Regent Bakery & Cafe: what do users think?

Ly Vu: Regent Bakery & Cafe has its ups and downs. Parking's a pain, and the place feels a bit gloomy. But the staff? They're absolute gems—super friendly and helpful. Now, let's talk sweets. Their black forest and mango mousse cakes? Oh boy, they're heavenly. You'll forget about everything else once you take a bite. So, despite the parking headaches and the dim vibe, Regent Bakery & Cafe is a go-to spot for anyone with a sweet tooth. Just be ready to hunt for a parking spot before indulging in their delicious desserts.

Sai Manoj Bandi: Didn't know that the regent bakery served Chinese food. This is a hidden gem 💎Spice-perfect General Tso's chicken, shrimp-packed Singapore fried rice, and light, fruit cake satisfied every craving. Super fast service too - perfect for a busy day. #HighlyRecommend

apoorv gupta: Food: 5/5

quintonkuhn: Very cute place! Cupcakes are spot on and amazing! The atmosphere is very cute and very clean!

Talon Hyatt: Always great, love the cupcake happy hour. Usually only one person working but they’re always quick and doing great!

Jeff Farnsworth: Great service. Very clean establishment. Selection was very slim, but we may have come before they restocked the flavors. What we did have was very tasty.

Candice Lamb: It was so good. I don't like things overly sweet. Sorry, I ate it all before taking a picture. That's how good. 😆

SUSU Dessert Bar: what do users think?

Lala Cloud: Never had a better dessert place than this. Can’t wait for the reopen, these pics are on the older side but prior to their close I went pretty regularly. Never had anything I didn’t like. You can taste the quality ingredients and it’s pretty safe to order anything and end up liking it.

Anya Noble: These might be the best patries I've ever had. Such interesting flavor combinations! I had so much fun trying different patries with my family. Everything was divine. I really recommend SUSU, especially if you want something original, not just boring familiar sweets.

veronika ha: The best !!! I love food, this is the best bakery that I have been to in Seattle. I have lived in the the area for over 20 years, thank you for opening !!! 🤓

Annie Cheng: They have many durian flavored desserts, which is rare around here! All of the desserts are beyond deliciously made, you can feel they put a lot of thoughts into making each items.Btw, the marshmallow on the their version of reese’s cup is super chewy, which adds a really nice texture!

Keri Ding: . Recommend their durian puff

Yü Wu: slices each day. That's what I like about SUSU. They don't aim to sell as much as they can but only bring out the best quality stuff. Their menu is "chef's choice" and is always featuring something new and fun. Durian Pâte à Choux, Whiskey Truffle

Sam S: Love Durian Pate, not watered down. Cold durian, like ice cream.

Melody Xiong: First time here and thought overall the treats were good. Got one of the cookies, whiskey truffle and the durian cream puff. The cookie and truffle were good but not anything too crazy. I really enjoyed the durian cream puff! I thought that it was really good and had really good durian flavor. Will definitely go back to get the cream puff!

River Flanary: You can't find better deserts anywhere. They have a revolving variety of wonderful and exotic options for any pallet. There is always something new and delightful to try. It's a chefs choice kind of place right now, so you have to come in person to see what they have lined up beautifully in the window. They are currently only open Thursday through Sunday and I recommend you get there before 11am to beat the line. People flock to get stuff here.

Ron S: Worth the wait! They are delicious!Takeout: Yes …

Jason Philip Yoong: Durian pastries are a must try. Delicious. We did have to line up 15 minutes prior to opening to get one.Owners seem super cool.

Skywalker Feng: I didn't know anything about this bakery, until I noticed a long line of people waiting outside the front entrance. I gave it a try and this is the best decision I made today. Their whiskey truffles are godsend from heaven. It has a rich flavor, from the combination of dark chocolate and truffles, but not too oily or greasy. I will definitely come back some other time to try the rest on their menu.

Jay Chang: Hands down the best dessert place in town ! this is what i've ordered- Durian puff- Cookie- Caramelized croissantThe durian puff blew me away, it's sweet and flavorful, the cookie is sweet and salty at the same time, the texture of the body is perfect, lastly the caramelized croissant, it's my favorite out of them all, sweet and crunchy exterior with soft and flavorful center. I need somebody to keep me away from this place.

Arundhati Tillu: The durian soft-serve was surprisingly great! I don't like the little bits of corn in the soft-serve, but it doesn't takeaway from how great this dessert is. I wish they start staying open for longer and on more days

Siyu Chen: Great dessert place, we really love the cheesecake and whisky truffles. BUT the waiting line is CRAZY. We’ve been here couple times, and had to wait almost every time even when there are not that many people. The most recent time, we arrived right before it opened, and waited for almost two hours. There were lots of people, but the major problem was that they were sooooo SLOW. Only two people to handle introducing varieties of dessert/checking out/packing food/organizing counter/etc….. It could have been improved. Overall, awesome pastry only if you are patient.

Livi N: This is one of the best bakeries I have ever been to. Everything we got was delicious. The basque cheesecake was so light and airy. It was the first time I ever tried that style of cheesecake. First time trying kouign-amann too. I never see anything like this where I live! Maybe I’m not looking in the right places.

R&M Dessert Bar: what do users think?

Derek Breniman GMAIL: This place has the most delectable desserts in the Pacific Northwest. We had two tarts and almond cake, and the chocolate ganache gentleman behind the counter were also very hospitable and informative.

Marissa Violante: We attended a private dessert tasting here and it was even better than we expected. One member of our party was unexpectedly unable to attend, and the lucky person who joined us instead has celiac. We let Rod and Mark know upon our arrival, expecting that maybe one of the desserts could be made gluten free, and they surprised us by making adjustments so that three of the four were celiac safe. The service was impeccable, and the desserts and wine pairings were phenomenal. We will be back for future tastings.

Nuflours Bakery: what do users think?

Ty Hen: Found on Alaska mileage plan, and decided to indulge my pastry tooth after seeing they had lemon bars. Bars were decent(crust was a bit undercooked; crumbly and bland, not buttery or flaky. Lemon vanilla donut was soft and tasty, just a tad pricey for the size. Were out of a bunch of drinks on the menu, or didn't have them. The girl working wasn't clear. She wasn't unpleasant. She was very polite, just seemed distracted and a little perturbed, like something had occurred earlier and she wanted to get home. Clean establishment, but the decor wasn't welcoming. I may or may not be back.

mayanthia: Fantastic gluten free bakery! I really enjoy their lemon vanilla donut and the chocolate eclair. My teenager loves the peppermint brownies and the salter caramel brownies. My husband strongly recommends the cinnamon roll. Seriously, go repeatedly and just try everything. You won't be disappointed.Dietary restrictions: Good options for gluten free and vegan. Everything is well labeled.

Myles Caddell: One of the best spots in Seattle for Celiac's. A dedicated gluten free bakery. We loved their savory hand pies and quiches, their cinnamon rolls and donuts, their entire menu without having to hunt for asterisks on what parts of the menu were safe. It's all safe, and it's spectacular.Dietary restrictions: Celiac/Gluten Free

Adam M: Gluten free or not this place is delicious! Order now!Food: 5/5 …

Missy: Just grabbed some food items for the first time here and have to say I’m pretty impressed. I have celiacs disease and I can’t trust any place that’s not dedicated gluten free, but also finding a place that has good tasting gf foods is challenging. The hand pies are delicious, the tiramisu is great, and looking forwards to the white cake tonight.

R. L. Stroud: Good news: The food is great! I had the brownie, it's more cake-like than traditional gooey stuff, but I didn't taste or see any salted caramel, it was a Sunday--maybe they ran out. Everyone thought the food ranged from B+ to A+.The so-so news: All 3 of us ordered espresso drinks. We were told straight up it was a latte or nothing. My husband asked about a double shot straight and the barista said, fine. It was a pretty slow Sunday, we must have waited 10 to 15 minutes for 2 double shot lattes which were meh. Also, it looks like they just opened, which isn't true at all. They had 3 chairs & 3 little tables inside, when they clearly could have had double that inside, and there were 2 tables outside with a few more seats. I'm sure the excuse is well--COVID, but they could do better. But double thumbs up for take away!Dietary restrictions: This is a great find if you know someone with celiac disease. It's so great just to them finally relax and enjoy themselves because there's no gluten!Parking: If you know the area, 15th near the hospital, parking's tight, but we have a disabled parking pass, and there's a spot a block or so away for vehicles with disabled permit holders. Not fantastic, but it's Capitol Hill.

Bicky Nguyen: Amazing hand pies! Delicious baguettes, donuts were pretty good but a little on the sweet side. Highly recommend it!! The staff member was very friendly, talkative and informative. He recommended an amazing cafe for us, as they only serve drip, coffee and espresso. Lots of great recommendations to go to. Will definitely return if I'm ever back in Seattle! Thanks for making my visit AWESOME!!!

The Cheesecake Factory: what do users think?

여민지: The store is very spacious! It's a little noisy, but it doesn't affect the meal in any way.The food was really deliciousIt's a shame that I only visited once because it was cheaper than I thought. My recommendation is the avocado taco!!

eddy wong: If you’re a border resident from British Columbia this place is a must on your travel list. It’s iconic for their cheesecake window display and variety.Everytime I come here it’s nostalgic and the memories are great. Bread to start was warm. If you like meat and potatoes, that Shepard pie can feed 3 people I kid you not. It was our first time ordering it. I had to help my dad eat some of it and we still took 30% of it home. The Cuban sandwich is delicious. The avocado spring rolls are plump. The Chicken Madeira was delicious with the wine sauce, glad I picked that one.Now the cakes oh man…If you’re a tiramisu fan you gotta try the one here. It felt elegant and did not disappoint. The birthday cake was very aesthetic and had a great presentation. It felt like a bday cake with all the colors and sprinkles. I never had the pineapple upside down cake and it tasted wonderful.Great family friendly restaurant. But my fellow Canadians I must warn you it is pricey here. If you’re on a budget this wouldn’t be the place for you. But they do have happy hour. Dessert is a must because we don’t have this restaurant back home in Vancouver bc.Service is a hit or miss. Our server 2 days ago wasn’t too pleasant. It seemed like she was having a bad day and wanted to leave work early. All the servers huddled up behind our booth bickering loudly too. Times have changed I guess…Can’t even have good service for a $300 dinner before tip for 4 people. Still a positive experience, for a Tuesday slow night. We are still vacationing in town. Hopefully we can have a better server today or tomorrow.Parking: We parked next door in a parking garage

Jonathan Betz-Zall: Generous and nicely varied portions in the bento boxes. The salmon collar was fine. The karaage chicken was well cooked but too cold by the time we got it home. I'm sure it would have been great if we'd been able to have it at the restaurant. The matcha roll cake is listed as their most popular dessert -- it's easy to understand why. An outstanding balance of colors, textures and flavors. I hope to remember to get it every time!

Hugo Aguas: Yes!!!!! I'll say it again for the people in the back- yyyyaaaaeeeesaassssss! So cute, so good! Yeeeaaaassss! It's that time of the year again where restaurant week reigns supreme, and this time they didn't miss! I had their restaurant week special which was a salmon box. Everything was perfect, especially the salmon belly, grilled salmon and salmon sashimi! Everything was fresh tasty and out of this world.Despite this location doubling as a bakery, they know how to make sushi and prepare wonderful pastries. The matcha cheesecake was superb with plenty of fresh matcha powder on top and mung beans on the bottom. This was easily my favorite matcha desert ever! While they don't have indoor seating, I saw two small tables outside. I'll be going back and happy freaking restaurant week!

Luke Hippely: I had a mackerel bento box - it was delicious and healthy. Friendly staff!

Lisa Chen: Lovely store and employees! Got some great suggestions for bentos for the family. The food was delicious and nutritious! They also sell some goods like bags and cups which were very cute.

Bil E: at $30 all in for a chirashi bowl that is 80% the portion of fremont bowl, I am not excited about the quality trade off that might be present.

J Y: The eel over rice was delicious with a nice warm miso soup!

Gabrielle Root: We live down the street. We also eat at restaurants all over Seattle. The thing that stands out for me at Modern is the food feels like it’s lovingly prepared. The ingredients are premium. Even the to go orders are carefully prepared. We get the salmon bento a lot, and the cuts of fish are premium. It’s the perfect amount of food. Tiny garnishments of pickled vegetables compliment everything perfectly. Service is also top notch. Love this place!

Alyssa S: Their sushi is really fresh and their customer service is incredibly friendly! Their desserts are also really good!Location is really close to the Woodland Park Zoo so I would highly recommend taking a quick trip over to it once you are done with your zoo trip.

Wan-Yu Wu: Awwww I love their custard puddings so much!!! Will go back again soon to try more dessert options 3

Nick Richards: Delicious. Nice to have dinner and dessert take out!

Allison McIntyre: My favorite sushi restaurant near my house. The staff is always very friendly and I love the desserts and drinks in the front.

Mari Kim: Opens at 1pm. Worth the wait: we hung out at Phantom Quartz up the street while we waited. We walked out with three pieces of cake: cookies and cream, chocolate truffle, and the irresistible birthday cake. Best part? Cream cheese icing. Not too sweet with a slight tang, and creamy rich.Parking: Busy intersection, hard to find parking. Walking is very option.

Jeff Nakatsu: and I prefer Simply Desserts. Different but still great 👍🏼

Prateek Sharma: Had a slice of the "Strawberry White Chocolate Cake", which is one of their popular flavors. It tasted nice overall. The cake wasn't overly sweet, strawberries were fresh. The frosting could have been lighter. Overall a nice grab if you're in the area.

My Sweet Lil Cakes: what do users think?

Jeanne Legault: These people are just awesome! But beyond there, the food is absolutely delicious! We had them cater our Holiday Party at Seattle City Hall and everyone was falling over each other to get more! I've never seen anyone be so excited about the food at the many events we've had over the years. I hope we make them a future tradition at City Hall. Don't miss out on this amazing place!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

Lydia Samuels: My Sweet Little Cake is phenomenal . I worked with Jesse, CEO, and he is such a great person to work with. I plan large events for employees at my company therefore I vet many vendor in the local community. I used My Sweet Little Cakes for two large events, the company Summer Party and Holiday Party. Both events had over 1700 employees. My Sweet Little Cake served employees decedent and delicious hot cakes! If you are looking for yummy catering options for your company - My Sweet Little Cakes is the one!

Larry Taub: My Sweet Lil Cakes was probably the best catering experience we've ever had. We throw fundraisers for transformational women running for political office. And early this summer, we wanted a fun, really tasty "food event" for about 40-people. You could see the absolute delight on the guests' faces when they entered our driveway and saw the Lil Cakes' food truck. The food was so good that despite the early summer drizzle the guests continued to gather around the truck for the several main courses on-a-stick. In fact, we had to actually shoo the guests inside for the event. Afterwards, when they learned that Lil Cakes was serving several different desserts on-a-stick, they made a bee-line through the drizzle back to the truck. People are still talking about the event and how much fun Lil Cakes was. Also, the people who own and operate Lil Cakes are extremely reliable and so NICE—they're the kind of people you'd invite over to your house for a meal and good conversation. We are definitely going ask them to cater more events for us!

C J: Absolutely delicious and amazing!!

Victoria Wahl: We hired MSLC for our wedding and it was a massive hit. Everyone was floored by the food quality and customer service provided. They set up a kiosk to serve food which gave the wedding such an intimate and unique feel. Best vendor decision by far!

Lee Chamberlin: These guys have it down. I was particularly impressed with their hospitality. Very friendly. Food was excellent. Who doesn't like chicken and maple waffles?

Ly Huynh: Checked this place out at the Columbia City farmers market and my taste buds were blown away. I was attracted by the 50's aesthetic and infographic type menu. We first got the Seattle Chicken and waffles hotcakes stick and DAMN was it tasty. The hotcake stick was topped with maple syrup and fresh strawberries. Despite the cake looking small, the waffle was quite dense and would've have definitely been filling if it hadn't been shared. We came back for dessert and to our dismay the blueberry and lemon cake was all sold out. Lesson learned, these hotcakes were selling like hotcakes. We tried the cherry filled cake instead and it was delightful. The hazelnutty goodness paired with the cherry made for a sweet but not too rich treat. We will definitely be back to try all the flavors they have to offer!

Hiroki: what do users think?

Xin Yun Tea: Green tea tiramisu👌🏻

Ben Kesseler: Hiroki has excellent cakes, especially the green tea tiramisu. Parking on site is usually doable, if you order a cake ahead, you're guaranteed a great party!

lei: The Tiramisu I tried has a little too much sponge cake to my liking, I don't particularly care that much about lady finger vs cake but perhaps this is how tiramisu is generally made in Japan. Tastes good though.

Moose: Family owned Japanese cafe. Cheesecakes are good. Flavors are good but slices were a bit too soft when you take them out of the plastic holder and can fall easily when slicing.

Kelley Martin: We have no words for these master desserts!! Recommended by the lovely gentleman at the counter, we selected the Mango Honey, and Matcha cheesecakes. WOW!! Lite and airy and sooo lovely on the palate. We just moved into the neighborhood, and this will be a regular spot for us. Thank you Guys!

Tuan Vo: I had a few of their cakes and their mango creme. Paired it with an iced matcha latte. It was amazing. Highly recommend this place for a quick fix. Nothing overly sweet. Just perfect.

Ben Sferle: Better than advertised!

Jesse Hart: I couldn't pick just one, so I bought one of everything. Totally worth it!

The place is clean and bright. There is plenty of seating. The chicken adobo, Seattle dog and the bacon ham were all good.I microwaved mine for a minute and it was fine.EDIT: came back and a fan of the flakey sausage gravy pastry. The tiramisu cup looks nice but isn't worth it. I came at 830am and not all the bake goods were ready. They told me the garlic beef will be ready in 90 minutes.their wifi wasn't stable enough for video calls. Inside the music is a bit loud anyways.
