Robin Greenwood: This is the 2nd time I visited Cloud Electronic. Back in 2019, Remzi replaced the power port on my Dell Inspiron 5565 laptop. I had tripped over the power adapter cord and damaged the port. This visit was for my Dell Inspiron 5379 laptop. While at work this week, the touchscreen began flickering. My first chance I had to consult with someone about the problem was on Saturday. I wandered into Cloud Electronic around 3:30pm without an appointment. BTW Remzi always welcomes walk-ins. I was greeted with a smile. He remembered helping me years before. I told him about the screen flickering. He turned on the laptop to see for himself. He asked if I had dropped it, which I had not. He told me that this problem might require replacing the entire screen. I asked about the cost and asked him whether it might be problem with a ribbon cable. He re-started the laptop and examined the touch screen with his fingers. Then he shut down the laptop, removed the bottom cover and examined the insides. He gently re-seated the ribbon cables that go to the screen. Remzi started the laptop and the flickering was no longer. He shut it back down and carefully used an air compressor to blow out all the dust from inside. Next he replaced the bottom cover and started it back up to confirm that my problem was fixed. For the final step, he used a wipe to thoroughly clean the screen, keyboard, and laptop body. Everything I just typed about my visit took a total of 20 minutes, and the cost was a modest amount. I left very please, knowing that buying my next new laptop remains down the road. I highly recommend Cloud Electronic. Remzi works on improving his English every day. Regardless of any communication difficulty, the man knows how to repair electronics and more.

J Anderson: I bought a rare Acoustic bass guitar amplifier online only to have it come with some weird solid state issues to sort out. I had previously taken the head to another shop and they basically sat on it for five months, only to tell me they could not fix it! What a waste of time. Luckily, someone recommended Condor. Lesson: don't mess with boutique shops to fix your gear. Go to the pros who do it all.
Jim Merrill: I went in with an old guitar amp that was missing one tube. Other repair shops were unable to even determine what kind of tube was missing. Not only did they get the right tube but they completely serviced my old Contessa CA-20 and got it working like new. I could not be happier with their amazing service. These folks are just the best.
Anthony Chicoine: I’ve been to Condor Electronics three different times with some “unique” repair jobs that I couldn’t find anyone else to do. The first one was for my condo building’s 30 year old intercom panel that is now obsolete. I was told by an intercom repair company that we would have to replace the entire system which would have cost us several thousand dollars. Instead, I found switches for this panel on the internet for $50. Condor soldered the wiring for these switches and charged me $40. Intercom panel now works perfectly and likely will for years to come.Second job was soldering on some tiny resistors that had come off the circuit board for a friend’s old Buick. They charged me $40 for the repair, circuit board now works perfectly.Most recent job was for repair a stereo harness for a ‘friend’s ‘74 Datsun 240Z. No way could I have ever found a replacement harness. These guys re-wired the connector for me for only $30.I live in L.A. but went to them as they are the only people I have ever found who will do “weird, unique” repairs like this. These guys are always polite and friendly, unlike so many repair shops that are basically annoyed when you come in. Five star rating from me - this is where I will always go for repairs like this. 👍🏼

John Adolphsen: Cal was extremely helpful. He saved me so much frustration and confusion. He helped get a new hard drive for my laptop, find exactly the monitor we needed, and he took all of our old electronics we brought in that we wanted to recycle. 雙玉: Great experience!! I trusted Google reviews and came to this store instead of other ones closer to my house, and now it seems a wise choice. Nice staff with friendly attitude, and my Mac screen got replaced in an hour with a lower and more acceptable price, which would take 2 weeks according to what Apple Store told me. The only regret was the color of my screen seems a little bit different, since only Apple holds the program of fixing it to urge people to come to the Genius Bar so that everything can look EXACTLY the same. But the difference was subtle enough for me to ignored it. So, great experience overall, and will come back if I meet other issues with my devices.
Yikun Wang: I replaced the entire keyboard board on my laptop, and they not only gave me a professional explanation of what was wrong, but they also checked the entire circuit board and cleaned my microphone and other dust spots. They also helped me to keep the original keyboard board, if any of the keys out of the problem can be replaced at any time. What's more, they gave me a free six-month warranty. Very good service, very professional and attentive, very reasonable price.

George Pappas: Fantastic experience at the Audio Connection! John is incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with an education rather than a sales pitch. He was patient with our questions, respectful of our budget and gave us lots of time to listen and try out different components with a variety of music. We left confident we had made a great purchase from a true expert with a wealth of experience. His follow through with details was something rare and special—he trimmed and prepped our cables, professionally set up our turntable, taught us proper technique for cleaning records-- then called to make sure our set up went well! Highly recommended.

Brian Warn: This shop is a true gem in the Seattle stereo gear sales and repair landscape. I found the store after looking for places that are able to perform tuneup and repair work on a late-70s turntable I was given and have had on a shelf at home for over 10 years. John not only tuned it up, but had some great cartridge and rewire recommendations that will make the turntable sing. Along the way, I discovered in his store an excellent bookshelf speaker pair that I will be purchasing today and a phenomenal Marantz CD player that I'll also be picking up and adding to the vintage stereo system that I'm currently assembling.Shops like this one are hard to find and I'm glad I found John's store.
Amy Vonk: I'm so glad I found this shop. I had a headshell with a broken wire that John repaired for me and then recommended and installed a cartridge for my turntable. He then spent a good amount of time perfectly balancing the tonearm and my records have never sounded better. I also picked up a record cleaning brush which he taught me to use properly. He really knows his stuff and I enjoyed watching him work and chatting with him. I'll definitely return when I'm in the market for better speakers.

Unfortunately, it didn't play nicely with my setup, so he fully refunded me and - again - hand-installed a different cartridge, which ended up working beautifully. Parking is not ideal, but worth it in my opinion because the mechanics know what they are doing. They explained the whole process to me and were great on communication.
