On return, we called the number on the ticket after immigration and the shuttle was waiting for us outside. At the site, they had the car ready for us. Brilliant service in all aspects!

Tazz1775: Very easy and fast check in. For a while it seemed like their phones weren't working for you to get picked up so you were left standing by waiting and hoping there was room for you. The last time it seemed like they have fixed this problem which I was glad because I like using this company.

I wanted to go places but I couldn't do to this dang 🌧️☔.
Aileen M Cruz: Whether it's for departure or arrival, and you wanna get away from the traffic areas at the airport. I highly suggest this airport station parking for pick up/arrivals and drop off/departures.I've been using this location for a while now. And it works very well. It's about a five minute walk to the airport. The parking lot is not secured. However, it is pretty well lit. 15 minute parking only. There is no traffic here. People quickly come and go . You see a few people waiting a little more than 15 minutes, especially if flights are delayed and what not.I believe it's better to come here rather than to the cell phone lot. The cell phone lot gets super crowded and the parking stalls are very narrow, it's ridiculous to try and get a lot of people in there. I literally have to skim my way out of the door in between my vehicle the one next to me.Access to the Link rail also available here.

Dennis Hill: We always use the garage when we park and fly. It's basically valet parking, and when we come back, our car is sitting right next to the office, ready for us to load and go.

Wrote my last review just two weeks ago after a trip to St. Louis, just go back from a Mexico trip and my husband and I love nthe Masterpark Garage location and pick up was about 7 minutes from my call and we had the same driver who remembered us, and was very professional. So were the two staff that greeted me to pay and then just like that in 2 minutes this was done, and the car was waiting. Service full circle matters and others in the shuttle ride from the airport to the Garage location had nothing but over the top discussions of their experiences too. For those reading, don't wait to the last minute to make your reservations too as they fill up during peak seasonal times.

Cassandra Lacson: I’ve tried numerous parking garages along International Blvd and Wally Park Garage is by far the best! Easy process, shuttles are clean and frequent, and friendly staff. Tino is an exceptionally kind driver!

Franco J: Use this garage for whenever I need to travel. The shuttle is very frequent to and from the airport. Recommend making a reservation as I have arrived and not had a place to park unless your company has an agreement with wallypark. They have little dividers between each car parking slot so you don't get door dings from the cars that park next to you. Sometimes they have bottled water available while you wait for the shuttle.
Sidharth Panicker: This is one of the good one. It’s covered garage, they have good frequency of buses for all the times I have been. They have nets between 2 parking spots, which kinda saves your car from the neighbours door openings. Additionally they help you with the luggages when you onboard and de-board the bus.

Matthew Hays: I was feeling ignored, but when I messaged the hotel, Dee Ann took care of me personally and got me into a very nice room with a voucher for breakfast. Overall, the hotel is very nice and if you can respectfully talk to the staff, they will go to lengths to make sure you are taken care of.

David Innes: This was our first use of MasterPark. We had read great reviews and we were not disappointed.The staff at MasterPark Lot C were all extremely kind and helpful. They have a great system which for us worked flawlessly. We booked online but when we arrived there was no need to show any of our booking forms. Our car was tagged and we were on our way to our flight within a few minutes using their courtesy bus which runs about every 10 minutes.On return from our vacation a week later we simply took the shuttle bus to the parking lot, which arrived after just 5 minutes. The shuttle bus driver called ahead and our car was waiting for us when we arrived 10 minutes later. We showed our booking documents, were almost immediately handed our keys and we were on our way home. Our car was undamaged and no hidden fees.Reasonable prices and first class service…what’s not to like! Thoroughly recommended.

Alexandra Thomas: Pretty good service, easy drop off, pickup was a little messy but we came back on Easter Sunday evening late, so to be expected. We got a ride, but many people had to wait for second bus. They went above and beyond in two areas - great price and then I forgot to pickup my keys from office - sent them to me via mail in just a few days. No hassle and excellent customer service. Will park there again.

Emily Goodin: When we entered we noticed that red/green lights on the ceiling indicate where open spaces are. Excellent feature! I haven't compared pricing on regular parking vs reserved but I'm hoping to use reserved parking for every future trip. Good job, Sea-Tac.
Gaku “GK” Kamitani: There are several hotels within walking distance of Seattle Sea-Tac Airport. While walking to the airport is often nearly impossible, Sea-Tac is easily accessible. At least the early hours seemed safe enough and it was faster than ordering the hotel shuttle. The attached photo is a path to terminals on foot from airport road.
Mandy Washburn: SeaTac parking garage security employees are amazing!!!! I was on vacation outside of the country and got an alert that my Cadillac theft sensors went off. I called the garage, gave them my spot number put me on hold, checked my car and in less than 5 min I knew everything was ok. I was so relieved and appreciative. They were responsive, quick and polite. Thank you!!!!!
