Kira Reich: This was the first time shipping a car. Was a little upset with the estimated time wise, but the car got here safely and that is what matters most. You get what you pay for keep that in mind when trying to find the cheapest price but find the most reasonable price as well.
Kalanit Lagbas-Parks: My car was picked up on time and delivery was 2 days early! My driver was super nice and always took the time to call me and let me know where he was with my car. You might pay less with someone else, but I wouldn't bother for the service and peace of mind you get with them.
Nayab Abbasi: I talked to a guy. He answered my questions, called me back and was easy to contact, and was really nice. But the guy he found for me to ship my car was not a good one. He kept changing pickup dates and ended up delivering the car 3 days late. However, I received very prompt responses from the driver and he was able to address all of my concerns with the schedule and process.
No one Knows: I tried calling the driver to get an estimated arrival time, but he did not answer the phone. He only called back when he was pulling up to the driveway. Thankfully, the car arrived ok.
Laurie Tam: I started the process early in February. The price was higher so I decided to wait especially I was not in a rush. I met the driver at a predetermined location and the loading went smooth. The driver was REALLY GREAT! He reached out to me to provide updates on when he would deliver the vehicle. Btw, he went out of his way to help me because my car was very low he took the time to make sure it was not damaged to unload. Everything was great!
hannah anderson: One thing that I was impressed with them is when I got my car transported it was relatively clean. They sent me all kinds of emails and kept me informed on everything that was going on because the car was in Florida, I was in Washington and my sister was in LA. The whole process took ONLY TWO WEEKS from the time I called to the time I got the car.

The companies gave us pick up windows that they did not fulfill with no communication on what was happening. There were no hidden fees and the estimate process was quickly and easy to understand what was included.The challenge I had with them moving my car was that they said that they were going to call me at least two hours ahead of pick up.They called me half an hour before pick up, so I had to run to my house to be on time for pick up.The car arrived to the destination three days prior the estimated date. I was lucky, as I arrived to the destination by plane, that same day. I understand is an estimate, and it might work for you if you want them to arrive as fast as possible.When I sent an email to customer service to let them know about my issues they answered quickly and apologized for the inconvenience. It was important and positive for me that they had a responsive customer service.

Laura Majewski-Yates: I've shipped vehicles with Interbay twice now, once with my classic truck and once with my daily driver. Both times the company offered fair pricing for their service. The dispatch team did a great job and pickup was scheduled within the pickup window that I set. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with the carrier Interbay used with my most recent vehicle. However, I immediately reached out back to Interbay and the manager Nate did an amazing job of taking care of the issue, resolving it, and keeping me in the loop. He was very professional, prompt, and did a great job making the issue right. He told me that the carrier which caused the issue will not be used again because they did not keep up with the standard of Interbay which I thought was commendable. I appreciated the customer care Interbay provided as well as the entire company's professionalism.

We thought whatever auto shipping company we called, they would be the company picking up the vehicle. That was not the case. 99% of the companies we called were brokers who would contract with their sub-haulers. We were bombarded with emails when requesting a quote.We continued searching and found Interbay Transport. They had the most positive reviews from all the companies we looked at. My husband called and spoke with Nate. He was very helpful and explained the process and provided a competitive quote. He also stated that most companies are brokers who use sub-haulers. We decided to use them to transport our vehicle. Lisa contacted my husband with the pick up window. We had a few issues with the dealership finalizing the sale and informed Lisa who told us it would be no problem. The vehicle was picked up when they said and delivered when stated. Evan Marks: Shipped my 2012 Prius C from Seattle to New York in November. The price was competitive, and the turnaround was very fast. ITL's office was responsive and got back to me quickly. The ONLY difficulty in the whole process was the pickup of the car by a subcontractor--On their vehicle condition form, the inspector checked off a box which said that "the vehicle was dirty and therefore could not be properly inspected for damage". This was a red flag for me as it would allow the transporter to damage the car and claim it was pre-existing.The car was pretty clean, having been garaged, but I grabbed a bucket of water and sponge and washed whatever road dirt was on it. It was a bit of a standoff, but I held out until they crossed that out.The simple way around this is to have your vehicle washed a few days before the pickup.
