The Edgewater Hotel: what do users think?

Junji Morokuma: Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view

Easton Dillehay: We checked in here for our honeymoon and were given an upgrade by the awesome front desk staff. Our room was lovely and had a very nice view of the water. The location of the hotel is perfect and it’s such a cool historic place to stay. While Alaskan Way is currently closed, there is no traffic out front and it’s really nice to walk around and easy to get up to the city. It is comparably priced to all the other hotels downtown, so why not stay somewhere historic. The only downside is to go into town, you definitely go uphill.

Bryan Ross: Had our room reservation at the Edgewater,I was running 4 hours late from my train up to seattle.I called and spoke to Jesse told me no problem take your time enjoy Seattle we have your room ready, even asked if I needed anything before i even got their talk about service.Upon my arrival meet Jesse in person at the front desk Very polite asked if I needed anything else upon check in.I was catching the ferrie to Victoria the next day my only regret i didn't spend more time here ,this place is right on the water alot of Rock in Roll history going on here.5 stars isn't enough for this place wonderful staff great place to stay.Rooms: The Rooms are Unbelievable, we stayed at 3 places on our trip from LA to Seattle this place by far the best.Walkability: The clipper Ferrie going to Victoria is 5 min walk from the front door.Food & drinks: Had Drinks and appetizers great service and great food.

Tim Haverstick: The Edgewater Hotel was absolutely fantastic. Located right in downtown Seattle, we were treated to breathtaking views of the Puget Sound while enjoying the vibrant scene by the water. But what made our stay extra special? Knowing that iconic musicians like The Beatles and Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam had stayed here too. It added an extra layer of excitement to our experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home, and the dining options were superb. Whether we were exploring the city or relaxing in our room, The Edgewater Hotel provided the perfect backdrop for our Seattle getaway.

Beth Richardson: First time here. We checked in on a Wednesday night at the end of April. We arrived before check in time and were able to get a room early. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and very helpful. Our stay was very pleasant, definitely recommend! We loved our room! We got a corner room on the 4th floor and it was huge for just the two of us. While booking this hotel I wanted a good location downtown and this was exactly that. It’s literally walking minutes from the space needle, restaurants, and also close to a beach. Don’t forget to go to the rooftop and see the views! Parking is under the hotel and felt very secure. Starbucks is downstairs. There is a gym available along with a computer room. If we ever come back to Seattle definitely staying here again!

Constance Hedd: On a weekend trip to Seattle, we chose this location for the price and it was close to most of the main attractions. We booked a 2 bed room and was happy to see we got the corner room with the cute little balcony. The room was very spacious and clean. With a newly renovated bathroom. Although this hotel doesn't have a restaurant or breakfast, there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. We were able to park the car for the weekend and walk to Space Needle, Pike Place Market and more. It was nice not to have to drive around and find parking. The staff was helpful and kind. They kept our bags for the rest of the day after checking out. My daughter had a 6 am zoom meeting and was able to take her laptop to the business meeting room they have and have a quiet space for that. It was a peaceful stay.

Amy Hodges: This is a beautiful place to stay. It has an amazing view from the rooftop. Great atmosphere! Friendly staff! Champagne at check-in! Clean, comfortable rooms! Close to the Climate Pledge Arena, which was where I was headed for an event. As a solo traveler, I felt safe walking to and from the arena.Only complaint would be that the parking spots are ridiculously small. There were no regular parking spots left so I had to park my suv in a compact spot. It was so cramped that I had to get in and out through the trunk. There were vehicles smaller than mine taking up spaces meant for the larger vehicles. If you have a bigger car, do yourself a favor and find parking elsewhere.

Maha Shakir: Perfect location for concert. Clean. Welcoming environment and staff.Rooms: Clean and well furnished.Walkability: To football and basketball arenasFood & drinks: Large variety with in walking distance

Riley Krull: Enjoyed our stay here. Our room was spacious enough to set up a packn’play for our almost one-year-old with no issues, and the location was great. Wish we knew the room would only have a shower and not a bath tub, but it wasn’t a big deal.Walkability: It’s very close to the Climate Plegde Arena, and a short walk to shops and restaurants and the whole Seattle Center area. Great location and we left our car parked the two days we stayed there.

Frode Halvorsen: Fantastic view from the rooftop. Good service and friendly staff. Also walking distance to space needle, MOPC and other things.Rooms: Nice room with a comfortable bed and a lot of space.

D L: Very basic, no breakfast, pool, or hot tub. My 6th floor standard room was pretty nice but had no view, the staff were very kind and understanding. I circled the block a few times trying to find parking, had to run in and ask the front desk. Parking is in the one way alley below the hotel. Free coffee in the lobby, microwave, fridge, coffee makings, and safe in the room.Walkability: About 4 blocks from the space needle, monorail, fountain area. A few restaurants and a Safeway within walking distance.

DJ Lim: While planning a trip to Seattle, I was debating between this hotel and the one near Pike Place Market, and I'm glad I chose the Mediterranean Inn.Pros:- Great location - a 1-minute walk to CVS for essentials, with many great restaurants nearby.- Rooftop - amazing view, with heaters for nighttime temperatures.- Service - fantastic, they let us check in early and greeted us every time we walked in and out of the lobby.- Parking - gated parking garage, $27/night which is great.- Room - the room is cozy and the bathroom is remodeled, so it's very nice.Cons:- Noise - our room was facing the main intersection and it did get pretty loud at times. We could also hear people walking around on the floor above us.- Safety - not really their fault, but just a block away from the hotel gets filled up with homeless people in the evening.- Garage - it seems like they overbook their garage, as it got completely full several times.Overall, it's a great location and a good hotel. I would definitely return.

Ginger Alberry: Our 2 night stay at Even hotels in Seattle was perfect. The room is clean, nice bathroom and shower. The front desk Eduardo was very helpful getting us checked in and checking with us throughout our trip. The Cafe in the lobby has really good breakfast.Rooms: Clean. Loved the exercise equipment in room.Nearby activities: Close to space needle, pikes placeSafety: Felt safe here and walking around cityWalkability: Walked around the city and walked to space needle from hereFood & drinks: We had breakfast on our stay and it was really good.

Anannya Uberoi: , and the guest service was great. I’d definitely book again!

김동언: I had an exceptional experience at this hotel thanks to the remarkable kindness of the staff, Edwardo. The hotel employees went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed for my stay, providing clear and friendly explanations about the accommodations. Their helpfulness truly made my stay memorable, and I greatly appreciate their hospitality.

Tommy Meissner: Love this hotel and love the staff. I may have spent a year or more of my life in this hotel. That being said, lets address 2 things. The housekeeping here is, well, really bad. We were long term guests and it would have been nice to have service maybe twice a week. In the month long stay, they maybe did my room twice, and they didn't exactly hook it up like I am used to at Staybridge. On Apr 10th..or so.. they literally took 1 bag of trash from the bathroom, and left the rest in my room without making bed, changing bedding, and the bedding began to smell. I am ok with setting my trash outside, but it was hours and hours before they ever picked it up. There should be a baseline clean twice a week that isnt asking too much. There is one desk attendant that I had to ask several times for fresh kitchen cloths to do my dishes, and I dont mean to be arrogant but she could never remember my name. That is unlike Staybridge staff they know me well. AlsoThe IHG Is NOT gonna give me the points i should have earned because I was under my company's contract. That is absolutely unfair, the minimum i would have asked was 1 free night. I stayed over 200 nites total of all visits. I would stay again of course, but there has been a lag in service since the pandemic. Sorry for the long negative review. Others in my group had the same experience and i am speaking for them as well. Please bring Staybridge back to its former glory. Cheers

Jose Buenrostro: Rooms are spacious and service was excellent. The breakfast was fresh as opposed to some other places that offer breakfast. Be prepared to pay for parking or park on the street. I parked on the street as the neighborhood seemed pretty safe and had no issues. It was difficult to find parking sometimes and had to walk a few blocks. Nice facility overall. 5 minutes from downtown seattle.Rooms: Clean comfortable beds spaciousNearby activities: Close to downtownSafety: Felt and looked safe. 24 hour key entranceFood & drinks: Free breakfast was normal but fresh tasting

lawrence ng: from the early morning into early evening. Daily free breakfast was included. The breakfast staff Adaleni and Alexis provided exceptional service which made us feel welcome.

Stewie Lucc: Great service. Friendly staff, clean, tidy, free breakfast, swimming pool, weight room, laundry room, computer lab, multiple business rooms. Mini lounge, multiple fireplaces, roof access WITH 2 GRILLS, beautiful view of Mt. Rainer and downtown Seattle, dog park, bus access, and 2 level garage parking! The only downfall is. It's on Highway 99, so if you are a new or cautious driver, it's a bit difficult to come and goRooms: Clean, spacious, nice windows, TV, kitchen with stove top with everything you need to prepare a meal, coffee maker, toaster beds. Hand wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner hand lotionNo oven

Joe Cullens: Trey helped us at the front desk when we checked in, such a friendly kind person! Let us know about some free wine, beer and food in lobby at certain times, our room was spotless, used the hotel spa which was quiet and relaxing, had champagne on the rooftop deck & viewed the city at night. What a wonderful hotel spot!Rooms: Our king bed room, had a separate bedroom, 2 tv’s, living room and full kitchen with dishwasher.Nearby activities: Super close to the troll bridge

Dee Beal: Our stay for 5 weeks was extraordinary while my husband was recovering from major surgery. The staff, from the manager to housekeeping, were all helpful, accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend Staybridge Suites for either a short stay or long stay. Delicious breakfast each morning for hotel guests and certain evenings of the week there is supper provided. Our thanks to the staff.

Casey Fryda: We got a perfect little suite with a full kitchen and a bedroom we could close off. I like it when we can eat normal food in the room sometimes, rather than having to run for takeout all day, and this setup makes it easy. I could definitely stay here comfortably for a long work trip. The breakfast buffet wasn't fancy, but it did include hot food plus grab-and-go. The inexpensive underground parking was much appreciated, especially on rainy nights. We'll be back!

Mercy Cherotich: The services was great

Tera Jones: What a treat to stay here. The suite we stayed in was so comfortable and beautiful. I love how the bathroom was so separate from the bedroom. The building is absolutely incredible! I felt like i was in Downton Abbey. The location is, of course, excellent and mostly walking distance to where we wanted to go. Everyone was so friendly and even patient for the night we had a few cocktails. Room service was great also! Their breakfast is to die for. I'm a sucker for good eggs Benedict. The king crab benedict... wow. And the dining beyond that was exquisite as well.

Nick Villanti: , which worked great for the kids. Also had large hot tub with fill fitness center too.We did room service twice and the food was pretty good.Parking is offsite in a shared garage. You can self park or valet. Just make sure everything is out of the car. I wouldn't want to leave anything inside.

Yanderyn “CalCo” Shoup: Visited for the speakeasy vibe. Very nice and elegant. Takes a while to get in but wait area is wonderful.Food & drinks: Pricey but great! Atmosphere was chill.

David Lankford: Excellent hotel with friendly staff and clean sanitary rooms. The waffle machine makes the best Belgian waffles as whip cream and strawberry toppings are available to load up. The bed was so comfortable that I drifted away in just a few moments. Convenient location that's close to lots of restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to the Amtrak King Street station. I would not hesitate to stay here again and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.Walkability: About a 15 minute walk from the King Street Amtrak station.

Matt Alford: I really like this hotel. It's clean and the room had everything I needed. This is an old building that's been maintained nicely. The rooms have high ceilings and wide wooden casings around the baseboard and doors. It's clear that this hotel has a maintenance crew who knows what they're doing. As one example, the caulking in the bathroom was neat and tidy. I really appreciated the in-window heating/cooling unit: it was easy to use and quieter than most. The bed was comfortable. I liked the continental breakfast: nothing fancy, just the self-serve basics, which allowed me to eat quickly and get to my meeting. As far as the surrounding neighborhood goes, Seattle has cleaned it up a lot in the last year. Pioneer Square used to be a homeless mess with trash and drugs; I was glad to see that's all gone now. I was able to park two blocks away in the Columbia Garage for about $30/day. Overall, a really great experience and I'll definitely stay there again. The value to price ratio really can't be beat.

Diego Rolon: Stayed the night before chilly hilly. Can't beat the location for the ferry, half a block. The room was nice, clean and the bathroom had all the toiletries I needed. There is parking on the premises for an extra fee. But although the hotel is nice for the price, the staff was extremely friendly, courteous and went out of their way to make my stay more comfortable and convenient. I don't have enough words to praise the staff. I forgot my wallet and got it back with nothing missing. Thank you so much!

Jay & Crystal Bohannon: Our family stayed the weekend for a birthday celebration. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was terrific. We parked onsite, although it's around the block and under the property. We walked to the subway and went to the Seattle Center, Space Needle, and Pike Market. While there were a lot of homeless people, we didn't have an issue with anyone. There was so much security on every block and police throughout the city. This hotel is located near so many great pubs!It was great to see so many people out and about enjoying the beautiful city, sites, and restaurants!

AD: Compared with nearby hotels, the room price is good. The hotel front desk staff are very friendly and make visitors feel welcome.2

Antoinette Perry: thank you for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend and will stay again next time I’m in Seattle.Rooms: Spacious and clean. Kept well with it being an older building too.Safety: Pretty safe in the area. East a bit isn’t as safe at night, but you’ll be going north primarily to tourist destinations so I had no issues. The walk north is lovely and safe.Walkability: Very walkable. Near the water as well.

Mike Bruckhart: Nuce place for the money and a nice lil stroll to the waterfront attractionsRooms: Nice cleanWalkability: Close to train and waterfront quarter mile walk each way or u can rent ebikes/scooters

The Arctic Club Seattle - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel: what do users think?

Michael Ambler: between doing some work and flying home. What an amazing hotel. If you are looking for 21st century minimalism, this is not it. What it is, is clubby, cozy, friendly, with a fire going in the lobby, smiling staff, and comfortable, old-school rooms. This is the kind of place that could be a little bit of a has-been, except it isn’t: it is beautifully maintained, and good at sharing its history. Everything worked perfectly, including the extraordinary included breakfast, which featured good coffee, fresh fruit, eggs, and sausages, and a crispy five-spicy pork creation that I’ve never had before but hope I have again. If I find myself back in Seattle, there’s no doubt I’ll stay there again.

Niki Sims: A delightful trip back in time without the "boys club" feel. It's less than a block from Pioneer Square lighte rail station which is good and bad depending. The area isn't the best so please stay safe when traveling at night. People like the heckle and harass from across the street from the station the next block over. All in all very much worth the stay.

Dawn R: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Employees were polite and professional. Would stay there again. A++++Rooms: Really nice rooms.Walkability: Close to many attractions

kelly pleva: Awesome experience!Hotel highlights Luxury …

Tess Payne: Our first visit to this property, and we loved our stay. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and it was fun to explore the history of the building through the photos and original decor pieces. The location was great and comfortable walking distance to both T Mobile Park and Pikes Place market, which we visited during our trip. We would stay again!

Jessica Worden: Staff was very friendly and helpful.Rooms: Nice Big RoomsBed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and big as well.Nearby activities: Baseball & football fields are close by. We attended a concert, which we took an Uber.Safety: Security was on point and curtious.Walkability: Most places are within walking distance.Food & drinks: Food was great! Nice selection to choose from.Noteworthy details: Very nice place to stay.

Amanda Preece: Great place. Only one elevator working? That was ONLY snag. Fun happy hour.Rooms: Large comfortable rooms. Gorgeous bathroom.Nearby activities: Market and aquarium are quite fantastic.Walkability: Very close to everything. Came from train. So was really easy walk.

Jackie Baker: So glad we stayed here! The historic atmosphere is very cool and unique, the staff are wonderful, and the food and drinks at the Polar Bar were great. The hotel is located steps from the Pioneer Square Link station, which is very handy. The *only* complaint I have about the hotel itself is that the water in the shower didn't ever get hot. We are late risers though, so that's probably our fault 😂The neighborhood this hotel is located in does seem to have a fair number of unhoused folks with drug/mental health issues. I know this is a big issue in Seattle generally, and is just something to be aware of and not a reason to avoid staying here. It's not the hotel's fault and the building itself felt very safe/secure.Walkability: Very walkable to Pike Place Market, ferries, the Link

Jami: This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. We had such a great trip. The room was perfect and the beds were comfy.Rooms: So clean and comfy. Wonderful atmosphere and vibe.Walkability: Right next to the bus and train. We went everywhere with ease.Food & drinks: We are twice at the lounge and it was super tasty.

Hotel 1000, LXR Hotels & Resorts: what do users think?

Steven Royalty: My wife and I spent 7 nights at Hotel 1000, so I will do my best to organize my feedback.Room - Bed was incredibly comfortabe, shower and tub were perfect after walking/hiking all day. Great view if you're on the upper floors. A/C worked very well. Only two minor complaints here;. the TV isn't a smart TV, so no watching Netflix/Hulu/etc. and the on-demand movies are very expensive and the mini-fridge is already filled with drinks you have to pay for. Good luck fitting more than one or two items in there yourself.Service - Everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming. Check-in and out were super fast and simple, the doormen were fun to talk to and helped us in/out of ubers. The spa on-site was a wonderful experience and room service was prompt. My issue here was with access to ice. I know it seems minor, but having to call guest services for a bag or two of ice chips was annoying. Let me get my own ice, please. The location is perfect in my opinion. You're within walking distance from Pike Place, T-Mobile, Lumen and a hundred other shops/restaurants. There are ubers/cabs all over the place, it's very easy to get to from the airport and you have great views from your room. The sunsets were gorgeous.I would be happy to book a stay here again if we returned to Seattle. I'd likely upgrade the room to a higher floor for an even better view. I really wanted to try out the Golf Sim and some of the other spa packages. Just be ready to open your wallet and call every time you need ice.

Kathryn Spencer: This hotel and spa is wonderful. This is an establishment where they go above and beyond and respect the details. I had a massage and facial and the staff was exceptional. When I would come and go to/fro the hotel, they would see me ahead of time and open the door before I even arrived. I ordered room service several times and it was timely and very tasty. Highly recommend and I will book my next trip to Seattle at this hotel without a doubt. The tub is an added 110%.

Rosalie NM: The room, ammenities, and location were great. The employee interaction not so much. We got in late Friday night and the receptionist did not tell us what the checkout time was. So I looked on the checkout screen on the TV and it said checkout is available from 4am-1pm. It does not state anythung about requesting a late checkout for 1pm. We booked the golf simulator that morning and had plans to leave at 12:30pm. At 11:40 housekeeping was knocking on our door telling us checkout is 11 and she can give us until 12. I told her the tv checkout time said 1pm. She said she was going to talk to her supervisor. Never heard back.

Julie Slawson: I flew into Seattle for a quick trip and the family I was supposed to stay with was sick. So while on the plane I booked this room. I was getting in earlier than check in time and asked for an early check in and they accommodated. From that first great customer service through ever day there I’m so impressed with this hotel. Every single person I interacted with was helpful, kind, and willing to help with anything. The location is great and easy to get to other places. The rooms are very spacious and nice furnishings. The rooms felt very clean and well taken care of.Thanks to Eric for all his help with my printing needs and everyone at the front desk. Thanks to Mikala and Endeya at the front of the restaurant for their kindness and helpfulness. Thanks to the house cleaning crew for helping me. Honestly, one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time.

CryptDrip: the water comes from the ceiling to fill the tub, it splashed everywhere as it was filling up - with the brown residue and the water it turned the towels brown, and our white socks. They do provide little slippers which helped but the floor was too slippery when wet and kept finding myself having to take off the slippers or walk like a grandpa clinging onto the sink. Also, I wish they had firmer pillows. To end it on a high note; the hotel is in a great location. There was plenty of places for us to visit nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Many attractions nearby too! The hotel also had a restaurant that is open pretty late. This hotel was great, worth going to and staying at!Nearby activities: Pikes Place Market, Seattle Aquarium, Argosy Boat Tours, Piers and more are all super close to this hotel.Walkability: Seattle is very walkable but especially from this location, you can reach the Pike Market within 15 mins or less. The pier is very close, with plenty of souvenir shops and boat tours available. There’s also a Target close by for necessities. If you’re wanting to go further out to Space Needle, MOPOP or the Chihuly Garden then it’s about a 25 minute walk to these destinations, which wasn’t bad. There was a lot of local coffee shops, restaurants that we would have otherwise never looked at and we felt safe making it to those destinations.

Eric Glenn: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 100 LXR in Seattle, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the high-end amenities and the impeccable service provided by the staff. The hotel's location in downtown Seattle was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, providing a luxurious retreat after a day of sightseeing.I particularly enjoyed the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant, and the breakfast options were varied and satisfying. The staff were attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. One of the highlights of the hotel was the availability of amenities, including the golf simulator. Although I didn't have the opportunity to use it, I appreciated the option for entertainment during my stay. However, the only downside was the gym facilities, which didn't quite match the beautiful and high-end features of the rest of the hotel. Nonetheless, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall exceptional experience I had at Hotel 100 LXR.Overall, I highly recommend Hotel 100 LXR for anyone visiting Seattle. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and prime location make it the perfect choice for a memorable stay in the city.

Jonathan Morris: I haven't been to a hotel and been this pleased in years. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The staff are INCREDIBLE. Drew at the front desk and everyone else were super amazing and friendly. This will be the only hotel that I visit on my trips back to Seattle. The restaurant is good, as is the bar.

Kari Dykes: .Every time we came back to our room it was cleaner than how we left it. They even organized the chords to my curling iron and hair dryer. The bathtub was magical, we opted for a peloton in the room, there was a nespresso machine in the room, there was a nice bar downstairs. I could keep going but for my first time visiting Seattle this hotel was 1000% better than any attraction

Alan Wileman: . My only issues were that we arrived at 5 pm and the room was not ready , albeit only a 10 minute wait, we should have been immediatly provided our room access based on our arrival time. Lastly, one elevator was down which made waiting for an elevator very long. I know this is mostly out of their control but it was still a inconvenience. Most likely this will not be the case when someone else stays there. All-in-all it was a great stay and I would recommend this hotel to someone visiting Seattle or seeing a show in that area.

Josephine Ong: Bathroom sink was clogged and wasn't fixed the whole time during my visit. Request to have trash thrown out wasn't honored. Otherwise room was quite large and comfy, and really loved the hotel location!Nearby activities: Excellent location to all the major sites like Pike Place and easy walk to transitFood & drinks: Food at Lola in the hotel is great, and the hotel is located near a lot of good restaurants!

Paul Manning: Chandra is one of the best desk staff I have ever seen, and had the pleasure to work with. She went far above and beyond to help me have the best experience I could get. Her recommendations were all spot on. She was like a desk clerk, concierge, and manager all rolled in to one person. If I ever make it back to Seattle I am definitely staying here again.

Jen Kaplan: .

Robert Merlin: This is one of the most creative and nice hotels I have ever stayed in. The pineapple and puppy themes are welcoming, comforting and entertaining.Rooms: Plenty of space including in the bathroom. Bed is very comfortable. Lighting in some places is a little poor. I appreciated the free bottled water.

Gail Cowling: , there was a water bowl and doggy poop bags

Jennifer Johnson: This is a delightful place to stay! They seemed a bit understaffed when we arrived, but, aside from that, everything was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely laid out. Little touches like a complimentary drink and pineapple cookies are nice. The decor is loads of fun and the overall atmosphere is joyous. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Annie Morrissette: Rooms: Nice heritage feel, with all modern amenities. More suitable for couples than families in my opinion

Martini 66: Had great experience at the lobby bar!Service: 5/5 …

Kristin Bigham: . I was on the same floor as the rooftop bar so that part of the building had the best views.Front desk was awesome. The business center was broken and Balthazar Chinnell, the front office manager, was so kind to print about 40 pages for me from the back office.Food and drinks were expensive but seemed to be on par with downtown Seattle prices.About a minute walk from Pikes Market. Easy to walk places, but I wouldn’t plan on walking alone after dark. All in all, nice place to stay. Service was top notch, but expensive for a long visit as there is no complimentary breakfast, no microwave in the rooms, and the valet is expensive.Rooms: Large and clean.

pzs6nh: Great location, friendly staff and beautiful rooms that are clean. This location has a restaurant which has a limited selection of food. This location is within walking distance of the fish market which is a musty during your visit. For those that are visiting Seattle for the first time the farmers market closes at 5:00 p.m., and as do most businesses in the area. Unfortunately, there are a lot of homeless on the streets after 6:00 p.m. at night.Rooms: The rooms are clean end spacious.Safety: As with all in your cities, be aware that it's somewhat dangerous to walk late at night around the hotel area.Food & drinks: The restaurant in this location has a limited selection. Greed for happy hour though.Noteworthy details: Within walking distance how the fish market and Starbucks.

S. Sanghavi (Meep): Great location!! Fantastic staff. Rooms are beautiful and quiet. Perfect city getaway.Rooms: Beautiful and quietSafety: Lots of homeless. Best to be indoors by nightfall.Walkability: Everything in Seattle is within a 20 minute walk of the hotelFood & drinks: Tons all around.

Phillip Nguyen: We stayed at the Grand Hyatt last two conference and it was whatevers so wanted to switch things up. I really love the location. Very convenient and felt safe. Our room was great, pretty quiet. We did get an upgrade via status tier. Very easy to get to places via walking, Uber or public transit. Super close to Pikes Market. Our room was really nice and service was great all around from reception to dining to the Balthazar who responds via the Hilton app messaging. Enjoyed drinks and dessert at Fog Room. There was a $25 tourism fee or something but they give it back in dining credit and since we went for business it was like additional money for dining that technically would be categorized as hotel.

Becky Sargent: Room was clean, beds were comfortable 😁Food & drinks: Fog had great drinks and lack luster food. Wonderful atmosphere for after dinner drinks, but I'd eat somewhere else for the price. The breakfast offered at the main floor restaurant was just ok, our waitress was lovely, but our food took a while and had a lot of issues, and for the price there are other brunch places nearby, I'd try something else.

Michelle Bogaert: Regularly stay here with work and the rooms are so sleek and cozy at the same time. All the staff are truly unmatched, efficient, and have a genuine and calming demeanor even when the lobby is busy. Housekeeping is perfect as well, super considerate and I always feel like everything is fresh and the beds are made up perfectly every time. The bathrooms have the best lighting and amazing showers, and the room is furnished beautifully. Bonus points for the plushy robes, and walkable location to tons of cafes. Hope to be back soon!

Kimpton Hotel Monaco Seattle: what do users think?

Aaron Dodds: The staff were all very pleasant and willing to answer all questions and accommodations. It’s an adorable hotel with retro yet modern rooms. Very dog friendly, and even Leanne at the concierge’s desk made a special card for us with a welcome doggy gift bag!Nearby activities: Walking distance to pikes market and nearby eateries. Although since it’s in the financial district, a lot of the restaurants were unfortunately closed closed earlier in the evening even on a weekend, including viewing tower in the tallest building.

w d: We loved the hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The suite was clean and spacious. We booked the breakfast with our room and the Outlier restaurant was great! Food was always hot and fresh and the varied menu offered some excellent choices. The hotel has a great location within walking distance of anything we wanted to see. Would definitely come back when we are in Seattle again.

Latch Holmgren: Rockstar Stay at Hotel Monaco Seattle: Fun, Convenient, UnforgettableOur trip from Portland to Seattle for the Madonna concert was a blast, made even better by our stay at Hotel Monaco Seattle. The front desk team greeted us with smiles and got us into our room early, setting the tone for a fantastic stay.Hotel Monaco's location was spot-on, making it super easy to explore Seattle's coolest spots. But the real MVP was Leanne Larkin, the concierge with all the insider tips. She hooked us up with tickets to the Museum of Pop Culture and other must-see spots, making our trip extra special. From the chic rooms to Leanne's top-notch service, Hotel Monaco Seattle exceeded our expectations. Next time we're in town, there's no question where we'll be staying. It's Monaco or bust!

Michael Smith: Excellent stay and wonderful hotel in downtown.Rooms: Very spacious and clean rooms. Desk space to get work done and nice couches for relaxing in the evenings.Walkability: Can reach many main downtown tourist spots quickly. Walking late at night was sketchy but fine.

Madison Plummer: and everything went wrong. Traffic set us back an hour so we were late to the show, and then, we couldn’t find parking. Thankfully, Anthony found us a parking spot which really saved us. The next morning on our way home, I realized I forgot my wedding rings in our room, 2 hours after checking out. I called, and Anthony found them and held them for me until we could make our way back to the hotel. I will forever be thankful for the patience and kindness he and the rest of the staff showed us. Our dogs were also treated really well, our room was clean, bed was comfy, and it was a great location. Thank you! We will be back!Rooms: Room had a Nespresso machineWalkability: Walkability to pikes place
