Communication was easy ahead of time, all the audio worked great for the ceremony, and the whole reception felt like it had such a natural flow. We're not even the biggest dancers, but we couldn't be happier with our choice! Way more people danced than we expected, and it was such a source of fun and happiness for everyone on and off the dance floor. Austin created the vibe that fit us perfectly and I'm sure he could match yours, too!

With the craziness of wedding planning we lost track of it and we reached out Orion to get more info on the song list and they helped point us to the questionnaire in the app. Once we remembered the questionnaire existed it took us about 15 minutes to fill out the timeline, and another hour or two to choose some songs in the app. I love choosing music for things, so I created Spotify playlists for songs that I wanted and the approximate duration of the different scheduled times. The app had a way to import a Spotify playlist and it was seamless. On the day of the wedding I heard many of the songs I had submitted, but I also had left a comment that they could ignore any of my playlist songs and explained to them what I was looking for in the songs I had picked. For instance, for dinner time I had fairly down beat music that I wanted pretty quiet so folks could chat and mingle. David and his team did a great job following these instructions

Himani Naresh: Orion Entertainment did a great job at our B’nai Mitzvah. We had an outdoor ceremony and they set up microphones and speakers so that everyone could hear the service clearly. We were worried about doing an outdoor ceremony with the sound, but David took care of it and we didn't have to worry about anything. David then moved everyone indoors and corralled folks together for a Hora. They were able to mix together the songs we had selected in advance, with their own to keep the party going. When the dancing slowed down they’d jump in with a party game for the kids. These were very popular, and we gave away prizes to the winners. David has an engaging and outgoing personality that comes across well over the mic. Overall a great experience.

Wilson Huynh: We booked with Orion for our wedding in Seattle for both DJ and Photobooth services, and we couldn't be happier with how the event turned out! Kordel was our headliner DJ and he did an incredible job keeping the party moving, and he was super attentive and flexible when it came to music playlists. Incredibly professional and prepared, prior to our wedding they had a series of questions to make sure they were fully prepared coming to our event, and helped me make sure I was ready too!! They made sure to have all of our special event songs ready to go, and knew the flow of the day. Austin did an amazing job as MC, helping keep the party moving. And then there was dancing!! Everyone was on the dance floor, and a huge part was how well Austin did DJ’ing. It was the perfect mix of songs everyone loves, with the right DJ twist that made it fun and easy to dance all night. I don’t know when I will need a DJ next, but I know exactly where to turn when I do. Orion Entertainment was a perfect choice, and I cannot recommend them enough.

We appreciated the meeting and how Jason was prepared and actually looked at our preferences. I also appreciated being able to talk with him on video chat before booking. I had experience with some companies that didn't even want to have a phone call.They have a system where you add what songs you want or you can make a playlist on Spotify. Our wedding went off without a hitch. Ronnie was professional and kept the jams coming. He played for 4 hours and kept everyone on the dance floor. I think they are pretty affordable for the Seattle area as well, given they amount of time we requested.I would definitely hire them for your next wedding or event!

Our experience with InJoy Entertainment was worth double what we paid.The reception was our biggest priority - I have been to weddings where the dance floor was empty most of the time, or weddings where people left early because the dancing tapered off, and that was my biggest concern. I wanted to have a short ceremony, and then a party that would last until the very end of the night and have enough guests around for a big send off. Ronnie was the DJ that Jason assigned to our wedding and both him and Jason totally understood this goal. Ronnie BLEW US AWAY. He played all the songs we wanted and then some, knew when it was appropriate to switch from chill family friendly songs to full on party music, remembered all the small specific details I wanted, pulled off a surprise last song perfectly, was an amazing MC, and just SUCH a nice guy. Our guests kept asking how we found him! Jason will for sure set you up with the right person for your event.The planning meetings leading up to the wedding were so reassuring and organized. Jason also gave me really great advice about switching out one of our ceremony songs and he was so right about the difference it would make. We also didn’t realize until right before the wedding that our indoor/outdoor venue only had ONE outdoor outlet and no power source anywhere near the ceremony stage.Jason figured out how they were going to make this work via a FaceTime call while we were at the venue, and the day of the wedding Ronnie had everything set up no problem when I arrived and it all went off without a hitch. I was so impressed with how they made a sub-optimal venue work out perfectly.Jason will make you feel like your wedding day is just as important to him as it is to you. You’re lucky you found him!

Anne Christnovich: We hired 206 Events for our wedding. We worked with Troy on the contract, and he introduced us to our wedding DJ, Romie. Romie was amazing! He is a solid communicator and has a ton of experience DJing for weddings. That came through from details like the suggestion to 'play out' the mother-son song early so that we wouldn't need to dance too long, and working with us to identify the exact second to turn up the recessional song. Romie attended our pre-wedding session to get a feel for the venue, and get confirmation on timing, which was comforting to us. Our venue required that we have a two system setup, one for the ceremony and one for the party, which was no problem at all. Romie was efficient in getting me and our officiant mic'ed up and tested on the day of, which was really important with everything else happening concurrently. He nailed the ceremony song transitions, our wedding party grand entrance, and the handling of wedding speeches. Everybody could hear, and we had no sound or feedback issues at any point. And he really shined during the dance party, where he read the room really well in choosing songs to play and he incorporated our married name into some of the songs - we felt like we were the stars of the show. Overall, Romie was professional, talented, and easy to work with. Definitely recommended!

He speaks Polish, and was able to provide some Polish commentary for our Polish speaking wedding guests, which was priceless. The lights were a nice addition as well. We were able to meet with Kryspin in person a few weeks before the wedding to go over some of the details, and after that had great email and phone communication. He had great suggestions for some of the event details and followed all of our requests. Overall, we have absolutely no reservations in recommending Kryspin and 206 Events for any large events!

From the first consultation to week leading up to the wedding , he was always available and made sure that he developed a personal relationship with us and it really showed during the wedding. My now wife and I both have very busy schedules and Troy got everything done as we asked and much more. He was able to gauge the mood of the event and he hit every song at the perfect time.
