Andrew Larsen: Shawn was great to work with. I am fairly tech savvy my-self but I was still having issues with my CenturyLink fiber internet speeds over Wi-Fi. I was getting my full speed via wired connection, but my wireless was spotty and about HALF the speed I was supposed to be getting, even being only a few feet from my router. When he came to my house, he was very surprised to be getting the same results as I was, despite going much deeper into the router than I ever could. Shawn has had tons of experience working with CenturyLink’s services and even talked to their customer service for me to see about any speed limitations they might have put in place. He was initially unable to fix the slow Wi-Fi which he was blaming on my NetGear NightHawk router. He recommended an Asus router and assured me getting it would fix my problems. And he was absolutely RIGHT. After I got the new router, he was able to remotely help me get it set up and my Wi-Fi is now working flawlessly in all corners of my house. Even the 2.4Ghz band has gotten much stronger signal and much faster speeds. I am finally getting the speeds I wanted when I got fiber internet all thanks to Shawn. He was a pleasure to work with and communicated well. If you have ANY network issues or needs, I can’t recommend Shawn and Eugenius enough.

Eric Mueser: I've learned over the years to judge repair services not by how they handle at their best, but how they handle things when they go wrong.I needed them to clone and upgrade the SSD in my laptop and while cleaning the dust out, one of the internal fans broke. These things happen. They called me immediately, filled me in on what happened, ordered the parts, and fixed what they broke promptly and free of charge. They were upfront and transparent with everything and handled it exactly as I would've hoped.It's refreshing to see an honest, capable repair shop, and I'll definitely be using them again.
