Industrious Downtown Seattle: what do users think?

Jamal Layne: Fantastic staff! Karly, Veronica & Joey are one of the nicest people I've ever met in my lifetime. There isn't enough words in the dictionary to describe my gratitude for their hard work and dedication.Keep it up!

Kristopher Francisco: , we received some of the best hospitality in

Zakhar Ivanisov: Great co-working space with high end amenities. We rented an office there this year and enjoyed it a lot. There is always coffee and snacks, you can use printers and conference rooms or one of those smaller rooms for private conversations. Emily and Samantha are amazing and super helpful if you need anything. It’s located right next to Amazon so getting food at lunch time can be challenging due to long lines but if you plan accordingly it works just fine.

Darryl Chouinard: and the other business owners and team members of all the many diverse companies in the space.

Harrison Liss: My company has a space here and it is always great to work from this office. They staff is helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a shared office - industrious is easy, lively, and affordable.

Eric Dhaese: Really happy to have chosen Industrious as our Seattle location. Fantastic staff, great services and amenities at the best location.

P J C: . The amenities

James Nesbitt: Industrious Seattle is a great place to come to work every day. The two ladies who run the office, Sam and Emily, are simply fabulous and are always ready to answer questions, lend a hand, and solve problems. Its a great space in the heart on downtown Seattle. I can't recommend it enough!

Jill Olstinske: Industrious is a warm, lively, inclusive co-working space in the heart of Seattle. I have been working at Industrious since March of 2018. I don't have enough good things to say about it! The two women who run the office, Sam and Emily, make coming to work enjoyable. They truly make you feel heard and included. They make the day to day special with planned office events, friendly emails and a variety of creative snacks and drinks. The offices are clean, modern/industrial looking, and quiet. The other teams pretty much keep to themselves which can be nice when you just want quiet days in the office. Its a wonderful place to work! Anyone from a large corporate company, to a individual contractor will love working here.

Lise Hewitt: Thank you Industrious for providing a wonderful venue for Ellevate Network's author event last Tuesday. It was such a pleasure to work with Emily Streeper and her team to coordinate this successful event with nearly 40 registered guests. The event planning was seamless with Emily's support. We continue to hear wonderful feedback regarding the program and the venue. With much appreciation, Ellevate Network Seattle Chapter.

miya dotson: I moved to Seattle for a job opportunity and have been working at Industrious for 3 months. I think the entire community has exceeded my expectations. Not only are Emily and Sam a dynamic-duo in management but, the level of immersion from all the companies that co-share the space, really makes it feel like a "work family". If it weren't for industrious- I'd prefer to work from home. This place is awesome, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a professional setting with a 'homey' comfort.

Ross Baker: I've been working out of Industrious Seattle since August, 2018. The staff is exceptional. I feel like I have a true reception for guests, and my employees are well taken care of. Like any business, lots of day-to-day issues arise for us, and Emily, Samantha, and the rest of the team respond immediately to whatever we are facing. The space is quieter than the many WeWorks I looked at, the rooms less echo-y. It certainly feels more professional, and comparably priced. I'm very glad I chose this location over other downtown options.

Dan King: Great space to get work done with a fun community and amazing staff.

Grace Rusten: Gorgeous view. Clean spaces. Helpful staff.

O Alvarez: Great place

Reed Thompson: Peter Chee & Staff are there for you! An ideal place to establish yourself as a new business entity, or an organization that has been around for many years. Visit them soon, you'll be glad you did!

Andrew Smith: Gorgeous coworking space, right on Lake Union. Spacious and clean. Would definitely come back.

Kevin Rindal: I cannot say enough good things about ThinkSpace. The owner, Peter, and the staff are incredible. We have operated our business out of ThinkSpace for the last 18 months and it has been one of the best decisions we have made, as it is an exceptional work environment with great businesses, people, and community.

Holly Cheung: A wonderful place to get work done and attend events! The staff are amazing here.

Wojciech Ziemkiewicz: Awesome space, beautiful views. I was there for a 2 day Mindfulness workshop delivered by Google’s Search Inside Yourself, the workshop was awesome and the space lent itself well to being mindful.

j n: Great co-working spot. People there always seem friendly when not busy. Large windows and a cool view of the lake in the common area make it feel very welcoming.

Erin Tempest: I cannot get enough of this space! So much so, that we are going to have our wedding here on Leap Day 2020. ADA accessible, right on the water, comfy furniture, lots of private restrooms, excellent wi-fi, gorgeous views, even a floating dock for those warmer days. If your plan is to come here to work, there are tons of break-out rooms, conference spaces, and open working models, too. Soft seating and traditional desks, both. Eco-friendly water bottle fill-up stations, a dedicated nursing room for new parents, and the friendliest staff ever. I absolutely LOVE this building, its furnishings, and the people inside it!

Tanya Parker: I booked Thinkspace for a work offsite for 30 people. It couldn't have been a better venue. Planning with Noel was super easy; she answered all my questions promptly and even thought of things to make my event better that I didn't consider. The day of the event Noel and Brittany helped coordinate the catering and attend to one off requests we had during the day. They always had a helpful and kind attitude. Our guests loved the Lake Union views and sitting on the floating dock during lunch. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

Alexander K: We have a private office with thinkspace at this location, the staff is welcoming and professional, highly recommend.

Stephen Snee: One of their reps, Jordan, is awesome and very helpful. We hold meetings here twice a month and the space is great.

Jordan Steves: Thinkspace hosts SO many different events! From yoga, and birthday parties, to corporate meetings, they really seem like they do just about everything

West Seattle Coworking: what do users think?

Hilla Ettedgy: I've been using the West Seattle coworking space for several months now and it's time I shared my exceptional experience with others. This place isn't just a workspace; it's a productivity haven that combines comfort, convenience, and a vibrant community.Firstly, the physical aspect of the space deserves high praise. The office desks and chairs are extremely comfortable, which is crucial for someone like me who spends hours at a desk. They have also provided high-quality monitors and printers, ensuring that you have all the necessary tools at your disposal. What adds to the charm of this space is the well-stocked kitchen. It's not just about having a place to grab a coffee or a snack, it's the feeling of being at home while you work. This kitchen area also becomes a focal point for interaction, contributing to the friendly vibe of the space.Speaking of productivity, I have found mine to skyrocket since I started working here. The environment is conducive to focused work, allowing me to concentrate for long hours and accomplish much more than I would in a typical office or home setting.Another big plus is the location. Having restaurants nearby is incredibly convenient, especially when you need a quick lunch break or a change of scenery.Lastly, I can't write this review without mentioning the fantastic management team. They are not just professional and accommodating, but also genuinely friendly. Their efforts in creating and maintaining such a welcoming and efficient workspace are evident.I couldn't recommend this coworking space more. Whether you're a freelancer, a remote worker, or just someone in need of a change from your regular working environment, this place is worth checking out. It's more than just a space, it's a community where productivity meets comfort and convenience.

Conor Chinitz: They helped me out a lot, on short notice, when I woke up to an Internet outage at my house. The space was conveniently located and well-kept. Thank you so much!

Michael Betts: Nice mix of more private cubicles and offices and open floor plan desks. Great location near Alaska Junction with access to food and coffee for breaks. On-site parking also available, which is helpful.

Nelson Reyneri: I've been a member of over 3 years and it's a great place. It's hard to work from home on an ogoing basis, and having a nice clean comfortable space like West Seattle Coworking is a great asset. Ross is very hands on and he and his wife work hard to accomodate and anticipate his clients' needs. Strongly recommend it!

Glen Sears: Our small media company held our yearly all-hands meeting at West Seattle Coworking and we were very happy. The meeting space we rented had the tech we needed, Ross the owner was attentive and great to work with, and the room was provided at an affordable rate. Nothing not to like for this use case, we will be back next year!

Sarah Devine: I've had such a good experience here. So accommodating to my business needs and so we'll stocked! Worth every penny

Ed Hansen: This is exactly as advertised. A good, clean, secure place to work with fast internet, adjustable desks, phone rooms, and coffee/popcorn. This exactly hit my requirements for coworking.

Felipe Munoz: I looked at few different places and this was by far the best! I am very glad I made this choice. The environment and staff are very friendly and the level of service is top notch. The location is very convenient and easy to find . Worth checking out.

Works Progress Cooperative: what do users think?

Laura Musikanski: A real gem.

navjot singh: Good place just hope they let people work late night in future.

Bethany Carter: I only saw the large work area/training room, but it had a great atmosphere overall. If I lived closer I would consider this place.

Holly Gosselink: Great work space that runs on wonderful people and a relaxed and welcoming work environment. I've had an excellent experience here!

Kelly Emerson: Been renting a desk here for over two years. Not just a space to take your work out of the house or coffee shop. They also host social gatherings to get to know your "co-workers."

Diana Fairbank: Thank you Works Progress! We held our first Women in Film/Seattle's The Second Tuesday meeting there last night, and it was a great space for it.

Leo Lam, Ph.D.: GREAT coworking space for the North Seattle neighborhoods!

Bonny Moss: offered me her own. Excellent drop-in prices, quiet without being lonely and... parking spots! Hallelujah!

Pm Weizenbaum: After reviewing the many Seattle coworking options last year, in January I signed up for a desk at Works Progress. The first thing that attracted me was location: it wasn't downtown. It's on the north side of the city, on a busline that stops just one block from my house. The other compelling factors were the photos on their website: carpeting, warm lighting, and a dog! Now that I've worked here for almost a year, I can confirm that the warmth of my fellow coworkers reflects the warm lighting. The atmosphere is low-keyand friendly, yet serious and constructive at the same time. I've been more motivated here than at any previous workplace, including my home office. And I can bring my puppy to work.

Jason Duell: Parking. I live 25 minutes from any public bus lines, so I really have to drive.2

WeWork Office Space & Coworking: what do users think?

Peter Anderson-Hoelzer: I would recommend! Very very clean, great amenities, and a good value.

Gokce Gokmen: I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the WeWork space at the Holyoke Building in Seattle. Compared to other WeWork spaces I've visited, including San Francisco WeWorks 600 California, 650 California, Embarcadero 2, and Los Angeles WeWorks Constellation Place, 222 Pacific Coast, and Pacific Design, the Holyoke Building is a unique blend of professionalism, creativity, and community. Plus, I didn't see any shower available in other locations and such a huge wellness room with yoga blocks and stretches!Matt and Cesar, the community managers at Holyoke, deserve special recognition. Their dedication to fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring members' needs are met is truly commendable. Their friendly and approachable demeanor creates a sense of belonging that's hard to find elsewhere.

Jamie C: I recently started working in a start up and living on the island of West Seattle so I am new to coworking. I explore the options on my side of the water but WeWork seem to have a lot better options for people that are on calls more often than heads down. This location is definitely the easiest to access from West Seattle with a short water taxi ride and a walk. It’s never too busy for you feel uncomfortable and I think being around other people that are working helps focus. There are even dogs allowed at this location which cheers me up during a long day of calls! The staff at this location, that I have met so far—Cesar and Emma have been extremely helpful and kind and are doing an overall great job. They really go out or their way to build a community and help you when you have no idea what you’re doing, get locked out, run out of cold-brew, or forget what floors you can go to. It is always spotlessly clean as well. The decor this location is really nice. The only changes that I wish were possible would be probably in more natural light or consistent access to the first floor. I usually hang out in the basement because it’s less busy but I feel like not getting any natural light probably isn’t good for me over the long term. When I visited the Bellevue location it had a really great natural light and a ton of space, but that commute was just not worth it.It’s worth giving coworking a try and this location is a great choice if you’re thinking about it. I am looking forward to whatever community events they may have in the future and getting to know the people that cowork here—and theWeWork team—more.

Brian Baird: Awesome location. Seattle ocean view put on a stellar show from the WeWork office. Beautiful!

Barbara Fuentes: I love this place💞

The Lyle: Cool shared workspace. They provide the snacks and the reception is friendly and professional.

Cheyenne Gillooly: Great staff and nice spaces.

Joshua Sneed: Not worth the high, way better sober. It's all about being an awesome young professional about betting expectations. Go Doug

Amy Cheng: I had been trying to complete my architectural portfolio for a year at home, and was hardly making progress. I decided to get a membership to WeWork Holyoke and it made a world of difference. I had put my career on hold for 10 years to raise kids, and going back to the workforce was a daunting task. WeWork Holyoke not only made a difference in the efficiency of my progress, but it also made a huge difference in my overall confidence. The staff went out of their way to ask how things were going each day and also encouraged me when I thought it was too big of a dream. That encouragement was exactly what I needed to make the final push to get back to my career. They even went so far as sitting down with me to do a mock interview before an interview. The free delicious coffee, beer, and weekly happy hours were a fun perk, but the friendliness of the staff is really what made me sad to leave. I ended up getting a job and had to say goodbye to WeWork, but at one point I said "maybe I should start my own business, so I can stay at WeWork forever." I can't thank them enough for making it possible for me to do what I love.

Samantha Stratton - She, Her: I've worked at WeWork Holyoke for neary 2 years and love it here. The staff is great, the space is beautiful and I have endless locations from which I can work.

The Cloud Room: what do users think?

B Michelle Johnson: I love this place! It's a quiet, comfortable space. I am able to focus and get tons done. So glad to be a member.

Parker Whitney: I came to the Cloud Room so I could get outta the house during the work day because frankly, after two years of WFH during covid I was just... uncomfortable and weird. I prolly still am, but hey, the crew here have done absolutely magical job making me feel at home and answering any questions I have. This place is really thoughtfully executed and very well run. I love it here. Big shout out to Minan, you wonderful icebreaker, you provided the best conversation I'd had in years and you make the best cocktails I've ever had. Don't hesitate y'all, just show up and try this place out!

Ms. Kidhe: Can be a bit confusing to first find, but it's worth the adventure. It's a lovely co-working space!

Sassy Black (SassyBlack): Love the Cloud Room. I've been a member for several years now and enjoy the space. The team and atmosphere make it really lovely to work!

Leah St. Lawrence: I have been a member for the last year and the staff has always been incredibly kind, communicative, and helpful. The space is beautiful and 24/7 access allows me to work when it’s best for me!

kelly bergqvist: The Cloud Room is great! It’s a great place to bring clients/ friends. It’s a perfect place to do work and record creative projects. The staff is so friendly and the location is unbeatable!

Patrick Cavins: Yum! Was pretty good! Will be back try more of the goods.

Sarah F: I am so incredibly grateful I found the Cloud Room! It is such a beautifully decorated and bright space perched over the cutest alleyway consisting of several restaurants, a bike-shop and cafe w/ outdoor fireplace. The space is perfect for my needs and the community is warm and welcoming. My productivity has suffered gravely during the pandemic - I’m SOOO happy to have found the perfect place to hunker down. Added bonus - I feel way less isolated! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Nazareno Bustamante: Starting with the space itself, it is very roomy and well decorated! I love hanging out in the lounge all the time because of how comfortable it is. Not to mention the patio with plenty of seating and heaters! Workspace is also abundant and provide plenty of breathing room between you and other people. The staff are very helpful and nice. They are always willing to be flexible and help in any way possible, whether it's planning an event or help with any aspects of being a patron. Amazing amenities, including a bar that is well stocked with an amazing bartender and a full range of liquors from Scotch to Wine. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for an inviting, comfortable space to simply get some work done or enjoy an old-fashioned while reading a book in the lounge.

adrian macdonald: I've worked at the Cloud Room for nearly a year through the Covid crisis and have never felt concerned about safety here. In addition to being a beautiful place to spend time in with has good daylight and views, it is spacious, clean, well ventilated, and has free snacks. The staff is extremely attentive and put a lot of care into upkeep. Friends and clients are always wowed by the Zoom background and I feel like they are a little jealous, I would be. So much better than working at home.

ole watson: Fantastic work space! Great staff!

Daniel Kessler: Wish my office was here

Todd Arkley: Absolutely fantastic. Great natural light, great WiFi, quiet but not too quiet!
