Racer Dude: I wish I had found Jack and All About Down decades ago.I have been looking for someone, with the requisite wisdom and skills, to take my brand new king size down pillow and turn it into a European Square pillow.I was not sure how much down I wanted in the European square, so Jack did not use all of the down initially. Jack did exactly what I requested the first time. He put the unused down in a small pillow made from the king-size pillow I originally sent him.When I initially received it from Jack, it was tooooo soft. So I sent it back and he put all of the "reserved" down into the new pillow. AT NO ADDITIONAL COST...except nominal shipping charges!!!When I received the second iteration, it was PERFECT!!!You can trust Jack! I did and I'm glad I did.

And as far as cleaning goes, have your comforters and pillows cleaned there because Jack pre-treats to remove any stains and uses the right washers and dryers to do the job right.Got feathers everywhere? Jack can take your store-bought pillow and put a down-proof fabric on it to stop down leakage. Think you're getting a deal on that $45 down pillow you just bought from a warehouse store? The store manager, Nick helped us out and really made us feel welcome. We tested out a few different mattresses and ultimately decided on one that had the perfect firmness. It felt really high quality. We made a note of which one we liked best and proceeded down to tuft and needle to see what they were all about. Our experience was just so different there. Tuft and Needle just seemed a lot less personal and overall we didn't feel the quality was there. We went back to nest and made our purchase with no doubts and with no buyers remorse. MY Boys: We live in New York but ordered our mattress through the Seattle showroom. The staff, in particular Erin and Nick, were transparent, informative and seemed genuinely invested in our total satisfaction. Throughout the entire process, they excelled. They facilitated the ordering and shipping process, communicated during the initial order period, updated us about shipping details and confirmed our satisfaction. As it turns out we had some comfort issues with the mattress as initially ordered, but the Seattle staff were able to figure out a way to make it work and we now are quite happy with our mattress. Buy a mattress from these people. You won't be disappointed!

Vic was exceptionally knowledgeable in what he thought we would feel comfortable in, and he was spot on. Having just arrived here and still waiting for our furniture to arrive, he immediately let us know they would provide us with a bed while we were waiting for the new one we ordered. I found a great deal on a full-size bed after being misled by another furniture store on pricing. Called and ordered with Omar and he provided delivery or pickup options. We live a distance away so just drove up on Sunday for pickup at the warehouse site. I called even before the warehouse opened to check if my vehicle would work for the set being picked up. I got the pleasant help needed. Upon arrival, gentlemen there was very easygoing, found my order quickly, and loaded it into my vehicle. I also needed a new piece of wood to stabilize this middle of our bed and he made one on-site, free of charge. So yes we'll be back online or in-store and this accentuates that the drive

Kisa Griffin: I have one of their Tatami Bed Frames but it was a gift from someone who purchased it quite some time ago. When they gave it to me they had misplaced some of the hardware and the bolt receiver for the central support leg no longer held in place and wood glue was not going to work.Although the bed has been holding up well I wanted to see if I could get replacements for the parts. When I called I spoke with Amber and told them the tale. They said that they don't carry nor can they easily order replacement parts by default. HOWEVER, they were quick to tell me that sometimes they have or can get them if a frame was damaged in shipping or for some other reason it is available to be parted out. They confirmed all of the pieces I am looking for, my contact information, and said they would look into the sources they have available.If this seems like it would be normal I can tell you that unfortunately it is not. The first two places I tried to get parts said the would not even attempt to help me because I was not a paying customer of theirs. I do acknowledge that it was not the exact model but they could have tried to help a potential future customer or just been kind. Upon finally finding the exact match of the bed and calling here I received FANTASTIC customer service from Amber! I was up front that I had not purchased it directly but that did not deter them from treating me with kindness and being as helpful as possible.Even if Amber, Soaring Heart Natural Beds, or the location they get these frames from are unable to get the parts I need I will refer people to them and turn to them when I need items they carry in the future.

I worked with Amber she was super patent kind helpful and really amazing with switching out layers from toppers to moving me bavk and fourth to feel the beds and all the difference they offer. I just don't have the words that would truly explain how wonderful my experience was unlike any other mattress shop I have been in !! Those others just CANT compete with the integrity of the store the people in it and the products that they sell 1000 times again I will go back and re-purchase and I will tell everyone I know if and when to go here over any other than this day and time in the world we live in we are not safe and we are not treated kindly and we are not helped. We are pushed along walked over and put on the shelf but not here !!!! they rather you be happy than sold !!! that speaks volumes Amber you’re the greatest. Andrea McIntosh: The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was able to try out several pillows in-store. I bought a latex pillow from them, and it was quite expensive but I love it and it was totally worth it. It's basically ruined other pillows for me.

Tirzah Petropulos: I don't know if I ever thought I'd be leaving a review for a mattress retailer, but wow. This place, their people, and their products are seriously next level amazing! Sierra was the MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE, most helpful, and sincere salesperson we have ever worked with. We visited several other natural/organic mattress providers, and none of them even compared to Soaring Heart. Their products were inferior, the knowledge of their sale's people was seriously lacking, and we had a distinct vibe that we were being given a sale's spiel rather than having our concerns and desires directly addressed. We spent way too long in this place, but they were so accommodating. They even let us take our shoes off and crawl in bed!Okay, so how was the mattress? It is probably the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It is cushy, supportive, and so, so clean. Our set is completely made of latex, and you would never know. It doesn't even smell like it! I have an avocado mattress as well, and that thing outgassed for MONTHS. It still smells like latex whenever we move or rotate it. We also picked up some L shaped pillows, which have been good except for the fact that they compressed very quickly. My ears started to hurt because they lost their give. It definitely takes some work to maintain these and some getting used to. Really glad they were included in the purchase because honestly probably would not have purchased them having experienced how firm they become. Yes you can re-fluff them, but we're both busy people with little time to re-fluff the wool in our pillows each week. If you can navigate that though, they're totally worth it. The body pillow is also AWESOME!Thank you Soaring Hearts for an amazing mattress buying experience! We will definitely be referring to you from now on for our people's bedding needs!
Casey Casey: I had never even heard of a shikibuton, but I decided to go for it. I knew I needed a better sleeping experience than I was getting with my futon. I also decided to go the extra few hundred dollars for latex and I can tell you I am not disappointed! This is exactly what I was going for. I’m not waking up sore. It miraculously contours to my side sleep even tho it’s only inches thick. I’m in love! AND I used the promo code and received 2 pillows with my purchase! They are each different and are also amazing!

Rathish Kumar Rajendran: One of my go-to stores is Target. It's always tidy and well-organized, and the staff is helpful if I can't find a product on the shelves. I appreciate the frequent email notifications about promotions and deals, and the wide range of products makes it easy to find what I need. I prefer using self-checkout at the end, which is quick and convenient, usually taking no more than 3 minutes. While the rewards program is moderate, overall, I highly recommend this store to my friends.

Nick Hardwick: This Target somehow got better ever since the ones in the U District and Ballard closed. Sure some items are behind locked doors, but the store is well staffed and well stocked so you're not waiting for long. Plus it's now full of actual security who can keep the insides safe from the out, so I feel even more safe going than before. If this is how big retail stores are headed in this area, can't say I'm disappointed with the results here.

We went back a month later to purchase a new mattress and are now having the best nights sleep in years! I was pleasantly surprised to find that because of the packaging, we were able to fit a king sized mattress into the back of our Subaru. It was compressed, folded in half, rolled up, and packaged into a 20"x20"x47" cardboard box! It was very easy to get into the house and on the bed frame. I was so happy that we didn't have to wait for delivery. I'm sure we're going to go back and get one of their dog beds for our little ones.

Bill Peach: Visited the Purple Mattress Showroom in Seattle today intending to learn about the Purple Mattress choices as I've been researching various brands for about a month. My plan was just to check them out and then go up the street to visit another brand I'd been leaning towards.On arrival was greeted by Jessie. We discussed what I was looking for my next mattress to do and what I didn't like about my current mattress. She directed me straight to a model that she thought would best suit me. From there we looked at several alternatives such as firmer or softer, more or less support etc. I ultimately ended up purchasing the original model Jessie showed me. During the hour or so I spent in the store I found it a great positive experience. Jessie knows her products very well, was professional in her manner and not pushy in any way at all. Looking at many mattresses types and constructions you get a lot of information and it can easily get forgotten in conversation. She was very patient as I know I had her repeating several things as I narrowed down all the models to my final choice.I really didn't expect to finalize a purchase there today but I was so impressed with the products and service that I saw no reason to look anymore. I'm confident I've made a great choice but at the same time I know they'll take care of me if I want to change.
