Eric Yan: I love ordering the large vitality bowl here! The texture of the açaí is perfectly smooth, not melted or icy at all, and the serving was more than enough for two people to share. Usually açaí bowls are expensive and servings are smaller than desired, but the large bowl here was $14 and as big as two normal bowls at other places. Service was fast and the bowl tasted delicious. Nikki Cottam: After my flight to Seattle, my friend who used to live there told me about this restaurant and so we went there together. The proportions are great, especially with the salads, and everything was really good. I especially loved their variety of specialty health drinks. I left feeling well fed and nourished. The customer service was excellent. We were served with genuine kindness and we ended up ordering a few different things, splitting them on different plates, and the employees were happy to serve us without any awkwardness, getting us additional plates, and everything else we wanted. We ended up eating outside in the fresh air because it was a nice day. It tends to draw good customers because of the quality of food and so we were able to make some new friends too. While placing our orders, my bubbly and enthusiastic yet attentive server informed us that the fries were cooked in a separate fryer and the gluten free buns were really worth the price. Easy upsell, since its my cheat day and I've been hankering for a proper burger over a lettuce wrap for weeks.After a few minute, our burgers and fries came out and I couldn't have been more delighted. Mu gluten-free bun clad burger was simply perfection. The bun, veggies, patties, and condiments are all exactly what I remember full gluten Burgermaster burgers were like. Maybe a little more up market and artisanal but absolutely delightful and worth every penny and Calorie. The fries were also a cut above but who needs to talk about tasty taters when I am still dreaming of that burger.

Next Level is a pricey vegan burger shop, so if you are looking for cheaper prices, Next Level may not be right for you.I had the fire cheeseburger and the chocolate shake. I also had the cheese fries. The fire cheeseburger was spicy, but tasted really good and was hot and fresh. The chocolate shake was delicious and I couldn’t even tell it was vegan. My wife had the american cheeseburger and the orange creamsicle shake, and she also enjoyed them both! While the ambiance can be a bit noisy with many people coming and going, I personally enjoy the energetic vibe.We tried the Ghost Pepper Popper Burger and the Fire Chik'n Burger. Despite being labeled as spicy on the menu, they were actually quite mild in reality. However, the French fries were excellent.It's worth noting that the portion sizes are smaller compared to traditional restaurants, but the prices are also lower, which is a plus. I appreciate that everything is vegan, so I can order without hesitation. My wife particularly enjoyed the mint chocolate shake.Would I return? Probably not. The service was surprisingly fast, and the place was kept clean despite the high foot traffic. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I'm not compelled to visit again.I left the place with wanting more food, would rate it a 3.5

Neil Mandelin: Great vegan burgers, fries and shakes. Been here probably a dozen times over several years. Not as good as the real stuff but still very good. Surprisingly good for vegan food to be honest. I dont much care for the atmosphere. Often placked with school kids. Shoved in corner. Loud and busy setting next to checkouts from whole foods. Wait time is probably the longest I have ever encountered at any food establishment. I highly recommend ordering ahead and eating out if you dont like crowds and long waits - never less than 15 minute wait with no one ahead of you. Regardless of the atmosphere, the food is very good even for the price and the fact they are vegan. I will say I usually order for 3 or more people, that I am sure makes it take longer, but I also order the same amount other places and usually doesn't take this long. Anyway, good food.Vegetarian options: All good vegan food.Parking: Lots of spots, often too many people. And spots are kind of narrow.
