He was super patient and helpful, walked me through the website, help me better understand how to transfer funds and provided me with additional information to speak with an investment solutions representative. So far so good!

I was greeted at the door immediately by a very friendly man who got my information and entered on to the wait list. dustin burt: I recently had a meeting with Amanda Kennedy to discuss my IRA account I had previously set up with them. I used fidelity online for years and this was my first time I have needed to visit the office. called ahead to book an appointment, they set me up wit Amanda the next day. She was super helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things about this experience. My only beef with fidelity is their inability to accept cash deposits. But that is a corporate issue not a branch decision.
