I have an animal that is sick with stomach cancer and I thought my carpets were ruined. Aaron at the company came in and did such an amazing job! Not only to my carpets look brand new, but the price was excellent. I highly recommend using this company!Previous : Alan from DA Burns cleaned my bathroom floor which is small marble squares. I've had it for about 3 years and it looked terrible. He was able to make my bathroom floor look brand new! And pricing was incredibly reasonable!! I'm so impressed!!! Customer service from all at DA Burns was top notch throughout.

I initially reached out to a local carpet cleaning company who picked up the rug but then returned it without cleaning as they stated the rug’s natural dyes bled easily. I saw DA Burns mentioned on antique rug cleaning blog and reached out to them. Their team arrived promptly to pick up the rug. They offered additional services including deodorizing and stain protection. The rug is now gleaming. I will definitely be using them for future needs!

Jessie King: Emir went above and beyond to clean our home. We had moved out and were no longer living in Seattle. Unfortunately our key we left in our lockbox had frozen over, which is not something that happens in Seattle. He made multiple attempts with hot water to thaw the lockbox. He was successful and once inside a room had been unlocked from the outside, which he was able to open too. This was a multiple hour ordeal and we really appreciate the way her went out of his way to get our carpets cleaned especially with a few pet stains we had too. Highly recommend!!

I had two couches cleaned - both that get daily use by a dog and two boys. The amazing technician, Emir, was literally sweating from working so hard to get the dog hair off! The couch looks like a different piece of furniture, and the smell is very mellow and not chemical in nature at all. Emir arrived right on time which was super important because of my schedule that day and finished quickly and also right when he estimated he would be done. Would definitely recommend and use again.
