I was in for a small print job of 3 or so prints and he was very accommodating throughout the whole process of getting the print file received and prepped for the best quality print we could get. We had to go through a few iterations of color correction when the physical prints didn't turn out as intended, but Michael was very patient in following my adjustment requests. When we got to the desired product, I wasn't charged for the service, saying that the transaction fee would be higher than the amount for the print job themselves 😂 And I even got to take home a few extra finals, too. TT: Located inside the Westin Hotel. In the United States, you can't basically go to a convenience store and print something like you can in Japan, so being able to print quickly was a big help.

Nancy Samuels: The ink I needed was gone from the shelf so I assumed they didn’t have it. Costco didn’t sell my ink. The Amazon source I checked was also out, so I was disappointed. Narinder, a staff person at Office Depot, asked me if I needed help finding anything. So I told him that the ink I needed was out. He looked in the back and found the ink. I wasn’t going to look for someone to ask because I had already assumed there was a product shortage. Narinder came up to me and asked. So I’m going to be able to print the docs I need without waiting more days.
