Juju: I wish I could give this company 100 stars!!!I called White Center Glass to order glass not know exactly what I needed, and my contractor was being less than helpful with telling me exactly what to order. Turns out the contractor was going to have me order and charge me to install a whole new window when I actually needed to just replace one glass window with a failed seal.Holly at White Center Glass convinced me to order the glass and do it myself, assuring me that she would teach me how to take the old glass out and install the new one. And she did!! She even gave me the tools to do it and promised to send someone out if I got stuck. Super Empowering and solved my issue without a bad contractor.Remodeling and fixing house things is stressful, but White Center Glass will be my one and only go-to for glass going forward!!! I'm a fairly adept DIY type that doesn't mind working on a scaffold. When I asked the team at WCG if I could do this myself Holly, Alex and Tim were all very encouraging and pointed me down the right path. Everything came out looking fine.I did have one piece of glass WCG's vendor cut to the wrong size. It was obviously not per a sketch the vendor received from Alex and Joan. Joan bull-dogged the vendor and got the glass replaced in just a few days ... a big help that kept my project moving.I will be using WCG the next time a window needs fixed. Jarred Brand: Price for the project was very affordable and in line with other bids. The quality of the work is amazing. True craftsmanship. They also were extremely accommodating as we had a 5 day newborn when our install date came up. They installed it almost being silent it seemed. We couldn’t tell they were even here. They recommended the correct thickness of glass for this project. I needed them quick and asked to get them expedited if I paid extra. D M Cook: NW Shower door was very professional and complete the project in a timely manner. Another shower door company installed my shower door about 4 years ago and when the door sagged they do not fix it even when we wanted to pay for a completely new door. NW put a new door in and it works perfectly. We were very happy with the company and their service.

They added a sliding glass door for our bath/shower conversion and installed an extra long mirror into a challenging location in our house. In both parts of the job we were told clearly what to expect, the crew was extremely professional and timely--no surprises. With the mirror, there was a bit of creative problem solving needed when it didn't fit around a tight corner, and the crew, led by Max Schupfer, did an exceptional job of working together to complete the task well--something that a few other companies refused to even try. Everything looks beautiful! Thanks again!

sofia kenny: In the 60's my mom a single parent would take us to Kusak's to browse around. My brother and I bought her one glass to have and eventually she ended up with the whole set. She cherishes these crystal glasses with such pride.
