If you are interested in their process, they are always more than happy to teach you about the products, how to use them properly, and how they will benefit you. If you want to feel extra pampered, the Hydrafacial is luxurious. It will leave your face hydrated, clear, bright, and plump like a newborn baby. If you opt for a dermaplaning, you can be confident that your aesthetician will have a precise and deft hand. They use extremely sharp surgical steel razors that will completely exfoliate off the top layer of dead skin cells and peach fuzz without scratching your face or causing excessive irritation. Every aesthetician I’ve worked with at Ananya is highly knowledgable, gentle, and professional. I do like to ask for Naomi if she’s available, but truly everyone I’ve met here is fantastic!Your aesthetician may leave a couple of skincare product recommendations for you at the counter. I’m a big fan of the Eminence line they carry as it’s super gentle, clean, and affordable. The lip treatment trio, strawberry rhubarb hyaluronic masque, and hyaluronic hydrator all are on repeat for me.Massages:I’ve had relaxing Swedish massages, and intense deep tissue massages here alike. Both have been positive experiences. For the past year, I have been seeing Jay once a month for deep tissue, and this has done WONDERS for chronic migraines and tension headaches. I swear, Jay is akin to a magician! They have helped release years of muscle tension caused by anxiety, constant high heel wearing, and teeth grinding. I truly can’t recommend them enough. Your massage therapist will listen intently to your needs and concerns to provide you with the most beneficial experience based on their expertise. True experts in their field. Don’t snooze on the add ons as they can really enhance your massage. Personally, I like to opt for the CBD oil when I’m getting a deep tissue massage. Hot rocks and Gua Sha are also fun choices for inflammation and relaxation. Make sure you schedule time after your massage to rest, and drink lots of water!Misc.I’ve never had an issue finding street parking on Elliott right out front.I really can’t recommend Ananya enough!

It was my birthday gift from my husband. Got up and left. Was told they would check the call when I made the appointment and get back to me. Have not heard from them since.

The only issue I have is that the pool at the spa and locker rooms are shared with the general guests, and it kind of kills the relaxation. I had two sessions - a massage and a facial. For the massage, a dad with his kids were overrunning the locker room and screaming and messing everything up. Really ruined the vibe. I’m sorry, I’m gonna say it and people will hate it - but you parents really are a damn bane and have no idea what you ruin for other people. Yeah, “my kids”. Good for you. Control them in a spa locker room.Second session some guy was just like a bull in a china shop leaving everything wet and gross. He was just there for the pool. But I guess that could be any day, any jerk.Much different than the Hyatt Andaz, where there’s a separate spa pool and locker room. Be aware. But overall good.

Nice receptionist and they gave us robes and sandals upon check in. Locker rooms had water, toiletries, showers, dry and wet sauna. After changing and getting ready we were greeted by our massage therapists. My therapist, Andrew, was absolutely delightful. He was kind, funny, and wanted to make sure I had a good massage session by letting me know what he was going to be doing that day. I opted for the hot stone treatment and he made sure my preferences were met. EXCELLENT massage and I highly recommend asking for Andrew.We also used the lap pool and hot tub since it was included in our rate. Overall great experience. A tad expensive but as a regular Hyatt guest in addition to being a world of Hyatt member, it made sense for me.Will be coming back if we get a chance.

I've gotten brow tints, 1 hr and 1.5 hour massages and facials. They have product in the waiting area, from lotions and makeup to candles, but there's never a hard sell by anyone. I'd recommend signing up on their mailing list as they often have some great specials, especially if you can do something last minute.

I have been going to Lolo for massage almost since it opened but I recently had a surgery and needed lymphatic massage done and needed it fast. I saw Julie Ann and she did dry brushing and gentle lymphatic massage that helped with the swelling and tension post-op--she was excellent. I was so thrilled that even though I couldn't have a standard deep tissue massage, I could get exactly what I needed all in one place.

Love the high ceilings and the temperature of the mattress as well as its softness which I found so comfortable after the pressure applied. Kate and Heather are veterans who understand the body well! Even when I forget to tell her where I most need relief she finds those areas, intuitively. I prefer deep, firm pressure and Heather consistently delivers. Kate is equally gifted--once Heather was unavailable, so I settled for Kate. Ha, it wasn't "settling"--she is just as strong and talented! I highly recommemend either of them.The spa itself has a soothing warm glow, and antique accents. I always look forward to the ambiance & tranquility.Since Covid, they've had to postpone steam baths. Once they feel safe to resume, I highly recommend a 15-30 min steam prior to massage. Absolutely heavenly!Added bonuses are their parking garage and easy online scheduling and/or rescheduling. I really love this spa!

Also, as a side note. I'm a big guy, 6 ft over 350 lb, and the table felt great and sturdy, and the space felt very accessible.

I leave my body in her hands and am confident she will know what to do. Not only is her treatment relaxing, but it is therapeutic at the same time. The environment is clean and cozy, music is fabulous, and Hillary is warm and amiable. She is a healer that has her client's best interest at heart. The facial is fabulous and my skin was amazing when we were through. I literally melted into the table during the massage portion of the treatment. As a business traveler I need someone who can help keep my body in condition to deal with the abuse I subject it to. I cannot recommend her highly enough and consider myself very lucky to have found her.

During the facial, it was super relaxing and comfy, and after the facial my face felt very soft, firm, and definitely more hydrated. If I live in the area, this will be my go to place and will definitely have confidence in Ailsa. 100% recommended.

Maria: A sweet little vintage French style spa in the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. A little speedy, so sign up for their emails to get notified when they have specials. Or ask the employees what specials they have before booking. They do "require" an 18% gratuity, which I think is unfair, especially if the service wasn't very good. Instead, why doesn't the company just pay their people a good living wage? Their prices are rich enough. For this reason I just go for services that are a must or on sale.
