and courteous and made the booking process easy! Our trip was for a family Christmas in Leavenworth and she kept me updated and reassured regarding the weather and roads. Jim was our driver there and back and was a consummate professional - so patient and helpful with all our luggage so skillful in his driving on sometimes treacherous roads. Can’t recommend enough ! Thanks Beeline for making our travels memorable !
Michael Werth: Joe Imholt with Beeline was an absolute champion of a driver. Despite the narrow streets around our school, Joe was able to navigate to the exact location where we wanted our students to get on the bus. He was extremely kind and friendly toward our students, and was flexible when delays came up. Joe made it a point to return some of the belongings our students had left behind a few days after our game. All in all, I am extremely grateful for beeline charters and tours helping us get to and back from our game.

Mary Matthews: had purchased a roundtrip ticket to Pier 91 in Seattle and returning to a hotel of our choice or the airport. However the hotel should have been an airport hotel. Ours wasn't. Tom Guenther: I had a fantastic experience with Beeline! The booking was easy, the invoicing was quick, and Jenn's communication from the office was friendly and efficient. Finally, driver Gary did a wonderful job transporting 45 high school kids and 11 adults across the state and into Idaho. He was easygoing, patient, and nonjudgmental when we had to change our plans. Dante Volpini: We got TJ as a guide, and he was very informative and very funny! The tour lasted about an hour and a half, and we were hooked the whole time. Definitely recommend trying the tour if you get the opportunity.

I would say that this tour is not very handicap assessable ,there are many stairs and uneven walkways so that may be a consideration for individuals. Christina T: My dad and I had a great time. The ride was fairly smooth, it I’m super sensitive to motion and took motion sickness meds anyway, and I was fine. The ride stays all in the Harbour and doesn’t go far from town, but beautiful views of downtown Seattle. We also went next to the large container ships.
