He ended up coordinating with our photographer ahead of the wedding day which was a pleasant surprise and the two of them worked together to make all our photo+video needs go smoothly. He would often go above and beyond, such as jumping in during family photos to manage guests, and help make sure everyone was smiling and not in the way. We had multiple guests point out what a great energy Reid brought to the whole day! His turn around time for our videos were super quick, and being able to have a full recording of our ceremonies to share with family abroad was amazing. He was also super communicative leading up to, during, and after the wedding so we knew exactly what to expect. Don’t hesitate to book Reid, you really won’t regret it!

He has a really thorough questionnaire that he sends to his couples prior to the wedding to get a sense of what was important to us and what we wanted him to capture and prioritize about our wedding day. Jake Enzien: Reid was the perfect videographer for our wedding. From getting to know what was important to us, to the final video reels, everything was personalized and stress free. The videos featured great footage of us and our guests. Reid captured all of our toasts and our ceremony in great detail. Our highlight reel included everything we asked for and more; we had great shots of ourselves and our guests at the reception. The videos captured all the unique touches that we put into our wedding and really highlighted the venue for both the ceremony and the reception. We also did a live stream of our wedding for those who couldn’t make it, and the quality was perfect. There was nothing more we could have asked for in a videographer for our wedding day and we would strongly recommend Reid to anyone looking for someone to record footage of their big day.

Devin Konick-Seese: didn't make heteronormative assumptions or asks of us. Reid was completely inclusive and didn't make us feel at all like we had to play the roles of "bride" and "groom". After the wedding, the turnaround was very quick - only a couple of weeks to get our highlights video, full ceremony, and raw footage. When we asked for a special customized edit of some of the clips, Reid turned it around in a week during peak wedding season. We would definitely recommend Best Made Video for your videography needs.

He sent me a YouTube link weeks in advance so everyone was well prepared and I was instantly able to watch the stream after, which was SO nice to watch the next day over breakfast. It was shot beautifully and the audio is so clear… I wasn’t sure it would be worth the money but it really was. Couldn’t recommend enough!

L V: Hiring Tamara and Lindsay from Emerald Media was the best decision my wife and I made for our wedding day. They are very kind, professional and on-top of every detail. Before the wedding they made sure they understood our style as a couple and what was important for us in our wedding day. The day of, they made sure to capture the every detail and after the wedding they quickly sent us a preview which we absolutely loved and they made sure they kept us informed about the status of the final product. Not only were they so kind, professional, and on-top of every detail, but they also captured our wedding in a way that we will be able to relive the best moments of the day over and over again. They beautifully documented not only what the day looked like, but were also able to capture the way the day felt. They were also SO quick with our sneak peak and actual highlight video; we were so impressed with the turn around time. The footage they gave us will be something we cherish for a lifetime.

Sarah Rudinoff: I don't know how to review something that is truly one of the most cherished things I have ever been given. Lindsay and Tamara not only captured our day but were able to make a short film of it that feels like I get to experience my favorite day over and over again. They are artists, truly. I just feel so lucky to have chosen a company that knew what to focus on and how to weave our story without sentimentality but with the lightest and most beautiful touch. I cannot believe I almost did not get a video of our wedding! Outside of the flowers- and I am a gardener and flower fanatic!- it was the best money we spent hands down on the entire wedding. I cannot say enough about Tamara and Lindsay- they are lovely to work with, smart and grounded. I literally noticed them 2 times in the 5 hours they were there to shoot, that is how unobtrusive they were. The highest quality film, music, and editing but really what I was blown away by was their eye and the way they paid attention to the focus of our particular wedding. The edit said everything, they understood us, they were paying emotional attention and in turn, gave us a treasured gift. I am forever grateful!

I emailed them immediately after, and they were so open to having a conversation about what we pictured for our story, and even looked at other films I'd sent them to understand what I'd meant! One of my weird/guilty pleasures is watching wedding films on lovestoriestv, so I'd watched A LOT haha, and Emerald Media blew us away and executed our vision even better than we could have imagined. Shannon Flint: Loved working with Tamara and Lindsay! They did a great job of checking in with us on what we were looking for long before the wedding and were absolutely amazing day of. They worked really well with our wedding photographer at the event, despite only having met her that day. We were really impressed when they sent us our preview video less than 48 hours after the wedding, and we received the full video a couple months after which felt pretty quick especially considering we were towards the end of the season. We highly recommend Emerald Media for your wedding day.
