Seattle Used Bikes: what do users think?

Andrew Gomez IV: I had engine trouble with my vintage '70 Honda CT90. Most shops will not work on older bikes. But they made an exception for me. This was a hard one to pin down what was wrong. Took it to them once and they fixed it up and ran well but after having it back for a couple of weeks it reverted to its bad performance. SUB took it back without hesitation. rechecked all their work from the previous visit, and found there was some additional electrical issue they didn't catch before. Only charged me for the new work done. Runs great now. Would like to go back to them for everything now, which I hope is not anytime soon!

James Michael: Right about December 1 of this year I walked into SUB asking for a favor. I wanted to lease the vacant lot next to them . Dave the Owner was not sure at first but said yes. As the weeks went by I could tell Dave ran a tight ship from his sales men to the guys in back. Customer satisfaction is what I saw not worried about the dollar bill. Dave and his shop are above reproach from a guy who had never been In his shop nor new that it was even there. So many times I heard are you happy can I do anything else for you.let me know. A true shop that actually cares about people and not just sales.

Michael Saalwaechter: I have bought a Moto Guzzi motorcycle, as well as countless motorcycle parts from SUB, and it has all been a wonderful experience.Jacques is very helpful and nice to chat with on the sales floor, and was able to answer all the questions about the bike I was going to purchase. I appreciated his insight about owning types of motorcycles I had never owned before, and the buying process was very easy, clear cut, and straightforward.Kevin has been extremely helpful in my search for parts for my bikes. He has helped me find unusual and limited availability parts, and helped me run through the warranty process for parts with manufacturing defects.I had a mechanical concern with the used bike I purchased here, and they were quick to remedy that problem even with a used bike sale.I will continue to be a customer at SUB as long as I ride! Great folks to do business with!

Liz Huber: If you want to work with pros, go to SUB! These guys are wildly helpful, knowledgeable, and do it right. Shout out to Jacques and Dave for being fantastic.

John Valentine: I worked with SUB to sell my 2020 Z900 and the process was flawless. They inspected, detailed and listed the bike within a day or two of getting it to them and within a month, it was sold at asking price. Very reasonable cost and would absolutely sell and buy with them again.

Stephen VanMatre: These folks are great. I couldn't imagine an easier buying experience.

Orlin Henderson: Love this place! I bought my pre-owned 2016 Vespa Primavera here in 2020 for a very reasonable price. Since then they have changed out my battery, tightened up my brakes, replaced a broken rear turn signal housing, & when they tuned my brakes they also pumped up my low tires. Thanks folx! Nice guys, every one, and extremely helpful. I’ll be going back probably forever.

Marshall Miller: Wonderful staff.

Jeremiah Smith: Great service.. Great scheduling, work exceeded expectations.

Ezra Layman: Awesome place! Great staff, highly recommend

Damian Magista: Dave and his crew are easy to work with, knowledgeable, and know how to prep a bike for market. They made the process of selling my beloved Ducati simple and painless. These guys are solid.

Montayas Taylor: These guys are the best! Especially the service department. I had a Desmo service and some minor issues with my bike and they were always willing to help. Strongly recommend.

Kolby Fenner: Best collection of bikes under one roof I've ever seen. Who knew? From the front it looks like a hole in the wall but don't be deceived. Worth checking out no matter what your bike ownership status is. The staff are chill and helpful. Great shop

Cari K: Graet customer service!Way better buying experience than at any dealer I've been into. 100% recommend!

Patrick Shoniker: Awesome bike shop…All the bikes they have are really cool.I was riding down from Alaska to South America and decided to go back home and got in touch to store my bike while I was gone. Every one I spoke to on the phone and in their shop was super helpful and passionate about bikes which is super cool. The service was great and I can’t recommend this place enough.

Jake Saylor: Worked with Chris and had a great experience purchasing a v-strom from them! I definitely appreciated all the support and knowledge Chris had as this was my first motorcycle purchase. The whole process was fast and not difficult to complete. I definitely recommend.

Julia: You can absolutely disregard any of the negative reviews for Seattle Used Bikes; Thom & his team were wonderful and accommodating as we enter PNW riding season with a minimal wait for a set of new Michelin Road 6 tires for my older Suzuki. Everyone was welcoming and took some time to bring my attention to a few things that need replacing down the road. Very fast turnaround and competitive pricing.I'll definitely be back for service in the future, and maybe to pick up a nicer bike eventually! SUB has one of the best assortments of your dream used motorcycles I've ever seen in one place; we're talking Ducati, MV Augusta, and even a 6-cylinder Honda CB..! Great people, highly recommended.

David: Great experience and very helpful staff! Thank you guys!!

Jill Oliver: Great service, nice people. It’s refreshing to be treated so well vs other dealers/brands.

RIDE SERVICE: So glad to find this place, we had a trade in bike up here that needed some recall and service work.Since we are not a BMW dealer there was nothing we could do, luckily we found this place and Charlie went above and beyond to take care of us and get the bike in good working order. You can tell when you talk to him Charlie loves what he does and strives to take care of his customers and their concerns. Most of the time dealers will be tough to get help from being that we are a shop ourselves. Charlie at BMW motorcycles of Seattle was more than happy to help! We will be sending any future BMW riders his way with peace of mind knowing they will be happy we did so.

Mark Rowe: I called BMW on a Saturday for a service appointment and expected to get something in a couple of days. Instead they offered to do a pickup/drop off which made my day. So much easier and totally unexpected. Thank so much, Charlie, for the excellent customer service.

Tauseef Badar: Great BMW sales & service. Staff is professional, fun and personable. The dealership creates a friendly and homely environment which allows you to let your hair down..

D. Swafford: My experience with service department has always been stellar. I always feel like I am in good hands.

Christos Zulas: The best bikes ever

Biker Chef: The team is fantastic!!!!! I can’t recommend them more.

Vikram Singh: thanks Jorge and team!Update Mar 2024I am continuing to get my bike serviced by Jorge who has his own business now. I went in to just look at bikes and gear and Charlie and team were very helpful. They noted that there were some free service items per BMW recommendations so we got those scheduled and completed. Since the bike was in there, they took care of regular service as well. They gave me a BMW electric scooter as a loaner and it was a fun ride. Thanks Charlie and team.

Renaldo Gordon: I live in Georgia, but wanted to take the time to leave a review because I was very impressed with their customer service!I recently called in to inquire about a new 2024 jacket that I saw on their website. I spoke to two people in the parts/appearel department, including the Manager. They both went above and beyond to track this jacket down for me! Even though the jacket is only available in Europe at this time, they still tried their best to help me out, which was much appreciated! It's the little things like this that let you know when you're dealing with a great business!

Eric Donohue: As always, service was thorough and efficient. I was out riding in no time, safe and sound.

Jason French: .

Donald Mittelstaedt: The service department at BMW Motorcycles of Seattle is top notch. This last service, they even came to my house to pick up the bike! Both Charlie and Nicole provide some of the best customer service I've ever had. Their techs do excellent work and they're fast too! I highly recommend these guys!

Soren Young: . In both instances I was thrilled with the service I received. Each time, Charlie explained up front what was to be done and what the timeline would be. Every interaction so far has exceeded my expectations. A big "thank you" to Charlie, Brad, Trace

Hans Wolters: Great experience getting my bike serviced, no hassle, delivered as promised and gave thorough explanation. I can recommend BMW of Seattle.

Jean francois Jay: Bravo for this exceptional welcome! The dealership is splendid and everyone seems very professional. There is no doubt that if I lived in Seattle I would be a customer of yours.Happy new year 2024 to your entire team. Jf JAY

Lake City Powersports: what do users think?

Mike Taylor: Have been going here for years, great for sales, service, and parts!

keith sand: Very helpful and friendly staff!

Kristina Fudge: The service team is great! They really helped me out in a pinch. Took a look at my bike day off and offered quick recommendations and help. Made the process smooth and stress free. Highly recommend!

Triumph of Seattle: what do users think?

Michael: I went in recently to check out a KTM 690 they had on their site. Unfortunately I missed the bike by about 20 minutes. Colin R. showed me a couple other bikes near that size and price range. Talked about helmets they had and looked at another employee's DRZ400sm. I didn't feel he was pushy and trying to get me to buy something. More showing me options to be considered. If I find a Triumph I like I'll get it here or possibly something from their pre-owned.

S V: Amazing service and super awesome staff.

Robert Gary: This was the first time I had gotten service on my Vespa scooters purchased at Triumph Seattle a couple of years ago. Joe made my life easy, given that I needed to trailer the scooters from a remote location. His communication during the service was excellent, and the follow-up afterward to help me find a part went above my expectations. The expectations set during check-in matched the work that needed to be done, and they turned the scooters around faster than I expected. Overall, it was a great first experience.

D BroWeb: There’s change afoot here. I was losing faith in this dealership a year or so ago but decided to give them another chance for my Tiger 900 annual service. I’m glad I did. There are a number of new people in the service department and they’re all very customer oriented and willing to go above and beyond to serve the customer’s needs. To be fair, some of the previous people were good too, but something abut the underlying system is different. Before, they always seemed to be fighting their own system even when they wanted to be helpful, where now, it just seems to all flow together the way it should. Both the annual service and a subsequent appointment to install a couple wire harnesses for add-on running lights were done quickly, and the work was done well. Specific thanks to Paige and Joe for coordinating and David for doing the servicing!

Mike Kuzi: As usual for Triumph of Seattle, The service, people, and atmosphere were impeccable and appreciated the quick turnaround and care!!!

Thomas Cox: I went to schedule some repair work at Triumph of Seattle. A phone call into their service department a week earlier was answered by a cheerful staff member who was able to schedule the work when I wanted it done, on a Saturday. When I arrived for the work to be done, the store and the service departmen was a blur of activity. Apporoaching the service desk I was immediately greeted. They took my keys to log my bike information. I was given and estimated repair cost, signed the repair authorization and decided to hangout a while. I rode in from Everett, so my ride home will take a while to get me.Some strolls through the show room and some magazine articles later, I hear someone calling my name. The service department finished the work faster than they thought. HECK YA!! I don't have to wait for my wife to pick me up. On budget, done sooner than projected and everyone there is pleasant to work with at Triumph of Seattle. I had the same experience with them when I bought the bike new in 2022.This seems to be a theme there.A real pleasure to work with.Be safe and enjoy the ride.Best Regards, Thomas C.

Michael C: Walked in ona sunny day to look at a bike and was directed to another bike that better suited my needs and wants as a returning rider, colin helped me through the entire process and had me riding a new to me bike the next day. Couldnt be happier with how everyrhing went and highly reccomend visiting this location if you are in the market for some of the greastest bikes on the road.

Cedric Ross: because I bought a used bike. Pete greeted me and helped me get situated. He pointed out the excellent deals and answered multiple questions. After about 45 minutes of trying things on, I was ready to buy! Thanks to Pete, I scored some great gear at a price I could afford. The place is excellent and everyone there were both friendly and helpful. I’ll be back there again for my summer gear! Stop in and say hello to Pete!

Trevor Laugen: The folks at Triump provided a prompt diagnosis of the mechanical issue facing my Vespa and an equally prompt turnaround on the repair! I'll certainly be back for any future maintenance work.

Ryan Echausse: Excellent service. Great communication. Reasonable pricing

Christian Arger: Great dealership and service center. They will take care of you and do a great job corresponding to all inquiries.

Corey Sutton: Just bought a Bonneville T-100 from these folks, and the experience was fantastic! The sales rep Josh was friendly and knowledgeable, and got me through the whole purchase without a snag. Also big shoutouts to Sol in gear and apparel who gave me a ton of information, Pete in the service dept. who walked me through everything about how they take care of the bike, and Peter in finance who helped me through all of the financing paperwork. Great team, and I look forward to dealing with them in the future as I come back for service and gear!

Josh Parker: Great folks here at the local Triumph dealer! Been doing business with them for a couple years now. Beautiful shop with friendly and helpful employees. Had some work done on my bike after wrecking it and the staff was very communicative about all the work being done to it. The coffee shop inside is killer as well!

David S Hogan: Jerry was great to work with and very patient with my insurance adjusters. RECOMMENDED!!!

Reade Whitwell: Up and coming South End moto boutique for the discerning enthusiast. Huge selection of bikes and great service.Competitive rates, friendly folks, 'hard to beat!Congratulations on being picked Best in the Pacific Northwest!

Richard Rosenthal: and Kyle

HASSAN AL: Excellent people

Ali Gtta: Good well

D Gantt: They'll get it done. And do it right 👍

William R: Fixed my Vespa and did an oil change. Runs perfectly now. I was having issues and couldn’t get the Vespa to start, even though I’d successfully repaired it in the past. They were able to fix it the same day that they picked it up and it works perfectly now. Also, seems insane to give them negative reviews and complain that they were non-responsive when they were closed due to Covid.I highly recommend this place and will go back, especially because there is not a dedicated Vespa repair shop in Seattle.

John Moore: What a great shop to find in my own community! Ethan and Jerry are professional and knowledgeable. Also friendly and helpful. They did a great job on my bike. This will be my shop for life.

Christopher Moorhead: Quick response, good product and timely updates on my order.

Arturo Rodriguez: Pretty helpful customer service, committed to serve. ThanksI recommend this place

Seattle Cycle Center: what do users think?

Tom Hauburger: Bu adamlar harika.

Alexander Ivanov: Fantastic service! Came today to install crash bars on my Bonneville T120. Folks did it MUCH cheaper than other Seattle shops quoted! Highly recommend! I'll be back for other bike service needs!

Bob G: is amazing

Jeri Whitsett: Lupita is the best employee ever!

Tracy A: Safety first. Always do good work. Good prices

ERIC HENDRICKS: Don't even think about going anywhere else. These guys are straight shooters. They've kept my bikes and scooters running for over a decade. They even helped me rebuild after multiple crashes. Knowledgeable and always a fair value.

Mark Armstrong: Great place. Bought a scooter for my wife. Ryan is a great person to deal with. Very informative and great prices.

H. L.: Knowledgeable staff. Very happy and grateful for the services they have provided me through the years.

davis Hawkey: Excellent customer serviceTimely, efficient, and friendly

Nate Clark: "I’m now Altrider customer for life! I preordered the Adventure II foot pegs for my new Honda Transalp, knowing I would have a wait time ahead of me. I emailed an inquiry, just to gauge the wait time. Lyndell promptly replied with a wealth of info.He not only gave me an estimated wait time, but educated me on the strict engineering standards, which were the reason of the wait. He also gave me an option of using the Africa Twin foot pegs, and advised that while they would fit, in rare cases the springs could break. He let me know about the fit kit that would soon be available, should I break a spring, or if I just wanted to upgrade. This gets me on my bike with the Adventure II foot pegs weeks before I had planned. Super stoked and will definitely be recommending Altrider products to all my riding buddies. A+ for service and support from Lyndell and Altrider!”

slimsmarti: The brake pedal is great. The foot pegs are better than great! My size 13 4E boots set comfortably on the pegs, it is an awesome upgrade. The video instructions made installation less than 30 minutes. Thank you, Alt Rider.

Jackie Ramsey: These guys were super helpful ordering over the phone and more than impressed with the engine guards, skid plate, and headlight protector on my new 23 GS1250.

Michael Stoermer: The construction of these crash bars appears to be much more robust than the OEM bars. No significant drops yet, but just installing them, a lot was easy to determine. The triple black powder coating goes a long way as well.

Zlatan: I am very satisfy on corresponds with and professionalism of AltRider! I am contacting them from other part of planet they are responding as lighting fast great stuff. Send you a picture of stuff o my bike. All best guys

Ethan Scott: Bought old stock bars fro my BMW G650GS. They let me know they had some cosmetic blemishes, but did touch ups; I was good with that as bars like this are hard to find for an older bike. Bars arrived in great shape, touch ups look good, and installation was pretty straight forward. I started outfitting by bike with other Altrider items when I can find them. Great customer service and quality seems good - but hoping not to test the bars!

Jeff Posuniak: Great company, excellent customer service, making the best protection n mods in the industry right here in USA!!! Lyndell is top notch when it comes to follow up and communication! Keep up the great work fellas!!!!

Danny Windau: Recently ordered a set of lower crash bars with skid plate from AltRider for my 2022 R1250GS and I am very happy with them. Ultimately, with the help of an installation video on YouTube, I was able to install the crash bars and skid plate very easily. The quality of the products is very good and the customer service responds quickly and clearly. Thanks for the help in the ordering process Lyndell!

Jairo Rivera: The AltRider Tail Tidy works with the Camel Auxiliary Fuel Tank and I can put blinkers up to 1.8 inches. Very well designed and it might be an option for other T700 owners that cannot get the Tail Tidy from Camel anymore or the ones having quality issues.I also put the AltRider Variable Lowering Links and the Adjustable Side Stand on my bike. AltRider offer more options to adjust the bike to the different rider styles & preferences and they look pretty nice too.Thank you for answering all my emails.Excellent customer service!.

Dave Genzler: Excellent service. These people went out of their way to reach out and assist me with ordering my part from a Canadian distributor to save me time and money.

Joe Burgé: Amazing product! The box say “notice our attention to detail” and I did. The highway pegs I purchased from Altrider are machined art.

Kris Watkins: one of the specialty bolts for the Africa Twin skidplate. Lyndell Jensen Is a responsive and motivated customer service person at Altrider. The quality of the product along with superb customer service = 5 star review

spalmer54: I have ordered many items for my BMW 1250GS from AltRider in the past and have been very pleased with each purchase. I had received a defective product from a competitor witch could not be replaced in the time frame I needed. So I reached out to AltRider. They were able to expedite a backorder on upper crash bars I had placed and provided answers to questions on their pillion/rear luggage rack. On the same day they packed and shipped my order. I am so impressed with the products they offer and the customer service Lyndell at AltRider provided. Thank you!

Mohammed Kassak: Lyndell Jensen helped me so fast and with great news and that makes me appreciate altrider even more. Need to get more stuff to support them! 🙌🏽

Todd Hogan: Products and customer service is the best

CJ Berg: Great people and awesome products!100% recommend this company!!!

Tristan S: Absolutely fantastic help

Jenna Mark: . The engine would stall when I gave it gas. Even though John and Scott are super busy, they took me in limping my poor bike off the street same day. I was out of there with a purring bike only a couple hours later. I am super grateful they were so willing to help me on such short notice and were just delightful about it. They were especially patient and kind, especially for lil ol' me who is new to this bike

Conrad Puff-Carter: Helped me out even though I wasn’t buying anything!

Nick Godfrey: These guys rock. Seattle is a frustrating town to own a motorcycle in. These guys will assist you with anything as well as install almost anything on your bike. See you guys soon

Matthew Zavislak: Great shop. Went in for DIY and had a successful and really enjoyable time. Can't recommend these guys enough. Also they wanted me to mention that they don't like Yel p. 😄

Frenchie: These guys have great bikes and were very helpful. Can't wait until I can get my bike into then for new tires.

Isaac Ekin: Fair prices, very friendly and knowledgeable. My new spot for anything motorcycle

Ian F. Shirley: Great shop, good value, good people. I'll definitely be taking my bike back the next time it needs work that I can't handle. It took them a while to get started on my bike, which I understand as it's a small shop and they have a lot of bikes to work on, but they communicated well and once they started it was ready to go pretty quickly. Very happy with the work and the cost was reasonable. Richie was also very helpful with all my questions about the bike and how to do some things myself.Services:Electrical repair,Steering suspension repair,Brake service repair

I-90 Motorsports: what do users think?

Cody Wise: The crew at I-90 Motorsports is top notch. The sales experience was executed great. They had the bike I wanted in stock and was set up perfectly. Ask for Robby in parts for all your motorcycle/motorsport needs!

Chaser “Chaser” McChaser: I purchased my 2023 crf450x here. There was some issues at the beginning and I left like a baby. Remco the salesman called me a week later and helped me out. I love the bike. Tons of inventory.

Rene Riedinger: I always get top-notch service at I-90 sports.

Jake Stephens: Scott and Remco are great and they actually have parts/accessories in stock!

Robert (Big Red): Nice place and nice people 👍

Geneva Hughes: Thanks for helping me out today, I-90 Motorsports! They tightened up my chain lickety-split and now I’m out enjoying this beautiful day!

brandon leonard: If I'm being honest, I want to give them 4 stars. When you walk in, and walk around, they actively ignore you. Several people just standing around, hanging out with each other. If you have anxiety about asking for help, this isn't the place to go.But if you suppress the anxiety, they are extremely helpful. The thing that pushed me over to the 5 was a recent incident. I bought a pair of gloves having not inspected them as thoroughly as I should have. I put them on in preparation for riding to discover holes where the stitching had come out. I returned to the store and they not only replaced them, but because the size was unusual they replaced them with much more expensive ones at no cost to me.They made sure I left happy, and they always do, when you can actually pull them away from their conversations.

Chris Pedersen: I've been fixing up a little Yamaha YZ85 and these guys have bent over backwards to help me get my parts and give me a little bit of knowledge too I highly recommend them

thomas witschel: Great MC store! staff is very helpful. Jack and daughter Willow are wonderful to talk and deal with. A+++

ken merriman: It's OK but $$$

SerinJune: Great staff and a huge selection of bikes and parts. It's kind of far from me, but worth the trip when I can go!

JONATHAN DE JESUS BOHORQUEZ: Excellent

Jay Gore: Staff was helpful and courteous even though I am pretty ignorant on side by side maintenance. They got me sorted out quickly and having dogs roaming the store is always a plus in my book.

M S: Of all the places to choose from for Honda, I chose I-90 Motorsports. They were friendly and patient. I went in to get my Honda NC750X looked at, and they were very professional. After doing a full workup on the Bike, they decided it wasn't a problem that could be assessed properly. They didn't charge me and said if I have more issues to bring it back in. That is exactly what I will be doing. They are great, 10 out of 10. Thanks for being honest. That is so hard to find today

James Norbeck: Great experience with warranty service on my Ski-Doo, and great a sales experience getting a new helmet for my wife. They support the snowmobile community. Highly recommended.

Scott Aaenson: Great people to work with. Josh is the best.

David Owley: Great place to take your motorcycle when you feel lazy and would rather have the pros do the work on the bike

World of Mayhem: what do users think?

Sairam A: Great service to fix the electric bikes. Pls extend your services for southern areas.

Dave Leighton: Saw Bill on his day off and he took my old tire of and balanced and mounted my new tire for my YZF R6 anyway! Awesome shop!

Calder Jacobs: Great repair shop! Bill is awesome as well as his talented crew. I can't reccomend this shop enough for mororcycle service and repair.

Russ Cordner: I brought an 97 honda Valkyrie earlier this year. Was having trouble with starting and idle. Was not sure where to go. I saw Mayhem driving home from work. So I went in and talked with Bill. He gave me a tour if this shop and showed three other Valkyrie's he was already working on. That and his enthusiasm out me at ease. I nit only asked to correct the start and idle issue. I asked him to go through it and make sure it was road worthy. Bill kept me informed all through the process. I will be going back for a spring check up. Thanks Bill

Colin Katagiri: Good to meet Bill and some of the Mayhem crew. I called and left a voicemail at the end of last week. Bill called me back the same day, so I dropped off my 2020 Honda CB300R for a ~5k mile tune up - mainly just oil, filter, and tension the chain.Just picked it back up today. They caught some prior work done improperly by a previous mechanic, so they fixed that too. Good catch on rear brake caliper/wheel bracket being out of position. Before I left, we had a good chat about electric motors, rally cars, and they showed me around their shop. I saw plenty of Harleys, Kawasakis, an electric Sur Ron, a big Gold Wing, etc. ... Seems like they have a lot of fun in this shop!I'll definitely come back just to say hello or if I ever need more work done. Thanks guys!

j c: and I'm glad I did!He was upfront and honest about the cost and overall their team was super easy to work with. I don't trust the dealership as far as I can spit, but Mayhem? Quality work and integrity. The buckhorn bar swap on my bike looks amazing and they performed a clean detailed installation that came in right about what he quoted me. They even found 2 electrical short issues and repaired them that the dealer did on prior work!Unless its warranty work, skip the dealer and visit Mayhem. You will not be sorry!

Srdjan Pajic: Super friendly, helped me set my bike ready to transport to track

ryan hughes: The guys at World of Meyhem are the real deal. Old school bikers are the mechanics, the know their trade as good or better than anyone else around. They are kinda hard to get ahold of at times, best just to check the hours and just head down.

Nathan Marburg: Bill is super friendly and the shop itself is a cool little place.

Felecia Webster: Great bike place

Solo Mo: I definitely recommend this shop and the owner Bill is a standup guy you could only expect quality work for a fair price trust meServices:Steering suspension repair,Wheel alignment,Brake service repair,Oil change

Jason Tsang: These guys do solid work and i've come to know bill for being fair and honest. I've been taking my gsxr here how for years.

EagleRider Motorcycle Rentals and Tours Seattle: what do users think?

Russell Mairs: Allen was the associate who checked us out. Very cool, personable, and knowledgeable.

Dylan Greene: Alan was awesome and hooked us up. Great service and perfect experience!

Amir Margalit: Bikes in perfect condition, and very friendly staff. hoping to come back for another, longer trip

Ron Icard: Awesome people and a great company. Love the company and the services they offer

Stan McKinley: Wonderful experience! Nice selection of bikes, great customer service, and the bikes were ready when expected. When the airline delayed one of our bags with motorcycle gear in it for 8 hours, EagleRider helped figure out a solution that minimized the impact on our trip.

Abhay Sawhney: EDIT: special shoutout to Okalani! he's an incredible staff member and helped me resolve an issue with my bike

Pritinder Singh: Amazing spot, great bikes that are well maintained. Alan provided expedition service and got me setup smoothly on XRS900

KojiKP: EagleRider saved the day! I was at Day 1 of a 2-day track school and my motorcycle wasn't running right. Thankfully EagleRider was there and I was able to rent a Yamaha MT-07 last minute. I did a two day rental but was able to get my bike running for day 2 so the rental just sat.EagleRider has a great selection of well maintained bikes and Arthur was super helpful getting me setup with the rental so I wouldn't miss any time on the track.

Kyle Linman: I became a member of Eagle Rider three or so years ago. I heard about them from a fellow rider. From the moment I started my first rental I was hooked. Alan and the team at Eagle Rider in Burien are not only friendly, but they are extensively knowledgeable about each bike and different rides in Washington. Any chance I get to spread the word about Eagle Rider, I do. I just told a buddy today. I can’t wait to rent in Palm Springs during my son’s spring break this year. Just another example of the different opportunities Eagle Rider provides. Well done Eagle Rider, Burien!!

Michael Dietrich: Ive been a member for 6 years now, and ride at least once a month all summer. Allen is the best. Super friendly, fun to chat with, helpful, and mindful of your time. Gets you on the road quickly without feeling rushed. Always a 5 star experience here. And plenty of bikes to chose from to match your style, abilities, or trip. So go see these guys and get on the road!

Darshan Ganapathi: Good bike , great service. Had rented a Yamaha R3 for 3 days.. bike was in great condition, almost like a new one with only 500 miles on the meter. Pickup / return whole process was smooth and timely

Andrew Hedden: Rented a Harley Street Glide for the day while in Seattle. Alan and team did a great job through the entire process. I rented online and a couple days before called the location to sort out parking logistics. Alan was available and helpful in answering all of my questions. On a Saturday there was plentiful street parking within a block of the location. The check in process was easy and quick. Completing my paperwork and orientation online ahead of time really helped. After some quick orientation from Okalani on this bike specifically I was on the road. The bike was phenomenal and I had a great ride up north over Deception Pass. On my way back I ran into a little issue with timing a ferry. I called Alan as soon as I knew I was going to be cutting it close to getting back on time. He was very understanding and even worked with one of his team to help me out. I got very lucky and got back just a few minutes after their 5pm closing time. Okalani took the bike back quickly and with amazing grace even though I was keeping him late on a Saturday. Thank you for making it such a great trip EagleRider of Seattle, Alan, and Okalani. I will definitely come back the next time I need a bike while visiting.

Kim C: Love the people. BRING BACK RHE ZEROS PLEASE ⚡

Lawrence Allen: Great check out experience Alan was very knowledgeable and asked me questions to help with my needs.

Myra Anderson (myrabuzz): So happy to have an Eaglerider location close to me! The team here always makes me feel great as a female rider, which is important to me in this male dominated industry. The manager always talks to me about what is available to rent and helps to find the right bike for me. He took the time to show me the new 2022 Harley and spoke to me about it even though it wasn’t available to rent. It got me hyped up for next year when spring hits so I can take one out for a weekend! Appreciate this location and the people keeping those bikes tip top for me!

Bellevue Motosports: what do users think?

alexander rae: Plenty of bikes here from Italian to Japanese, not the biggest place but plenty of bikes and knowledgeable staff on hand to answer your questions. Limited parking and a small assortment of riding gear.

Siamak R: In short they are 10 stars! Highly recommended shop and here is the longer review: The day I went in to ask about MV Agusta bikes, both Wyatt and Mike kept the shop open 1.5 hours after their closing hours and gave me a ton of information about the bike and it’s history then I left and came back a week later for a test and Wyatt allowed me to test a bike and gave me full freedom. After the test I came back home to put my thoughts together and had a few concerns and again they gave me more info and guidance without expectations and gave me another opportunity to test more bikes I ended up buying the MV Agusta Brutale 800RR and I love it. I understand some people probably didn’t have good experience based on some of the bad reviews but guys give this shop a shot! go see Mike and Wyatt and the other guys. Wyatt and Mike helped me load the bike to the car and everything. Such nice people!I am loving my choice! These guys helped me make the absolute best decision. Can’t be thankful enough for everything they did. Amazing people.Besides all that Wyatt helped me to find the right gear. Super happy about my experience.

Sarah Lynch: They had the part I needed and shipped it quickly and cheaply.

Sulphurs: Four weeks ago, I was looking for a new waverunner. I called dealerships around the area, and they all said no to putting a deposit down and placing a hold. I then called Bellevue Motorsports, and Cole at Bellevue Motorsports offered to put a hold down for me. When the time came to buy the waverunner, Cole made the process smooth and quick. I would highly recommend Cole, and Bellevue Motorsports for all your recreational needs.

Terry Linde: Great people and service.

Rowdy Rae: Very helpful, they know their stuff and can help you with your motorcycle needs. They have a pretty good selection, for a smaller location, been shopping at this location since the 80’s.

Troy Hestle: Great little shop in North Bellevue

big al: I've never purchased a new motorcycle so my review Is of the parts and service department. The people working there have been more helpful and a better resource than anyone on the internet. They have worked hard to help me find oddball parts and information and parts compatability more than I could have ever hoped. Awesome people. Thank you so much.

Lawrence Waters: . I had stopped by to look at a Ninja 1000SX, they being one of the first dealers to get one. Even though it was already sold, he let me get on it and started it for me!! Very cool, very nice!! He even followed up with an email to provide me more information!

Eric Welling: The made buying a super hassle free experience. I would give them 5 stars, but they didn't do an oil change on my used bike. They also don't hook you up on referrals.

service solutions: Super easy to deal with! Had what I needed and got me in same day for front/rear tire swap. On top of that they had the bike back to me in a few short hours.Thank you Bellevue Motosports!-2011 Concours 1400

Emad Shirazi: Bought my 3rd bike from them!First I bought a 2017 Ninja 300 Winter test edition, flawless purchase experience, then traded that in a couple years later for a ZX10R from them, which was another amazing experience, and a few days ago bought a 2023 Ninja H2 from them! Which was yet another fantastic experience. Even in the unlikely event of something going wrong they sure have your back and take good care of you. Brett is amazing and very approachable. Cam in Service is also a very chill dude and did my full Vandemon exhaust install on the H2. Great service and experience all around.

Ell Jay: the employees here are helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, expedient, and all around nice people. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Andy Bean: Found a great deal on a previous year's model Kawasaki Versys in their online inventory, went into the shop with a trade-in and walked out a happy new Versys owner. Pretty frictionless experience overall with good financing options through Kawasaki. Scot and Brett made me feel right at home and the shop atmosphere is pretty laid back and chill. Solid purchase experience would highly recommend!

Cycl Path Motorcycle & Machine: what do users think?

Louis Hoffman: Great local shop, Jeff and Scott take really good care of my bike. Unfortunately it's pretty small so they can't hold too many bikes overnight. However their quality is top notch. If you need an alternative to your dealership, give these guys a look, you may be very pleased. I'm budgeting my next project to take to them. Update 2024: it's now been several years since my original post, still a great place to bring your bike. Good people, good work, I will continue to bring my bikes here!

Michael Halk: Cycl path treated me hands down awesome! Craftsmanship top notch! High quality work! And their knowledge is over the top!!! Wont be going anywhere else for work on my ride!!!

Dean Fuller: By far the best shop around. Fair price for great work. If you are looking for people you can trust with your bike, your search is over.

Shelly McMaster: We love our friends over at Cycl Path! They've alway been so wonderful and helpful when our motorcycle needs a tune up or a fix. Jeff and Scott always know just what to do. We always recomend them to our friends and family!

Aaron: Jeff and Scott have worked on my FXDL twice and both times did great work, on time and on budget. They're much more reasonably priced than the HD dealerships for both parts and labor.

Dawn DiDonna: Friendly service

Stephen Maurice: The only shop I let work on my bike. Jeff and Scott are great people and know how to take care of all your motorcycle needs.

marco siccardo: I brought them an obscure race to press onto a dirt bike crown and they quickly helped me and took the challenge. These are good people. Highly recommend this shop

Jim H: Decided to try CyclPath for my 50K service instead of the Harley dealership. Definitely glad I did! Everything was done correctly, on time and below the estimated cost. Every time I had used the dealer something was always overlooked making me go back to get it corrected. Not anymore!

Joe Kylen: Great experience I dropped off a pair of cylinders to have some machine work performed and I received same day service thank you for a great job I will be back .

Chris Dobbelaere: Jeff and Scott are the best in the business. I’ve had my 98 heritage serviced by several Harley dealers and only Cyclpath discovered a vacuum leak with my carb that made dramatic improvements. I’ve done business with Cyclpath several time since. I recently inherited my Dad’s 03 anniversary roadking and having the guys do a a full S&S 106 stroker and baker 6 six speed along with a new front end and other improvements. They are super educated, informative, and have great customer service. I wouldn’t take my bikes anywhere else

Kay Apfelbeck: Spectacular customer service! You need Motorcycle maintenance this is the place to go! 😊

Tom Wilson: Had 12” mini apes installed and these guys were great in communicating what was involved and what might be needed. They were spot on for the price they quoted me and was actually a few dollars less than I was anticipating. It took a little longer than expected only due to shipping but that was not their fault. They were very kind in letting me know what they were waiting on. Once the parts arrived J.B. Was quick to get on the work and get my bike finished. These guys are very kind and very good at what they do! I will definitely go to them again for anything I’m not able to do myself as I know it will be done right!Thank you guys! I love my bars and the bike handles even better now than it did with the stock bars!Keep up the amazing work!

Rodney Zonnefeld: Fast, friendly service done right!

Eastside Harley-Davidson®: what do users think?

Travis Simpson: If Mr. Harley and the three Davidson’s brothers had one dealership to carry their namesake into the future, it would be this dealership. I recently experienced the purchase process of buying a Harley and can absolutely say working with this team was the best experience I have had when shopping bikes. So if you are looking and want an ethical, upfront and honest dealer, this is the place. The Harley and Davidson families are lucky that you honor the heritage and spirit of a company they founded 121 years ago.

Colin Eoff: Awesome experience buying my first H-D bike here. The entire team was great to work with and I look forward to my future interactions with the team at Eastside Harley-Davidson!

Dan Holm: What an awesome experience at this dealership! I had a baffling electrical issue which was turning off my running lights every 8 seconds. Blake in service and Tim the tech had my issue sorted out and I was on my way in less than two hours. Super friendly service, I will definitely be coming back to this location as my primary dealership/service location from now on!

Michael Bondoc: for finding the issues that jet city harley did not address. I will definitely start coming here for all my service needs

Michael Nielsen: Top notch customer service. Always friendly and quick to get you in and out when you need work.

pabst: Great place with a huge selection of very nice bikes.

Chris Jones: The people and selection at Eastside Harley are amazing. They truly listened to me and helped me find exactly what I wanted with absolutely no pressure. I just bought my second Harley from them and they rembered me and treated me like family. The professionalism, knowledge and ethics of Addy, Jon, Blake, Frank and the entire staff make for an awesome experience. I always recommend Eastside to all my friends and family.

Scott Kurtzeborn: Excellent, knowledgeable staff and sales crew. Can't recommend them enough.

Mp Neslin: I was met by Blake, as soon as I walked in.He helped set up my bikes delivery to ESHD, and then we set up a service appt, and worked thru a handlebar swap.He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.Issues arose, mostly from MY end, and he handled those without an trouble, or delay.Tim, the mechanic, did a GREAT job, and I couldn't be happier w my bike.I can't recommend these guys highly enough!MP Neslin

Erik Cressall: The folks at Eastside are the best. No games, no shenanigans, and always fair.

Joseph Gonzales: Great service!Out to help!

Chuck Elliott: Chris in Sales and Blake in Service are fantastic. I have bought bikes from all of the Harley dealers in the area and Eastside Harley is my dealer of choice. They do straight up deals and take great care of me. Every staff member has taken great care of me & my wife. Despite the fact that I live in Port Orchard, they are worth the drive.

Lila Schaffler: Chris is AMAZING!!!!

Tamia Tsosie: Debbie is super awesome! As well as the sales and parts team. Great customer service and friendly staff. Will be coming back soon.

Liv Powsey: Great customer service

William Marshall: . Weeks later when I had an issue with one of the parts they gladly returned it and offered some advice. Would not hesitate to do business again and will use this dealer for my future business. Prices are very reasonable considering the PNW market is one of the most expensive in the nation. Blake in particular from parts is great to deal with.

Jason Short: Had a fantastic purchase experience. They not only beat my USAA Apr, but got me a special from their lender. Very welcoming. First time I have felt that at a dealer before. Great experience.

Sam Louie: . Never owned a Harley either but with their modern styling, I couldn’t resist anymore. I shopped at 4-5 other HD shops but in the end, Doc & especially Chris took care of me. Chris, was persistent and never gave up on working with me

Touratech-USA: what do users think?

CTN America Trucking LLC: One of my favorite adventure stores. I'm an OTR truck driver. I happened to be in Seattle and since I carry my bike with me, I made it to the store, yesterday. Beautiful store, very knowledgeable folks, friendly and eager to help. I had a great time. Thank you.

John Wyss: What a fun store! If you're a motorcyclist, and appreciate adventure, especially off-road, you will be in heaven here. But there are some things for Street riders such as tool kits. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Just keep in mind that they do not do installs here of all the goodies they sell. You can do it yourself or most dealers will install add-ons for time and materials. Also check the hours, they are not open on weekends or evenings.

SENIA Srock: Kudos to the staff members.

christian reyes: They warranted a socket that’s over 30 years old without hesitation.

Carolina Ramírez: It’s always a pleasure to come here, everyone it’s so nice and knowledgeable

Jeremy Kaufman: Great folks, fantastic service!

Hammer Bass: I needed some parts for my upper crash bar. Sent an email. Super quick response with all the details of what to do next. Easy to reach by phone for my order and these are simply great people who care.

Dj Swiger: Matt was great!! He went above and beyond with his service.

Tim Tyler: So fortunate they have a Seattle store and resource center.

Shane Null: gear up and get out there!

Shon Cansler: 22 890 adventure. Got the upper and lower crash guards and the skid plate reinforcement. Excellent fit.

courtney dupuy: Stopped in today while visiting from the east coast. Totally awesome place friendly store manager. Even offered suggestions about gear that they didn’t sell because it sounded like the right fit. Wish my wallet was thicker!

John White: I would rate it 5 stars but my wallet is always too light when I leave. Great accessories and glad to have a brick and mortar shop so close.

Phillip: I love this place. They always have what I need and do it with pleasantness and professionalism. Great spot.

matt tighe: Awesome products and the guys are great. You will pay a bit more, but the proof is in the pudding. I highly recommend you visit the store in person.

Amber (Cinderz) Morthland: Top notch Motorcycle gear. Very knowledgeable people with the best Customer Service.

Chris Riccardi: I have a 2017 Africa Twin I weigh 230lbs and I'm an advanced rider expert adventure rider. I purchased the heavy duty fork springs and seals and the package came with it's own oil. The springs made the bike a whole new bike. With the stock springs compression was at 6 out heavy duty springs 10 out and able to smash 2' whoops at 50+ mph
