Seattle Cutlery: what do users think?

BRIAN FETTY: in the Pike Place Market my last visit to America. We are using them daily

Jon Sullivan: I have been going to them for years. Most friendly and patient people. I’ll continue going to them as long as I can.

Chad Vivian: Value and quality alongside knowledgeable, approachable sales leads

Ji Hun Hong: Right by 1st starbuck.Interesting spot to look at Local Japanese Knives. Alright price. If you are looking for some Japanese knife, this is the spot to check

Ray Garcia: Shopped at Seattle Cutlery for a nice pocket knife and was very satisfied with their own brand- Seacut. This knife I ended up purchasing has a nice weight and is a solid made knife. It is a quick opening piece with a hard phonelic type handle. The blade has with stood much use and has still maintained its sharpness.

Rachel Ligtenberg: Absolutely delighted with my experience with Seattle Cutlery! What a gem of a shop; expert staff, incredible selection, attentive and inclusive service! This will be the only place I purchase cutlery going forward. What a treat to meet the owner, Peter, too. Bravo, brava to this lovely team!

David Bennett: I collect higher end knives. I could see the potential quality through the window display. When I picked them up for close inspection it was definitely there. Very nice knives at a very good price.

Anatoliy Lukonin: . Get at least a chef knife and you will see what I’m talking about! Thank you guys for an amazing service and experience!

Jason: Go here often, love everything about the staff and store. Knowledgeable and kind. The selections great. If you're out of town looking for something to keep as a souvenir or momento of Seattle, pick up a Seacut brand blade. Very high quality build materials and actions. And it's their brand! They are also my favorite ones and my daily carrys. If you're into culinary check out the Tojiro Shippu and Tojiro Zen blades, Me and the lady love'm!

F18 Paul: Purchased a magnetic walnut knife block...a fraction of the price for other name brands and equal to exceeding quality! If you're in the market for a EDC knife or knife block, give them a look before you buy!

Dan Kaempff: Really great cutlery and fantastic customer service!

G. Forte: Many thanks to Peter Bassiri for the outstanding customer care! I visited Seattle Cutlery 5 years ago and purchased 4 items, far outside of my budget at the time. But quality lasts and I have never regretted the outstanding knives I purchased. Even when one had an issue, this company and Peter went above and beyond my expectations and demonstrated care and loyalty to me as a customer. Never buying a knife from anywhere else!

Grendl Xavier: Great knife store with great staff and selection. I purchased one of their house brand "Seacut" executive folders and it's become my favorite daily driver! Great design, great construction, super cool. Thanks!

Nicey Hilton: This store is absolutely incredible. I went in looking for Swiss Army knives and ended up buying so many unbelievably high-quality and affordable kitchen good. In the last two days I have use every single one repeatedly. I am blown away by their products. Definitely worth the trip downtown and returning this week!

Sur La Table: what do users think?

Stephen Fitch: Very good cooking experience! Loved the chef and the helpers! Food we made was great! Very helpful too! Plus you get the recipes!

Amanda Rice: All the staff are super friendly and professional

Sue K: This review is for the on-site cooking class. I've only been to it once so I can't reflect all classes offered there, but in overall it was quite enjoyable. Instructions weren't too clear and we found it slightly chaotic, but we still managed to finish everything in time by putting little bits of info collected with the rest of the group.Menus were quite tasty and it was convenient to purchase necessary utensils from the store to remake at home.I noticed that classes are teamed up in 4's, and wondering if there're classes teamed up in 2's apart from couple's night. Would go more often if there are.

Corinne Carabas: I love everything about this store. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for quality cookware and kitchen things. The vibe, the customer service, the quality of the items, cute and well-designed decor.

Maria Swinger-Inskeep: Loved the Thai cooking class!

Chris Brevik: Went to a date night cooking class and I would highly recommend it.Good times, learned some things and ate a 5 star meal.We will go back again.

Laura Alexandra: The staff is great! When I walked into this store, I felt extremely welcomed. They have so many products and tools that are very necessary for the kitchen and home. I really like that this place gives cooking classes! If you are looking for a good spresso machine, they show you how to make coffee in those machines and give you samples. That was a great experience!

Shree Nallapati: We went for a cooking class at the store and it was amazing. We learnt popular thai receipes with good insights of which indriegents to purchase as well. Chef Peter was really good at giving tips and making sure we all came out with some tasty dishes. It was a fun evening!

Paige Bennett: was great, and the food was INSANE! He knew exactly how to bring out the best flavor of each ingredient to create two pasta dishes that were out of this world!

Epicurean Edge: what do users think?

Ryan Barrie: Incredible selection of knives. Very helpful staff...perfect place to select a meaningful gift.

Seth Martin: Absolutely phenomenal place if you enjoy sharp pretty things

Maeve Reilly: Definitely recommend this shop. Absolutely unbelievable selection. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and kind.Thank y'all so much for helping me find a chef knife to love for a lifetime!

Geoff Nelson: These folks know their stuff. Huge selection of knives, and a spectacular sharpening service.

Russell Eberts: Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent knife collection. Just bought a new chef's knife--would highly recommend for anyone in the Seattle area looking for new cutlery.

Jeremy Anderson: Lovely store with beautiful handmade knives and other marvelous things for chefs and passionate home cooks alike.

Christopher Vu: you can often get them back in a couple days. They also repair knife tips and handles as well.

Jack Tallman: and after doing a few test slices with the Leatherman I can attest that it's ready for many more years of service and I wholeheartedly recommend the knife sharpening service offered here, on top of having excellent friendly customer service and an amazing collection of cutlery for sale.Look no further, this is the shop for you.

Shannon Peruta: , so we returned. Otherwise pretty good quality. Definitely wouldn't purchase anything else from this business. I don't mind paying the shipping to send it back, but to then be charged for the original shipping because their product wasn't we were looking for seems like bad business practices. There are hundreds of places to buy good knives. If I am giving your business a chance to get my business, that shouldn't cost me money. You're the business, and I am the consumer. Free shipping means free shipping. I edited the stars to four stars because one star was rather unfair of me.

Elissa Woodbury: I don't have the pleasure of being local, but they are a complete joy to work with. I ordered online from them based on a chef friend's recommendation. In stock shipping was quick, packaged well, and the knife is amazing. They called when our backordered item arrived to ensure we hadn't moved yet. Talk about above and beyond service! The only place I want to order from now, hands down. I just wish their website was a little easier to search and filter.

Andrew Jackson: Excellent interior, roomy and high quality displays. The area that the store is in is a industrial area, and slightly difficult to find. The exterior is painted with several colorful murals, showing lots of interesting characters.Excellent selection of kitchen knives, Japanese and European makers, as well as accessories for cutting boards and storage bags.Lots of high quality pocket knives as well; Kershaw/ZT, Benchmade, Spyderco, Emerson, Winkler, Reate, Bradford knives, and Chris Reeve Knives. The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. Definitely a good choice for in person shopping.

S R: We've been getting our knives sharpened at Epicurean Edge for close to a decade, and we've always been impressed by the quality of their work and service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff any time we've been in, and our knives always come back beautifully restored. Standard service for sharpening is one week, but trust me--the end results are COMPLETELY worth the wait. Just get your knives sharpened in rotations, so you still have some to use while you wait for the others to get fixed up.

Franklin Cassell: For me it was hard to find well worth the wait good atmosphere well first on knowledge of knives cutting tools razors and utility knives pleasant experience recommend everyone looking for cutlery Razors Edge knives check this place out well worth it

Daniel Jeter: The new space is doper than Fentanyl. The gentleman that helped us, Moose, was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. You can instantly tell & see the passion that young man has for blades. I can't wait to sign up for a knive making class once they are offering them.
