I took my chances with WDC. The bottom of my dress had been dragged thorough dirt and who knows what, but it was dirty after wearing it. In just a few days, my dress was cleaned perfectly! Looks brand new. Hopefully this helps anyone else considering taking their dress here!

Stark Ryan: My white jacket was extremely dirty from wearing it all last winter. I took it to be dry cleaned, and they said the tag said it couldn't be dry cleaned. I was pretty worried at that point, but they said they would machine wash and then do some hand work. It came back looking like new, and it was only $20! I'm very pleased. The only caveat is that they take a couple weeks, so bring in your stuff well before you need it.

Seongjae Lee: They were incredibly kind and professional. I brought in a few sweaters for dry cleaning, and they went above and beyond by carefully inspecting them. They even found some small holes I hadn't noticed! They suggested having the holes repaired before cleaning, as the dry cleaning process could worsen them. I was very impressed with the meticulous job they did on the repairs.

Mrs Lee had me drop them on the spot, while I embarrassingly hid behind a curtin. In less than two minutes she fixed my shorts and I was heading back to work. Nice people, and quality work. I live in a condo that has regular pickup from Helena's, and I sent in a pricey ski jacket I had bought on consignment to get some stains cleaned off from the previous owner. A few months later, I realized the jacket was missing. I called Helena's when I realized the dry cleaning tag with my name on it could have fallen off in my condo. I was afraid that after so much time had passed, they would have just assumed the jacket was lost forever and sold it or kept it.I was tremendously impressed to learn that they have a logging system for any clothes that get sent in but don't have a tag with the owner on it. It took them 30 seconds to look it up based on my description and find my jacket, and they sent it home later that day. Great customer experience!

The sweeper was very professional and left my fireplace area as clean as he found it. I was also dealing with wasps building a nest in my chimney and entering my house. The sweeper got rid of the nest and sprayed the chimney stack outside and is planning to come back with a heavy duty spray to respray. Such a positive experience. Arianna Hall: This is the second time I’ve used them to alter pants, but this time it was a MAJOR alteration as I needed the pant waist to be reduced by about two sizes, the pant length to also be reduced significantly since I’m short, and the stitching of my shirt to be repaired. They did an absolutely phenomenal job of altering this outfit for my concert tomorrow! The turnaround time or wait time is usually about a week from when you drop it off. They’re very nice and professional. The price is reasonable; definitely cheaper than buying a new set of pants! Prices may vary, but it seems to be about $15-$17 per alteration depending on what kind or how major of an alteration. Previously I got 2 pant lengths altered for about $35!Service:Alterations
