Downtown Spirits: what do users think?

Mike Metcalf: Order kegs from here on the regular and can't say enough about their amazing customer service. Jordan has been immensely helpful time after time

KC K-town: Excellent delivery service. On time and professional.

Todd Duncan: Good selection, prices weren’t crazy, and I love the just walk out technology.

Sean Clinchy: . I found one on their web site and ordered six bottles to be delivered. They emailed and told me their distributor was out of that particular wine, but would have the next vintage in stock in a few weeks

Zach McKinney: , and fast. Less than 90 minutes between placing the order and arrival.

Phil Sellers: Excellent store. Wide selection and very helpful staff. Very knowledgeable of the area as well.

George A: UPDATE: Seems like they got rid of the app requirement. It's a lot easier now to browse. They still require a card hold to get to where the merchandise is, but it's not a big deal. The new clerk was a lot more friendly and I could just take a peek. They didn't have what I was looking for, but at least I could confirm.OLD: Seems like this place requires an app to enter. I asked if they had a specific item or if I could literally just look at an aisle without going past the turnstyles and the guy working the counter was really rude about it.

amy richards: Great selection, easy to order, quick delivery. Been a customer for years. Personal, excellent customer service. Appreciate their friendly and professional delivery folks.

Eugene Webb: Fast delivery

Bottlehouse: what do users think?

Georgia Golla: Update 5/6: After my second visit, bottlehouse was great! Sometimes it takes two visits to get the experience everyone else has, but our waiter Paul was AMAZING and everything we got was delicious. The perfect place for a date night and I would recommend the Mac n Cheese & Tuna Crudo. Everything was so fresh and their House Pot de creme dessert was the perfect dessert to end the meal.Overall okay experience! The space itself is very cute and cozy, perf summer day place. I expected more out of the appetizers and food on the menu. The charcuterie board could be more elevated and we were definitely expecting more out of the board since this is mainly a wine/cocktail bar.

AV Goodsell: Randomly discovered this spot yesterday. Had drinks with my husband here and it was super cozy. The wine list is excellent and Tomas was very helpful! He will take care of you. We'll definitely plan to return. Also if you are lactose intolerant like I am, plan to bring Lactaid. They are dairy heavy. 😉

Rosey Bottoms: I was there last night I had an exceptional experience! Annabell our server was delightful and gave excellent service the highlight of the evening for me was the desert which Evan had made I asked who had made this creation I literally cried it was that good move over Frans! Complex intense and addictive! If you love chocolate you owe it to yourself to have this desert it is like a chocolate mousse with coddled cream and pistachios on top Evan told me that this one has Rose in it sometimes it has orange blossom sometimes lavender however I am sure this will not be the last time I come to this establishment other things were fabulous as well but this was a standout thank you so much what a lovely experience!

Amanda Johnson: Amazing restaurant for small eats and quality drinks. Service is prompt and kind. Ambiance is refined without being pretentious. GET THE AIOLI PLATE on the side of your meal. Simple ingredients done PERFECTLY. Holiday punch is delightful and has the perfect seasonal flavor profile. Serving team is sweet, attentive and friendly. Not really a place for small kids or pets, but i’ve seen young families with babies be accommodated with care here. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough. 10/10 a win every time.

Teresa Mainieri: We hosted our wedding welcome party here in late September on a Friday night and it was the BEST! We had about 60 guests and rented the side and back garden areas. Kehani was an absolute treasure- from start to finish. We met beforehand to plan the menu and get a good idea of the layout, discuss music, lighting etc. The amount and quality of the food was incredible- we got so many compliments about the venue - the wine and food were both such a hit. Almost all of our guests flew in from out of state/country and we were delighted to show them our favorite wine bar in Seattle. Would highly recommend- so many thanks to Kehani and the rest of the Bottlehouse staff who made our evening so memorable.

Mari Kim: Went on business. Nestled in the neighborhood, this house-based venue has lots of ambience for indoor and outdoor seating. Tried my first red from Lebanon and loved it. They have delicious truffles and there’s no reason not to try each of the flavors. Their pickled eggs turned out to be a wonderful surprise. See photo below. Easy place to take a guest and impress. Service was good.

Zoe Schneider: Both times I've been the food and drinks have been amazing. The beef tartar is hands down a favorite. My only issue is the first time, we requested a Shrouded Roulette for my sister and made sure to say no mint because she is allergic. The drink was topped off with a large sprig of mint. The second time the same bartender was our waiter. They would walk right by our table or stand in a corner and it felt like they couldn't be bothered to take our order. We had to flag them down to get food and refills. Everyone else was super nice and the kitchen is always on point. Just disappointing service from the one bartender/server.

Tien Nguyen: Love the atmosphere here!Staffs were very friendly and attentive, they made sure we had a great time there.Drinks were visually appealing and food was good.Amazing experience and highly recommend!

Von's 1000 Spirits: what do users think?

MyCrazy GameAddiction: We went after a concert on Friday night, May 10th, it was amazing! The place is so cool, has flags all over the ceiling with amazing decor. It was one of the few places opened after 11:30 pm, and I was not at all disappointed. The food was amazing, who knew sourdough makes great crust and pasta, highly recommend! If I travel to Seattle again, this is a definite stop by. It’s a bit pricey but for Seattle it’s reasonable. The only thing I wish it came with was with some sourdough bread complimentary, or at least a piece of bread to go with my mac and cheese included, would have made it even better! But still worth the money! Also if you go after 8pm street parking is free, that was a definite plus!

Katherine Grigsby: , the rotating tap, and the Chèvre & Sundried Tomato Pizza. Absolutely hit the spot in every way. We spent $55 total WITH the 5% Cooks Commission, which my husband and I are a huge fan of. Nick was our server and was fantastic. Every single moment of this establishment was enjoyable; and each person we encountered was the same. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody. We honestly will be back tomorrow for the next Happy Hour! Thank you, Vons!

shruti toraskar: I recently dined at Von's and I must say, it was a pasta lover's dream come true. The pastas were hands down the best I've ever had, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. And to complement the delicious food, the drinks were also top-notch, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal. If you're a fan of pasta and great drinks, Von's is definitely the place to be!

Evan Liddell: Fantastic restaurant and bar! I went here twice while in Seattle for a work trip this past week, once with a friend and as it turns out also for a work related dinner. The first time I visited was at the bar, I had a couple of beers recommended by the bartender which were fine lagers and then some green chartreuse which I was surprised to see, and even more surprised when I was offered an industry sour. That's something I've had to chase in other locations and usually order by parts.Next at the company outing we ordered a few old-fashioneds which were delicious. Getting anything off menu over to the bar seemed like a no go, so we weren't able to get a Wisconsin old fashioned or an industry sour this time around. The food was very well prepared, from the cod "filet", which was gigantic, to the burger to the Spicy Rigs which I ordered. I added shrimp which I think went pretty well with the theme. I was a little worried it might not be that spicy, but don't worry, it has a kick! I'll have to apologize to the universe here because I was a little surprised by the bang bang chicken but this does appear to be a very authentic version of the dish, but at the same time not the more basic version of the dish you might get elsewhere, especially in the midwest. All in all Von's will remain one of my fondest memories of this visit to Seattle!

Oliver's Lounge: what do users think?

Stanley L: the best.Other gin based cocktails are also pretty good. The corpse reviver #2 is pretty balanced. The aviation is ok but a bit too sour for me, but still a good cocktail.A recommended place for drink under the mayflower hotel!

Wolf Pack (Wolfpack legion): Team work! That is what the Wolfpack saw tonight at this charming lounge. Stu our bartender made sure my beer was ice cold. He served up a refreshing vodka cocktail toMy wife.Stu’s bar back Evan had his back in replenishing the bar stock! Both are joined by incredibly talented servers Samantha and Michelle. I learned that Michele even has a she wolf version of my wolf ring. We left elsewhere to watch college football but we were delighted to find that the team of Stu, EvanSamantha and Michele were still on their shift. Make no mistake, we stopped in for a night cap. And as Samantha and Michele both told me, it was time to howl at theMoon! Their teamwork resembles a tight nit Wolfpack!

Joshua Foxton: Excellent Vibe. High end without being pretentious or stuffy.Refined, yet relaxed upscale lounge atmosphere coupled with superior quality drinks, food, and service.Beautiful design and decor, but feel free to show up as you are. Staff was attentive and courteous, and you cannot beat the food and drinks selection.Definitely recommend the 330-6pm happy hour- great "bang for the buck"!

Margo Sargent: Heidi, our server, was warm, gracious and considerate. The bar tender, Conner, served up Icey cold perfect martinis. People watching from the gorgeous windows, stunning! The food smelled and looked delicious, but we had other dinner plans, so didn’t eat.Seattle is really trying to win back a good rep. Walking to the Market felt safe enough due to a huge number of safety officers and massive clean up crews. The great weather also helped!

Nathaniel: Roquette is a French-inspired cocktail bar, which means they stock and use a great variety of Chartreuse and things like that. But their bartenders also seem to like mezcal as much as I do. This makes Roquette the perfect cocktail bar. This is my favorite cocktail bar. The drinks are excellent. The service is excellent - try talking to the bartender and servers, they're very nice. And the vibe and atmosphere are superior. I always have a good time here.

Schuyler Bailar: A swanky, fancy, quirky cocktail bar with low lighting and very interesting/strange/unique/fun drinks! I went with friends but we all agreed this would definitely be a great date night spot. Each drink had lots of different flavors that were well balanced but somewhat surprising. My friend got a rum based cocktail with coconut cream, pandan, and Thai curry spices and you could taste each of these in succession. It was fascinating. I'd definitely recommend this spot for fancy unique cocktails!

Drew Steblay: Couldn't find much about it on the website, but the weekend brunch is awesome!

Miss Nga: looked after us and had great recommendations... We ate everything!!!Dessert is a must!!! There were four of us and we shared the three plates and couldn't eat it all.Value for money and with tip - well worth it!!! $82-$85ish per head... even with our exchange rate!!!

Herakles Li: Came in here for a pretty late brunch. Service was good and they were kind to check in on us as the kitchen and bar were closing. We got the po boy and the tasso ham Benedict. Both were pretty good. I wish the po boy came with something other than chips though they paired well together I suppose.

Canlis: what do users think?

jake devlin: A phenomenal experience and an absolutely must do if you are looking for fine dining in the area. Service and presentation were amazing and the food was full of flavor and meticulously prepared. My guest was a pescatarian and was easily accommodated.Parking: The parking lot comes up quick and the turn around is pretty far out of the way so be careful when approaching.

Sherry Fan: out of all the fine dining places in seattle, this doesn’t necessarily have the best food, but it undoubtedly has the best service and atmosphere. i appreciate that there is a formal dress code as it really elevates the ambiance of the meal. the service is truly unmatched; you feel very welcomed and the staff takes care of every aspect of your experience. the view is probably one of the best in seattle. however, for the price point, the food is merely good. there certainly were dishes that blew my mind, but this was maybe 2 out of the 10 dishes we tried. the drinks again were good, but not particularly special. again at this price point i would expect the food and drinks to be more singular.

Girish Shekhar: On my first visit to a fine dining establishment in Seattle, I was treated to a truly exceptional experience. Despite the set menu, the staff graciously accommodated our requests, showcasing their dedication to personalized service. From the moment we arrived, the valet and welcoming staff set the tone for a memorable evening. Each expertly prepared course was a masterful fusion of rich flavors, with every bite a testament to the chef's culinary artistry. The entire experience was a symphony of warmth, elegance, and gastronomic delight.Note : This is not a traditional dining experience in Seattle so make sure to dress up with suits, sport coat and dresses.Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian set menu.

Chris Roach: Absolutely incredible dining experience. Was fortunate enough to attend a dinner lecture series in the upstairs section. Some of the most delicate and delicious cuisine I have ever had. Most amazing salmon I have ever tasted.Dietary restrictions: Staff were very considerate and careful to ask about dietary restrictions and offered vegetarian/options for their set menu

James Edward:

Dampier D: Went on a Sunday night to their bar area while waiting for my reservation for Walrus and Carpenter. They give you free chips while you sip on your drink.Drinks were really good and the spot was so nice. Felt spacious especially with the wide bar area.If you are waiting for your walrus and carpenter reservation definitely stop here. Ronald Buie: make a last minute decision on showing up at.

Holly Simmelink: and Mexican beer. The duck poutine was the star of this show, thick cheese, salty gravy, hand cut fries with a rosemary flavor. So good. The service was stellar, super friendly and kind. Over and above example: a couple wanted to sit outside after the clouds parted and the sun appeared. Someone went out to clean off a table for them and open the section. Super nice!

Pablo Mendoza: Loved this place. First time, went with a friend who is visiting from out of town. I had the french toast for brunch and it was amazing as it was topped with berries. Fresh ingredients. Friend had the steak and eggs, which he loved, so I'll definitely try that the next time I go in. The service was great. Friendly staff that would stop by to check in often. Atmosphere was also great.

Lazaro Lopez: Met up with some friends for breakfast. Friendly staff, sat us right of way. Waitress took our order and was nice. Other witresses stopped by to say hi and ask if we need anything. Ordered the chimichurri steak and eggs. The steak was cooked to my liking. Lots of flavor and tender. The owner stopped by to ask questions and talk to us. Very friendly staff and owners were great. They also have really good drinks. This is a great establishment with great people. I highly recommend stopping by for food or to grab some drinks. Thank you Rey for the service and hospitality.

Frances Agrusa: best happy hour on 15th ave!had the happy hour duck poutine, Caesar salad, and calamari and it all came out pretty fastservers were lovely, attentive, and accommodating for walk-insWheelchair accessibility: no stairs. open floor plan, wide walkways

Vanessa A: Charming neighborhood spot with a great happy hour menu. I tried the pork chop which was cooked and seasoned well and came with rich polenta and well seasoned collard greens.Street parking only in this area but you can usually find a spot within a couple blocks.

Paula K: Happy hour at Smith is like a big ol' hug in a glass! Salomon, the bartender extraordinaire, will mix up a mean cocktail and make you feel like a VIP. Alex and Jose, the awesome owners, will make sure you're having a blast. It's like a party with your favorite friends...and better drinks! Don't miss out on the fun - grab a spot at the bar and get ready to smile!

Tony Kilt: I always love coming around here and having a nice booth sit with a burger and a poutine and a cider. This has been such a reliable place for me to come back to and have a good meal every time. I like the decor and I like the location. And of course, as a Canadian, I like the poutineRecommended dishes Duck Poutine, Fries, Breakfast Poutine …

The Harvest Vine: what do users think?

Lily: edit: food still comes out slowlyiberico pork is a must. The desserts are fantastic! Wine and olive was our least favorite but it was still decent. The flan was creamy and came with lots of sauce. Service here is still attentive. A place I will go back .prior review:The food comes out slowly, not a place to grab food if you have another place to go. A good place to be at if you have like 1.5 -2 hours for dinner .The place is small with around 4-5 tables tucked tightly together upstairs and a couple more downstairs. It is best to get a reservation. The octopus and oxtail were definitely my favorite. The octopus was smoky and not fishy . The oxtail was wrapped in a crunchy shell and full of flavor.Bread is bread, I wouldn't get it.I would come back to this place .

Howard Sewell: Small, cozy neighborhood tapas restaurant serving delicious, albeit expensive, small plates. Ironically, the extensive wine list is very reasonably priced – especially the Spanish labels – which might help take the sting out of paying as much as $29 for a plate of octopus. The food itself, however, is consistently top-notch, arrives quickly, and service overall is friendly, timely, and attentive. This was our second visit and we’d definitely return, if only for a special occasion.

Heath Johnson: I really enjoy watching the art to my food being prepared, this is one of those places where you can watch while you wait. The chefs make it look so easy that you forget how challenging it is to repeat what they do in your own kitchen. This is good worth going out for because it is hard to replicate, so treat yourself. It’s like tapas and everything seems to be topped with the best olive oil you can imagine. The ingredients are all fresh and that’s what you can expect here. The recipes are simple with a complex twist, like a splash of some special sauce that lites up the dish. Get a reservation if you can, but they do keep some tables available for walk ins if you want to try your luck if you are passing through. On the pricy side but worth every penny.
