Greg Vetterick: Okay these guys are not polished customer service reps, right? But they can work you up a door quote pretty quick if you have done a little homework in advance. We got quotes in a few door options and settled on a door that was in stock at the distributor to meet our timeline. It took about a week to come in. They called when it showed up, helped me load it into a Home Depot truck, and took the time to make sure the door was in good shape. Couldn't ask for much more than that, really.

The frosted glass and long mirror doors also make the bedrooms look larger and well lit. The aluminum borders along with rails/tracks on both top and bottom ensure a strong and sturdy fit unlike the old-style ones which hang from the top.The experience from start to finish has been excellent - from design and ordering to installation was fantastic. Everyone was professional and highly skilled. Daniel Rubinstein was very helpful throughout the process and answered each of our questions along with providing the right guidance on what would work best for our rooms.They all were so respectful of our home, taking great care in bringing in all product and tools. Jo Scott: Everlast Window and Door recently installed 20 new vinyl windows on an apartment house in Seattle for me. Louis was great to work with; he was prompt, thorough, and gave me a clear picture of how the removal of the old aluminum windows and installation of new windows would proceed. The installers were on time, personable, professional, and worked around a tenant's unexpected health issues. Additionally, they went above and beyond to leave the inside and outside of the units and parking lot clean, and worked in extremely smoky conditions without complaint. Louis was responsive to followup emails and texts, and the price was great compared to other companies that I received bids from. The new windows look wonderful, and I am so happy knowing they are more energy efficient, won't have condensation issues, and have increased the value of my property! I will recommend Everlast to family and friends in the future.
Lisa Short: We didn't want to change the look of our 1950's home. Louis walked us through the options and delivered a solution that was exactly what we asked for. We purchased aluminum frames for one entire floor - or nine windows. The windows have significantly improved our heat gain/loss. The install team kept the house clean from debris and were very respectful that we both work from home and kept interruptions to a minimum. We requested two last minute changes to our sills and outside frames which Louis and team immediately action-ed. We will definitely use Everlast again.

Louis was helpful and professional when he came out to our home. His sent his estimate the next day as promised, and the number came in lower than the other quotes we received, although we probably would have worked with him regardless, since he was the most competent person we met with, and we liked that he lives and works in our neighborhood. There was a slight issue with the installation, since the door was not ready at the time the windows were, but we worked through that and the door was installed a few weeks later. Wendi Roland: I highly recommend this company. One of the reasons I chose this company is that they will offer a deeper closet option and maximize the square footage inside the closet space. The installers did an impeccable job sizing the boards around a tricky spot so opening the drawers did not hit the closet door when opened. Also the product quality is even better than I remember from the showroom. Everything is so solid, clean and sturdy. The drawers open so luxuriously smooth. The bars are super solid and hardware is beautiful. I have had the closet about one month and so far I'm so glad I chose them.

The second team set up, but after unveiling the custom made door they found a crack in the frame and could not proceed with the installation. D M Cook: NW Shower door was very professional and complete the project in a timely manner. Another shower door company installed my shower door about 4 years ago and when the door sagged they do not fix it even when we wanted to pay for a completely new door. NW put a new door in and it works perfectly. We were very happy with the company and their service.

They added a sliding glass door for our bath/shower conversion and installed an extra long mirror into a challenging location in our house. In both parts of the job we were told clearly what to expect, the crew was extremely professional and timely--no surprises. With the mirror, there was a bit of creative problem solving needed when it didn't fit around a tight corner, and the crew, led by Max Schupfer, did an exceptional job of working together to complete the task well--something that a few other companies refused to even try.
