Not the cheapest around but you definitely get what you pay for. They paid attention to every detail and it was apparent how much pride they took in their work. I would highly recommend this company if you are in the unfortunate position of needing a house leak or weather damaged repaired.

L Baldwin: Our ceiling sprung a leak during a heavy rain. SFW Construction placed us on their active leak repair list, and they were able to send a crew out much faster than other places I called. SFW Construction employs what I’d call leak detection experts who love to solve a good “leak” mystery. We worked with Chris, who walked us through every step, gave us options for a fix, and then fixed the leak. It was such a relief. The crew was also very tidy.My understanding is the crews work in teams of two and bill at a rate of $125 per hour per person. Plus, material cost + 20%. All and all, an excellent experience.

Instead of just re-sealing they installed new sealant plus flashing around tie off to direct water away. It looks clean and professional. A few short hours and the leak is fixed, and at a far more affordable amount than I had feared. Great work.

The leas was from an exterior wall adjacent to a concrete wall. I wish I could remember the name of the brothers who determined the cause and thoroughly repaired the leak. They did an excellent job, were on time, clean and professional throughout the work. We would definitely contact SFW again for any type of work that requires expert knowledge and repair. The work was not cheap, but worth the peace of mind.

I don't think we have ever received costumer service like this before when something has gone wrong. Usually it's up to us to notice, then make a case for what went wrong, and then hopefully have the company in question do the right thing. Not the typical company.

Meister Werks European & Import: Back in 2011, we had Ballard Sheet Metal cut and bend all of the panels and doors for a powder coating oven we built. Every single panel I had them cut was exactly to my specifications. I did not have one issue. I also had BSM custom fab the door.. It was absolutely perfect as well. I ended up using this oven for 8+ years. After purchasing a commercial batch PC over, I ended up selling this. The quality was so good that I sold it for much more than it cost to build. They were very professional and had my parts cut and bent in a timely manner. I will be using them again in the future as a have another project coming up.

They keep taut lines on expenses and pass that efficiency on to the customer. They had free rein to claim damage to be repaired at incremental expense since I cannot go up and see for myself but added only one plate of plywood at a cost of $80. Sam kept us informed by photos and showed great pride in their work. Clean-up was thorough and even the supply truck driver swept the driveway after moving the dumpster out.

It was installed on a custom home on the Kirkland waterfront where the customer had a need for having 6 of these installed on his home. He wanted a screen topper because of the rooftop deck and did not want to see down into the leader head boxes. What B-D Sheet metal delivered was purely incredible.
