Vincenzo Prestera: I visited this ShakeShack restaurant during my visit in Seattle on April 2024. I easily ordered my burger at the self-service counter via touch display. You can use it to order everything and directly pay with your smartphone or credit card. The waiting time was fast and food quality aligned to ShakeShack standard. There is also a water fountain inside from which you can refill your bottle or get free water, saving tons of plastic! I appreciated the receiving of order receipt directly via email. Vegan burgers options are available here. I only suggest to the restaurant manager to insert toilet code directly on the receipt without the need of asking to the staff!

Miso Beno: I've always been a fan of Burgermaster, but due to my busy work schedule Id been missing my grass fed drive through burger fix. Fortunately this week I got the chance to introduce my wife to Burgermaster, and learn that they've leveled up their gluten-free game! While placing our orders, my bubbly and enthusiastic yet attentive server informed us that the fries were cooked in a separate fryer and the gluten free buns were really worth the price. Easy upsell, since its my cheat day and I've been hankering for a proper burger over a lettuce wrap for weeks.After a few minute, our burgers and fries came out and I couldn't have been more delighted. Mu gluten-free bun clad burger was simply perfection. The bun, veggies, patties, and condiments are all exactly what I remember full gluten Burgermaster burgers were like. Maybe a little more up market and artisanal but absolutely delightful and worth every penny and Calorie. The fries were also a cut above but who needs to talk about tasty taters when I am still dreaming of that burger.

We both haven't had a satisfying burger in over a month. Luckily today was 4/20 and we were in the mood so there we went.Funny story. After almost finishing my order...my eyes glanced to the left and I noticed the secure the bag burger...the happy 4/20 burger. Man it was slamming. Thank you.

They give a lot of fries. Which I am not complaining about. The fountain drinks were crisp and really good. The bathroom has a fun look to it. Overall I liked the restaurant. I will return and let people know about it

Located in the midst of lots of things to do in downtown Seattle. Fairly priced with nice portions. Ty Hen: Found on Alaska mileage plan, and decided to indulge my pastry tooth after seeing they had lemon bars. Bars were decent(crust was a bit undercooked; crumbly and bland, not buttery or flaky. Lemon vanilla donut was soft and tasty, just a tad pricey for the size. Were out of a bunch of drinks on the menu, or didn't have them. The girl working wasn't clear. She wasn't unpleasant. She was very polite, just seemed distracted and a little perturbed, like something had occurred earlier and she wanted to get home. Clean establishment, but the decor wasn't welcoming. I may or may not be back.

Everyone thought the food ranged from B+ to A+.The so-so news: All 3 of us ordered espresso drinks. We were told straight up it was a latte or nothing. My husband asked about a double shot straight and the barista said, fine. It was a pretty slow Sunday, we must have waited 10 to 15 minutes for 2 double shot lattes which were meh.Also, it looks like they just opened, which isn't true at all. They had 3 chairs & 3 little tables inside, when they clearly could have had double that inside, and there were 2 tables outside with a few more seats. I'm sure the excuse is well--COVID, but they could do better. But double thumbs up for take away!Dietary restrictions: This is a great find if you know someone with celiac disease. It's so great just to them finally relax and enjoy themselves because there's no gluten!Parking: If you know the area, 15th near the hospital, parking's tight, but we have a disabled parking pass, and there's a spot a block or so away for vehicles with disabled permit holders. Not fantastic, but it's Capitol Hill.
