City Cycle: what do users think?

Christy Renee: Fun, energetic class with an awesome playlist!

Kelly Perry: I love this studio! The owner is my favorite instructor. The energy is always great and I love the music they play. The community is amazing!

Al Bowman: Best cycle studio in Seattle! Me and my son always work out here together and it’s awesome because the works outs work for both of our different skill levels. You can go all out or take it at your own pace. The amenities are really nice in the bathrooms and the studio is always clean. They offer free towels which is great because other places charge for them. The instructors always make the experience very approachable which I appreciate!

Sheri Bowman: This cycling studio is always great! It’s super clean and the staff is always welcoming and nice. The workouts are great for all skill levels because you can pick your own bike and follow along at your own pace. I highly recommend working out here!

Allyson DiAnna: Where do I even begin? City Cycle has completely revolutionized my relationship with fitness. Coming from someone who has always struggled with their body and confidence, City Cycle’s team and instructors have all been so welcoming, loving, relatable, and kind. After retiring from being a ballerina my whole childhood, I didn’t understand fitness, gyms, etc. It was all so intimidating and scary. After 5 years in Seattle, finding this community changed my life, and my relationship with fitness couldn’t be better. If you like music, concerts, raves, high energy, and/or community, I highly recommend the classes here. I cannot get nearly as good of a workout on my own in a quiet gym, if you like rhythm riding this is the place! Some of my favorite instructors I recommend for beginners and experts alike are James B., Ali Wall, Katie P., Alicia Rice, Mario, and Carena! However, I think I’ve had the pleasure to meet them all now and can recommend every member of the team!

Maddie Malach: When I first moved to Seattle, I lived in the apartments above City Cycle and decided to give the cycling studio downstairs a try. I’m so glad I did! That decision truly changed my life. Over the past 5 years, I’ve found community, friends, and a new passion for fitness. The workouts are challenging, but tons of fun. Spin classes in general can be really intimidating for new riders, but City Cycle is so welcoming and riders can feel free to make the workout their own.The choreography makes class a party and I love working through new combos on the bike. It’s a challenge for both the mind and body, and feels amazing when I hit the choreo just right.Love, love, love City Cycle and the people there.

Sara Blackmur: My absolute favorite studio. The classes are fun, inclusive and challenging.

Hannah Fredericksen: This place is THE place for a fun, challenging, and welcoming group workout class! From the front desk staff, to the fellow riders and the instructors, you won’t find a nicer crew. Lots of fitness studios tout that they are a community but I had never experienced that connection until I started riding at City Cycle. They walk the talk! I have City Cycle to thank for so many friends that I see beyond the studio. Whether or not you have hundreds of cycle rides under your belt or are brand new to indoor cycling, you are welcome here and will get a rewarding, heart-pumping workout! See you in class!

Meagan Freeman: City Cycle is the best cycle studio in Seattle. The classes are fun, the staff is welcoming and the studio is always clean. Lauren is amazing, when I take one of her classes I know I’m going to get a great workout and have fun doing it.

David Greenberg: Great classes. Staff is wonderful. Good location. I agree with all the other five star reviews.

Jeffrey Price: City Cycle is an absolute gem in the heart of North Seattle! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an incredible fitness experience. The instructors are not only knowledgeable and motivating but also create an energizing and supportive environment. Their passion for fitness is contagious, making every class an exciting journey. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cycler the variety of classes caters to all fitness levels, keeping each session dynamic and engaging with "ride to the music" criteria. The studio itself is immaculate and well-maintained, with top-notch equipment and amenities. The attention to detail in creating a comfortable and stylish space truly enhances the overall experience. What sets City Cycle apart is the sense of community they've fostered. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the camaraderie among fellow spin enthusiasts adds an extra layer of enjoyment to every class. If you're looking for a fitness haven that combines effective workouts with a positive and inclusive atmosphere, City Cycle Spin Studio is the place to be. Kudos to the entire team for consistently delivering a five-star experience! I can't recommend it enough.

Elise Gronewald: Lauren is an awesome instructor, classes are always fun! The studio is always clean and well maintained. Great place for a cycle class.

Rachel Bryan: , all stellar!!! The workouts are efficient and fun! First thing I do after leaving class with a big grin on my face is put one of their complimentary, chilled lavender towels on the back of my neck

Kate Sandys: Gorgeous studio! Such a welcoming staff and a killer workout. My favorite cycle studio I’ve ever been to, hands down!

Alison Wall: As a member of the City Cycle community the past 5 years, I can truly say there is no place like it in Seattle. Fitness can be intimidating, and the environment is crucial to an individuals success - and CC has mastered this. Everyone is welcoming, no matter your experience in fitness or indoor cycling.Additionally - it's local and female owned. The owner Lauren is an amazing community leader, and even instructor herself.Couldn't recommend this place more!

Katie Anderson: The best place for community, fitness, and rhythm riding! Lauren has the best playlists and energy and I never regret showing up for myself by going to City Cycle💚

Alicia Rice: City Cycle is the best studio in Seattle!! The classes are fun with great music & cool lighting. Also the community is so welcoming and supportive. Definitely recommend taking a class here!

SoulCycle SLUN - South Lake Union: what do users think?

Michele H: Love it here. I’d get a membership if finding parking wasn’t absolutely atrocious. I usually pay to park in a nearby lot. Really. It’d be incredible if one could find parking.

BreeAnna Lasher: Love this studio! Noah and Eric are my faves. Great vibes, great playlists. They keep it interesting with fun choreo and I’m never bored!

Haley: .

Chris Osterhout: The facility and staff are fantastic. Such a great workout! There are instructors for every style and preference. Very welcoming of all types and skill levels.

Colleen Henn: Always a great time 🚲🚲

Ashish Arora: Wonderful studio with the most friendly people. It was only my 2nd cycling class ever and they made me feel right at home. Someone came with me to help me clip in my shoes and adjust my bike. Highly recommend Stephanie who led an amazing class. 🙌🏾

Josh Houk: Thank you SoulCycle for bringing the spice to SLU. The staff is incredible and is beyond accommodating. The instructors are so diverse, I love it. Each one has their own style and musical groove, and will bring out something unique in your workout. Special props to Stephanie, who will get your working harder than you thought you were capable of.The space itself is well appointed: plenty of lockers, showers, and restrooms. Space can be a little tight between classes, but it's worth it.

Guthrie Paterson: Great SoulCycle studio. Easily accessible, helpful staff, energetic instructors and music. Was visiting from out of town and they made it seamless!

HB: Overall I loved attending the class, it was very enthusiastic, lot of motivation and high energy. My only concern is that the mic was way too loud that at one point it was hurting my ears when instructor was speaking. I would advise to keep that a little lower or maybe test it before class starts.

Katherine Vaughan: , to the soul cycle tribe who you ride along with, to the amazing team and instructors cheering you on. Shout out to instructor Stephanie, thank you for being so inspiring!

Laura Sanzel: On vacation with my teen daughter. Took a 7am class with Tommy and it was the best energy I could imagine. Made our trip to Seattle 100%.

CYCLEBAR: what do users think?

Tori Irons: I took my first spin class in about 5 years here yesterday and it was an awesome experience! I did the Taylor Swift & friends themed ride with Brittany H and it was so fun. Brittany welcomed me into the class and helped me get set up so there was no awkwardness of trying to figure out how things worked. I enjoyed the intensity and felt pushed but not to the point I couldn’t enjoy myself. I also appreciated that they provide earplugs because I’m not a huge fan of blasting music but the earplugs worked perfectly and I could still hear the instructor and the music! I’ll definitely be back for another class! 😊

Chloe B: I love this place! All of the instructors are fun and motivating. It’s great to be a part of a community that is so welcoming and uplifting.

Alexis Dickman: Cyclebar SLU is amazing! The staff are all super welcoming and the instructors are fun and motivating!

lisa: everyone in the studio is always so helpful and welcoming so there’s never fear or anxiety when asking for help or inquiring about anything. Highly recommend the studio and taking ANY class because all the instructors are awesome!!

Gabriela Rodriguez Estrada: I’ve been in SLU studio for over 2 years! I always enjoy the classes and each different & unique style of each coach! Daily about 5-6 classes.Itself easy to cancel your membership if needed, I’ve do it few times when going out for vacations, you only need to inform them via email 30 days before your next bill due date.

Junli Zhong: Take a class with Shannen or Brittney! They are the best!

Sarah McGeehon: This review is overdue, but I think I have ample information for you able CycleBar SLU!I joined a little over a year ago, and in my year I have taken over 200 classes. The community and environment they have built makes it so easy to keep taking more and more. I feel like a I joined a cult, in a good way.I often taken the early morning, 5:45 am, classes. It’s the perfect way to start the day. The instructors are energetic and upbeat, and always know how to motivate me to add one more gear or increase my speed a few more RPMs. The showers at the studio for after class are nothing to write home about, but I’m happy to have the option to shower and head straight to work. If you come early in the morning you get a parking spot right out front! The afternoon classes are even more spectacular somehow. Probably because I have food in my stomach and more energy to burn, but it’s rare if I don’t burn 300 calories in those classes. Parking is a bit more difficult, but I’ve never had to park more than a block away.Weekend classes are awesome too, I’ve been talked into doing doubles on a few occasions and it’s surprisingly easier than you’d think. This studio is amazing, but you get exactly what you put into it. If you come looking for a great workout with great inspiring instructors you’ll get it. If you come looking for a chill workout to recover from a long work week you’ll get it.

Madi Wriedt: This is an AMAZING location! Staff is very friendly and encouraging, especially Collette! She welcomed me with a warm smile as soon as I stepped in the door! Highly recommend this Cyclebar.

Rachael Sciullo: Emily C was so sweet and helpful with any and all questions I had ! She made me feel so welcomed and excited to be at the studio.

Karin and Pat Jordan: Collette at the front desk has the best energy! Always smiling and ready to help!

J H: Had a class with Emily, great fun. Will be back.

Perfect mix of stretching and exercise! The space is pretty + clean, with free parking behind the building which is a huge plus in Seattle! The teachers are really skilled + remembered my name after just the first class. Highly recommend! They always have great events and new student specials going on.

Gea Krajcar Yoga: A vibrant studio in Capitol Hill, probably the only one in the neighborhood offering yoga, cycling and different fiit/weight classes. I like the community, yoga classes are well structured and fiit class is a great challenge and workout! Also, the first class starts around 5:45am which is great for all early birds!! A big plus for cleanliness too.

A great atmosphere to build trust, communication, and have lots of FUN! Attached are some photos of class! :D*This class will be held on the first Sunday each month!*

Rose Coleman: and showers afterward plus cycle classes. What more do you need?!

Bethany Leach: This studio offers cycling in addition to HIIT, yin, and vinyasa yoga. I've never heard of an avenue where you could literally cover all of your bases. I enjoy the instructors who are both considerate and inventive when coming up with sequences. If you haven't checked out LLF, then you definitely should.

The Ride: what do users think?

Lisann Zentner: and veterans. I highly recommend also trying out bodycamp which is a fun, dynamic circuit workout that takes you back to recess

Christopher McNabb: A great workout in a super cool & clean space. Instructor is kind & attentive while challenging you to work harder. A great hidden gem in East lake. Check it out!

Wilson Adam: I was visiting from Canada and was reccomended to come to a workout by my brother, 10/10. Welcoming and encouraging. Amazing energy and a fantastic workout!

Stewart Adam: So glad I found The Ride at a friend's recommendation, very fun community and great workout classes/spin classes! The small classes make for a much more easygoing environment where you can find community.

Michael Seacat: Such a fun spin class. Aina is an incredible instructor and human. Highly recommend.

Breana Brown: I recently found The Ride and am so happy that I did! The instructor/owner is super welcoming, extremely helpful, and curates a great class. The music is upbeat, which makes the time fly by. The choreography is fun and approachable, unlike other studios which sometimes seem to over-do it on choreography, making it challenging for new riders.

James Clark: Great ride! Wonderful to have in the community, give it a go!

Michelle Deal: The Ride is the most fun you will have cycling! Great vibes and tunes and an excellent work out. Definitely recommend!

John Sherman: I’ve been a member for over a year now. First ride was free which I remember doing on a Friday evening. I was so impressed that I immediately signed up for a membership the next day. It’s a welcoming and supportive space with fitness professionals who always do their best to help you get a great workout. Beyond that though, the Ride makes you feel like a real community member and not a mere paying client.

Jesse Roark: Great place, this was my first time doing spin class and was helped getting set up to understand the bike. Shoes and towels are included which is awesome. Signed up for the unlimited package right away, highly recommend checking this place out if your curious about it

Kevin Boehm: Great atmosphere and workout. I’m really happy to have The Ride in Eastlake.

Lindsey Baumann: Instructors are amazing, fun music without being ear-blasting loud, state of the art bikes. the best place in Eastlake to workout!! And always street parking near by!

Sara Teasdale: Great workout, cool amenities.

Kayla Jackson: Great workout! Great instructors! Highly recommend! Support this independent, WOC-owned studio! First ride is free!

Nicholas Vincent: Amazing independent spin studio! Every time I am in I feel like family. This place is at the roots of what it means to build communities and the rates are unbeatable. You want to get a good sweat in this place will get it done. As an Eastlake resident it is an unbeatable way to start a productive day.

Jessica Powell: Aina and Carrie have really created quite a gorgeous space and community! I love when you walk in and Aina introduced everyone to each other because you can tell this is more than just a place to sweat, which MY GOD YOU DO, but also a place to create community. In a city that is known for being so cold and freeze like, that drops away when you walk in the doors. Aina is the only teacher in the space still but her classes are energy packed, engaging, soulful and her play lists are on point!I'm recovering from knee surgery so this has given me a space to heal, get strong and I will adjust accordingly but her guidance also helps push me past where I *think* I can go, which has been so great for helping me feel strong in my body again, after so many years of feeling it crumble thanks to newly reconstructed knee. They put a lot of really wonderful touches in the space to make it feel like a place you can chill and chat after class too, vs running out the door to the next busy thing you need to do. I highly recommend this studio!

StarCycle West Seattle: what do users think?

Corinna Malet: As a mom of 3 it’s hard to find a place with childcare with the classes I want to do! Enter StarCycle with StarKids Lounge. My toddler literally asks for Shelby, and gives Maya a running hug every time we walk through the doors. Mayas energy and drive to push myself in the spin room really is the best! I always walk out feeling like a stronger healthier momma! Thanks ladies, I can’t wait to hit my first milestone!

Mjs: I like how they turn the lights off so I don’t have to look at other people

Shellea Allen: This has been the best gym ever! Love my morning workouts. The coaches are fun and encouraging.

Kelli Kress: Great first class!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Tami Love: I have never felt so at home than I have hanging out with my now friends at Star Cycle West Seattle!! Music is great, workouts are just my speed, great way to start every day!

Anna Bondarchuk: Awesome environment! All instructors are amazing and do such a great job with the music and themes.

Megan Angell: . Could not be happier with my experience and the Starfam community. 💜

T SaadiQ Kamali: Great staff. Great instructor. Lots of fun.

Cari J: This is the best workout in Seattle! The space is always clean, the bikes are maintained, and the merch is super cute. The instructors are all wonderful and each bring a unique touch to the standard class format. Try a few, you’ll definitely find a favorite. The classes are high energy and so fun you’ll forget how hard you’re working. The entire staff do a great job celebrating milestones and birthdays, they make sure you feel valued as a member.

Melanie Ali: I've tried almost all cycling studios in Seattle now, and this is among the best. Not cliquey and cult-like, like the bigger nationwide companies. As a West Seattle resident, the location can't be beat, and parking is cake. The studio/instructors feel inclusive. Management is accommodating, for instance if you have an injury. And ymmv, but I like that this studio doesn't post stats / have leaderboards. I understand the intent is to be motivating, but it feels more shame-driven to me. Happy to be a member here.

Anna Strygina-Kay: Amazing experience as a newbie! Loved the energy in the morning. You get loaned shoes for the bike, instructor turns off the light and you ride your butt off.

Ema Fawadi: I absolutely LOVE this place! I’ve gone two times so far and I love the instructor Lisa! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I was really nervous going in since I’m new but the moment I walked in, there was so much support.10/10 recommend this spot! *it’s so adorable too!!

Emma Sailer: StarCycle is magic! I feel so lucky that my wife and I walked in there seven months ago. Each class feels fresh and new and the amazing instructors strike the perfect balance of pushing you to be your best while fully respecting and accommodating all fitness levels. Cannot recommend StarCycle enough to anyone looking for a supportive community and challenging workout.

Melanie B: Setting and achieving fitness goals is easy at StarCycle! If you are new to fitness, I recommend StarCycle, if you need variety in your current fitness routine, I recommend StarCycle, if you are new to West Seattle and are looking for a group of people who are nice and kind and involved with other local businesses, I recommend StarCycle!

Rachel Canfield: , and an amazing sense of community. There is wine after class on some Fridays and parties every ones in awhile. I look forward to coming to StarCycle, seeing friendly faces, and rocking out to great music. It’s a workout I want to go to each morning.Also- I built 4lbs of muscle from June to Dec just doing these workouts two times a week. So the workout and results are REAL!

Allison Hall: I love Starcycle! Few fitness studios create such a warm, welcoming, and fun community. I really look forward to coming to class. Here are some of my favorite aspects of this studio:1. All the instructors are fantastic, and I LOVE the theme classes, such as glow rides and musically themed classes. To be fair, I haven’t taken every single instructor, so my favorites are Shelby and Chloe.2. Drag Queen performances during class!!! What a fun idea!3. Community. I believe this is unique to Starcycle. Other studios have an in - & - out quality, which can feel a little cold. Here, the instructors truly make an effort to get to know you, and they remember your name. It’s so nice! Starcycle has had partnerships with local wineries, which I’ve then visited later, so it’s a great chance to get to know people in your neighborhood.4. The workout is challenging and very sweaty! Although there are mirrors in the front of the room, they turn the lights off, so you can’t focus/ scrutinize/ critique your body. As someone who has a history of disordered eating, this makes a huge difference for me. Instead, you can focus on having fun, and riding to good music. The workout follows about the same pattern each class, so you can feel yourself get better at certain things like riding out of the saddle.I don’t have kids, but they have a childcare area in the lobby, which is thoughtful!Overall I highly recommend Starcycle!

Yulied rivera: Really nice place for exercise, the staff is always friendly. Ally and Moses are the best strength & conditioning coaches.

T SaadiQ Kamali: Brooke, Moses, Dom, Elizabeth, Ally, Frankie and Tara are solid and on point. Some of the best Instructors the fitness game has ever been blessed to have. For rhe price that other studios offer for unlimited classes Studio 3 provides more bang for the buck. People are sleeping on this health studio.

Vidhi Naik: Loved it. Super friendly instructors and amazing vibe.

K S: Been here a couple of times but every visit has been a very nice experience! The staff are extremely friendly and very thoughtful! I feel like there is so much good energy within the entire studio and can feel very relaxed and comfortable! I only wish I lived close enough to get a membership here! They have free parking behind in the alley with an elevator that goes straight up to their lobby area! I’d highly recommend checking this place out!! Also gotta check out their pop art in the hallway!!

Lizanne Venneri: This is such a great gym! The coaches are exceptional and the classes are challenging and fun. Loved every one I took and every coach I worked with. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone in the Queen Anne neighborhood!

Maria del Carmen Aguilar Vélez: Best studio in Seattle!!

Sarah Zhong: Every one of the staff is so kind and fun + classes are always challenging but all instructors provide alternatives for modifications. I never really enjoyed workout classes before, including trying Barry's, but this studio is so great and has such a variety of different classes you can take! PLUS the blend bar at the front of the studio is great for post-class protein shakes. ALSO FREE PARKING! The studio does it all.

trang truong: I loved loved this place so much! Love the staff here especially AG and Moses. I have moved to a new city and wish there's something like Studio 3 here my new city :(

Stephanie Tardiff: I love Studio3!

Trasandra Petersen: This is by far my most favorite workout studio! I don't live in Seattle anymore, and I've not really found anything at San Diego that compares to the energy and vibe of everybody that works there! I still work periodically in Seattle and always make a point to book sessions there through class pass because I would be so sad to miss any chance I get!

Jane Higgins: Love this studio! Just took one of Brooke’s classes and I HIGHLY recommend!

Kristy Bell: I love Studio 3. If I lived closer I would still be a member & I still try to go whenever I am close. The instructors are fun & you can't beat the hot room.

Flow Fitness: what do users think?

Flow Fitness

Matthew James Briggs:

James Sebastian: Great place to work out.

Karen Jurgensen: Staff is wonderful, welcoming and accommodating. Great facilities and classes.

Chanomi Maxwell-Parish: . They also have free parking in the early mornings, evenings, and on weekends. All in all, a Seattle miracle!!

Eric Wolak: This facility is conveniently located and has a wide range of free weights, machines, and classes. They even have a body analyzer that was incredibly informative. The staff is so nice and helpful. I highly recommend!

Payton Renner: This is the best gym in Seattle HANDS DOWN. Best equipment, best locker rooms, best staff! I always feel so welcome here.

Kylie L: I have enjoyed the classes here. The instructors are super friendly and knowledgeable in proving advices to questions or concerns I have relating to the exercises I attend during their classes. They even provide me suggestions on how to prevent them. They also take effort to remember names of those who attend their classes.

Rival Fitness: what do users think?

Haily Holt: , classes 2x per week, and occasionally going in on active rest days for light cardio. As long as you're using all of the benefits, the cost is *well* worth it.Nothing but great things to say about Rival. The gym has a great vibe, the staff is great, and I feel like I'm actually making strides on my fitness goals now.

Christopher Kaczmarek: Fancy but pricey but clean

Braden Nix: Nothing but good things to say about Rival. The staff is wonderful, trainers are knowledgeable and authentic, the facility is always clean, and it’s rarely “too” busy like most gyms can be.Overall, this is the most welcoming gym I have ever been to. The energy in this place is always great. I tried all the other gyms in the area before coming to Rival and they really do not compare. It was a a no brainer the moment I walked in.

Kareem Ali: I started at Rival fitness with the strength squad which helped me learn lifting with good technique, introduced me to friendly people, and helped me go through some rough times since that was right after I moved to Seattle when things were under COVID restrictions, so the place means a lot to me personally. That was over 3 years ago, since then I have been a regular, 4-7 times a week, mostly very early mornings, the owner, the staff, trainers and trainees are very friendly, there is a lot of free weights as well as machines and I have done some powerlifting training, bodybuilding training, cardio, fitness classes, cycling classes, rowing class and a few other things so I think it’s a VERY well-rounded gym where you can find equipment and classes for most training modalities. The one thing I do not like would be when they do group classes on the gym main floor that takes roughly half the space, making it hard for anybody to train during those times. It’s definitely my favorite boutique gym in Seattle, 100% would recommend.

Kyle Good: Sweet a gym that's like not even 5 blocks from my house.

Z Zhao: Love the experience here! With my previous experience with a few other trainers back in NYC, instructors here are the best! Shout out to Chassi, Chelsea and Trent! They pays attention to details, from warm-up, engage certain part of muscles, safety. Professional, highly efficient, and offers the most constructive guidance. Chassi has given tremendous help to achieve my personal training goal.

Deeksha Sinha: I was visiting Seattle for a few days and dropped in for the crossfit class at Riot Athletics. The booking process was seamless after I reached out to them through a text message. I had a great workout! The coach suggested modifications which made the class more accessible for me.

Arti Shah: Sweet gym mega friendly

Jordan Calverley: Rad spot, with solid coaching

Gretchen Claire: Working out with the team at Riot is by FAR my favorite hour of every day. The coaching staff brings such great energy, knowledge, and encouragement to every workout. The environment is welcoming, inclusive, and super motivational! Whatever your goals are - the Riot team will meet you where you’re at!

Jeffrey Rose: I highly recommend Riot for all! Riot is a great gym for both experienced and new lifters who want to either stay fit or improve their performance. Trent, Chelsea, and Chassi are knowledgeable and welcoming coaches that take the time to teach and push all members. The community is encouraging and even does activities outside of the gym every once in awhile! Don’t hesitate to come check Riot out for yourself!

Nick Watkins: Doing something like CrossFit can be very intimidating, especially when you are a big person, but the team at Riot are super encouraging and adapt work outs to where you are at.

Aryan Agrawal: Great coaches, love their workouts

Mehul Patel: This is a great CrossFit gym with clean and well kept equipment. The coach Chelsea provides great instruction and motivation.

Logan Trachuk: Trent and the team here are great! As someone who works in healthcare, it is great to work with a gym that truly cares about the well being of their members. They know how to program for specific needs and make any regressions/progressions that need to be made for the athletes. Highly recommend!!

Andrew Mundell: Trent was great, killer workout for a Saturday morning!

Nathan Hagaman: Dropped in while on vacation. Great coaching, great space. Definitely recommend.

Manali Mehta: Trent is awesome

MAO MAO: I am completely new to gym. Trent is very professional and patient. I definitely recommend this place.

Craig Mungas: I frequently work in Seattle, and I was looking for a place to drop-in. Riot was nearby, and I gave it a shot. I'm so glad I did! The coaches and members were welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I now drop in a couple times a month. The workouts are always challenging, but the skilled coaches can modify the workout to fit your needs. The atmosphere is supportive and the space is well laid out. If I lived in Seattle I would certainly be a full time member. Working out at Riot is always a highlight of my trips.

Maria Cara: I joined Riot on September 2022 and it was the best decision I ever made! I come to the gym 6 days a week and I love it! The coaches and the community are the best! I recommend it 10/10!

Pure Barre: what do users think?

Helen Yamamoto: I was new to barre when I tried the studio and found the instructors and environment to be super welcoming. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and know their anatomy well, which is great for getting fine-tuned adjustments during class. I'd still be taking classes if I hadn't been forced to move back to CA!

Marketa Novakova: Love Pure Barre! I do the online/virtual classes, and I love the flexibility. You don't really need any equipment, but weights and some bands help get a better workout. I have been to in person classes before, but online classes allow for a busy schedule and can be easily tailored to home. I like that teachers are very positive, encouraging and also share modifications. I think they have figured out a great way to do virtual classes!

Susannah Major: I love this studio! Each instructor I’ve had is patient, encouraging, and very skilled in providing hands on adjustments to target the intended muscle group. This full body work out is the perfect option for my cross training to keep me injury free as a runner. Keep up the great work, Pure Barre Queen Anne!!

Chelsea Palmer: I was super, super on the fence about barre, but then I took a class at Pure Barre and now I'm hooked. I had an amazing instructor who was super helpful during the whole thing and the workout itself is challenging, fun, and worthwhile.

Jeremy Park: Great place to get your ass handed to you. They also do workouts!

Stephanie Grimm: They do a wonderful job with first-timers. A seriously tough workout, even for people who consider themselves very fit. Pure Barre focuses on tiny movements in notoriously weak muscle groups.

bindu gopinath: Oh boy! Real workout for some real people . High energy trainers and super workout .

Community Fitness: Play and Power Studios: what do users think?

Nicole Hasheminejad: Fantastic dance fitness and strength training classes. Amazing community!

Heather A Adams: This place is awesome! I’ve been to two classes here, dance club with Medora and the Afrobeats class and both were doable for a first timer. I have had dance class experience, but I had never been to these classes before and the way they are formatted means that you can scramble along even if you’ve never been there before. There are 2 to 4 minute songs, and the eight counts are repeated so you can pick it up after a while. I can see where if you come from week to week, you would have the dances down like the rest of the class. The biggest, and most lovable thing about community fitness is the warm and friendly reception I’ve had each time I’ve come there. Not just by the teachers but by the class members . I always seem to have a conversation or get high-fives or encouragement from the people around me. They have towels and water and lots of space to store Your stuff. Registration is efficient, parking isn’t terrible in that area. I’m excited to try more classes even though I live about 30 minutes away from here.

Claire Andersen: Super fun and welcoming classes. Try the hip hop with Jennifer Cepeda!!!

Michelle Graham: Great variety in fun classes and affordable

Gus Galvan: The vibe!🕺❤️

Gabrielle Pelcerman: Best place on earth! When I’m there I feel back to myself! Instructors and staff are amazing, and people are so friendly!

xenia averkiou: The best community fitness center! Small but with dynamic instructors and members! Easy to connect with people and feel part of this amazing community! A member for 7 years now and still loving it!

Morgan Bentley: I love community fitness! Dance club on Mondays and Wednesdays is by far my favorite class! Its difficult to make it to other classes as there are no early morning classes so the odd schedule has prevented me from applying for the monthly membership. Buying the class packages is the next best option.

Claire Nelson: I love community fitness. The instructors are great, and I try to get to as many classes I can. That being said, it's tough when you work a 9-5. I feel like a lot of the classes are during the work day which really limits the types of classes I can do. There are a ton of dance classes after work, but I prefer the weight lifting/barre/Pilates classes. I would also love to go to classes in the morning before starting my workday too, but unfortunately the earliest class as of lately is at 8:30am.

Jessica Bryant-Bertail: Love the teachers, range of classes, and getting in shape. Great studio.

Kt M: Such fun classes across the board; and such optimistic and great support throughout the pandemic. Thank you!!

Janet Klinger: Community Fitness is my go-to gym for dance and weights. As the name suggests, COMMUNITY shows up there. The owner sets the tone for connection in a well run, soul-filling gym. A couple personal faves: Susan Slater's signature style of fun, high energy and daily celebrations. Kat Dowrey's dance classes are filled with butt-shaking moves and laughter. A member nearly 10 years, I love the variety of offerings. My father joined me until his final months at age 94, shaking his butt with the rest of us. He was madly in love with Susan who treated him like the rock star he is. Come join the fun!

Biancana Brown: The MOST FUN blends of Zumba/twerkout and Latin kinds of dance. Best community vibe.

Cascade Bicycle Studio: what do users think?

Ayman El-Khashab: Went in hoping to find a metric shoulder bolt for my sworks bicycle. Even though there were other customers in the store, they went back and sorted through a bin of bolts and found the bolt that I needed. I really appreciate that kind of service and I'll definitely be going back when I need things in the future. It's also a really beautiful store with some really amazing high-end bicycles, parts, and accessories. And one of my favorite plant shops is right next door.

Jonathan Espinosa: Cascade Bike Studio is hands down the go-to spot for bike repair and service! Kelly worked their magic on my grupo, fixing it faster than it shifts – talk about impressive! What's even better is that Kelly took the time to walk me through the fix, sharing valuable knowledge so I can tackle similar issues on my own in the future. Their passion for biking and willingness to educate customers like me sets them apart. Needless to say, I'll definitely be returning for all my bike service needs. Huge thanks to Kelly for their expertise and helpfulness – you're the real MVP!

Conrad Meyer: Brought my bike in for help determining if the frame was damaged and they were super friendly and helpful!

Evan Gray: Cascade got my gravel bike dialed in and ready for race season! Customer service was outstanding, the environment in the studio was great, and they were very communicative about my work order. Thanks Cascade!

Avani Reddy: I was on a bike ride and my derailleurs got stuck, so I popped into Cascade Bicycle Studio. They were able to identify and fix the problem so quickly - and they were so nice and explained what happened, didn’t charge me for it either since it was just alcohol spray. I was able to continue on my ride no problem after! Highly recommend and will go there in the future for bike issues!

Adam Fisch: Great bike shop! Had a broken freehub and they were able to find the right replacement component in the shop and fix it in 5 minutes. Looks like an outstanding place for new bike builds and fits. Definitely will be back!

Tom B: Met Erik in Bangkok and would like to make a point of coming here when I visit the states. Absolute bloody legend

Richard Siegel: This is the place to go for your road, gravel or mountain bike needs - Joseph and his team have continued the legacy of CBS and strengthened it with great service, clothing selection and top level bikes. I've been counting on them for years, and never been disappointed - for simple fixes when I walk in on short notice, to full service seasonal rehabs, I have always counted on them for a great experience!

Joseph Farino: . Thank you CBS!

Larry Hanelin: I have used this shop 4 or 5 times and have always received the most courteous and prompt service. Today I needed a minor repair on my trike and the owner, Mike McKean took the time to do the repair even though he was short staffed for the day. In addition he spent time trouble shooting a power meter problem that I was having. This type of service and thoughtfulness is priceless. Check out this bicycle shop. I think you will like it.

Char Beck: High-end bike shop, friendly staff, exceptional service!

Phil Cammarano: and she absolutely loves it! From fitting to final delivery, Joseph and Riley were helpful, patient and answered all of our questions. Communication was great and they made all efforts to get the build done on time. Will certainly refer friends and family.

Brysten James: Riley was extremely helpful and efficient!! I came in frustrated and in a rush because I needed to leave town shortly, but my bike was not working properly. I was looking for a quick fix and some understanding on what happened, and I got exactly that. Customer service. Quality Bike Care. 5 Stars.

Craig Parsons: and helped me troubleshoot a pesky creaking issue I had been chasing. These guys clearly love what they do. For anyone who is into high end and/or custom bikes, this place is worth a visit. Awesome combo of know-how, personal service and amazing bikes. My new favorite shop.

Sharan Daniel: custom bike. I'm willing to spend money on my favorite hobby, but I'm far from a money-is-no-object bike buyer. They updated the fit on my non-custom bike, making an adjustment that yielded a bigger improvement than I would have imagined. I wasn't sure I was a great candidate for a custom bike. So I am pretty amazed and really happy that my new bike is even more comfortable and fun than my old faithful one. Joseph helped me spec the bike, choosing the components and accessories to optimize the bike for the way I want to ride. He advised me on where it made sense to spend more and where it probably wouldn't in my case. The designer at Seven Cycles also did a thorough interview. The result is truly a dream bike to meet my aspirations as well as my current riding. I can imagine riding it a lot of miles over a lot of years.

Lori Sills: These guys are great! I sliced open my tubeless tire on a broken bottle on the trail and they helped me out with a new tire on the spot. A++ service. Plus, so many pretty bikes to check out while they were installing the new tire.

Morgan Nissen: Love this studio! The space itself is beautiful. I love the open layout, the beautiful lighting, and the beautiful frames hanging. What I love most is the people and the inviting environment. As a female cyclist, I don't always feel comfortable at bike shops, and it is completely different here. Cascade is still new, and I am so excited to see the impact they will continue to have on the community!

S G: Amazing people, good quality products.
