It's actually at the southern tip of Northgate Mall, near the Nordstrom Rack.Orlando was absolutely wonderful and very nice. Got the interior and exterior of the car cleaned with the Exclusive package. Took a little under 2.5 hours and $100 + tax + tip for my Prius.The car looked brand new and Orlando was able to remove some bad coffee/tea stains! I'll never clean my car myself again. Looking back and reconciling my expenses as well as time spent his pricing is beyond fair in my opinion.Furthermore, he seemed like a great guy during our initial conversations. Turns out, he is!!I contacted him offering to pay for his professional advice with specific issues and he answered everything as well as anticipated future pitfalls I was yet to encounter as well- free of charge!I will definitely be doing business with him in the future and will always recommend him to anyone looking for fair pricing and outstanding customer service! 10/10 will return again!! Stand-up guy.Due to his clear knowledge of the mold remediation process and through understanding of the issues I ran into and questions he asked I’m confident he would’ve delivered on the work had I been in a better position financially. T S: a trash bag over the sunroof, tape the hose to the top, and see if the leaking increased or not to rule out that it was the windshield. I wish I was joking, but I'm also very ashamed at having run this home experiment without realizing that not only would it tape the water into the car and cause mold to grow faster, but it ruined the paint along my sunroof.I actually took my car to a different detailer first, no assistance from my insurance so I was kind of at the mercy of honest reviews and Google feedback. The first detailer did a great job topically cleaning the car but job was incomplete, he was just ill-equiped to remove the damage of the mold. We found that out when husband got really sick, just from driving the car just to work.Dude, this guy saved our lives. Daniel got our car ripped apart and put back together. He kept me up to date every step of the way, he sent before, during, and after photos, and he rid the black mold that had taken my car over. He helped with communicating with my insurance company. He slaved over this job, I mean the hours that he put into this was just outrageous. He is kind, and helpful, and excessively knowledgeable. The wave of relief we finally received from the stomach churning stress we'd been experiencing was incredible.I cannot recommend him enough! I'm so grateful to have found him. I hope that this review reaches you if you are at wits end, this was what I needed to know that someone was capable of. ❤️

He told me about it right away and was able to remove it. He even fixed the broken door seal that caused the mold!!!! I've been taking my cars to a few different spots around Seattle / Bellevue, but after the job that Wes did on my 4Runner, I'm never taking a car anywhere else for a detail. Seriously, Wes spends a full 10 hour day on your vehicle - YOU DONT GET THAT ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I got the full inside/outside detail for my 2012 4Runner. We walked through the car inside and out highlighting what he would prioritize during the 10 hour job. The outside had some scratches and obvious wear/tear from car washes and parking outside in the PNW. The clay bar and touch up on the outside was tremendous. Paint was 2x as vibrant to say the least. The inside was in better shape, but used to have dogs in it constantly. You come in to schedule an appointment as you cannot leave your car overnight. I had the internal and external servicing done, I took my car in at 10AM and my car was ready for pickup by 2PM.
