Everett Talvo: This is the second bike that Bikeswift has electrified for me. Need I say more? Their systems are rock solid, maintenance-free and a heck of a lot of fun. And the entire crew is very knowledgeable. One recommendation that I would like to pass on, get the 80% charger. It will extend the life of the battery and will pay for itself. Or if you have other electric bikes and scooters, get the Cycle Satiator charger.

brent martin: It is hard to give up a good thing. I just can't seem to quit using Color 1. It's easier than going any number of places closer to me in Los Angeles, though not as easy as when I lived half a mile away. I can always count on the best quality prints for my work at Color 1.

I decided on the Element with the larger 48v 14Ah battery as its low, a step-through, and has fat tires so I don’t have to worry about front tire slippage if I turn onto gravel. They gave me a great trade in on my City and they personally brought the bike I wanted from the other store rather than having to order it. They installed all upgrades I wanted

The entire team took care of us and made sure we were fitted for the right bikes. If your looking for electric bikes that go twenty miles an hour and get all the looks, then check out Sean and Mike in both Redmond and Seattle stores. Perfect for tooling around town, doing winery tours or just running down to the concert in the park.

Marisha: last year after a great customer service experience while test-riding the different kinds of bikes. I also plan on bringing friends here for bike rentals as well. The shop gets very busy in the warm months, but even then, staff is very attentive. The bike has been sturdy, and I love the distances that open up when hills are not so daunting. I also got the improved battery, and it lasts a very long time - I have not come close to depleting it even on several-hour rides. This was definitely one of my favorite vehicle purchases.

Bridget Carson: Seattle E-Bike has an amazing team that is very knowledgeable & accommodating.Mackenzie did an amazing job wrapping my bars with a wrap I brought in with gel inserters. Alex shopped and advised on new tires. When my preferred tires were not available through their distributor they had no issues with me purchasing from elsewhere and having the tires shipped to the shop. My bike was ready an hour after the tires were delivered. The cost was reasonable and transparent.
