Evergreen Point Floating Bridge: what do users think?

siddanth rai: You get beautiful view of part of Seattle city. There is construction going on, so it could get busy during office hours.

Jordan Carrell: . A wide bike and run/walk path on the north side of the bridge offers a toll free way to travel between Medina and Evergreen Point to Seattle and the University of Washington's sprawling arboretum complex. Considered a modern marvel of human engineering, the bridge actually floats on top of Lake Washington. At over 100 meters deep, this lake is also no duck pond. Enjoy sweeping views west towards the Olympic Mountain Range and Olympic National Park, or look south to enjoy majestic views of Mount Raininer and Mount Rainier National Park. On clear days driving eastbound, look north and you can even sometimes see Mount Baker, located near the North Cascades National Park. With so much nature to take in, it's easy to forget your travel woes, or the fact that the electronic toll just zapped your license plate for several dollars. Call or write your Congressperson, mayor, or State Senator to request an end to SR 520 tolling, or even to request an expansion of the "Free" hours of transit which currently are only during the middle of the night from 1-3am

swati sharma: Beautiful view... expect traffic

Allen Mudersbach: The crew I’m on is working on the west bond side of the freeway.. get view even saw an bald eagle swoop of fish out of the water. It was freaking cool.

M A: Good westward view

Ashutosh N. Mistry: floating span is the longest floating bridge in the world,as well as the world's widest measuring 116 feet

Tecle Gebremicheal: I have been wanting to run the the evergreen point the longest floating bridge and today was the perfect day. Such a beautiful Saturday morning to run the special place.

Yü Wu: , with beautiful, wide open lake view. On a clear day, you'll also be able to see Mt. Rainier on the other side of the bridge. The half mile or so on the west side also features great views of Union Bay including Husky Stadium, Foster Island and wetlands. Always a pleasure to log some miles on this floating bridge

jin yan: The view is beautiful

Seattle Afloat: what do users think?

Christine Kollmorgen: Courtney is a can do person! Trustworthy, professional, efficient, connected and kind. Look no further for your realty needs.

parker ferguson: Thank you Courtney and the Cooper Jacobs Real Estate team! The whole experience was a pleasure...

Cheryl Carlson: Courtney worked with my brother and me for several months regarding the sale of our family houseboat. She understood and sympathized with us regarding the sadness we were experiencing. Throughout the process she handled the transaction thoughtfully and professionally. In the specific demographic of houseboats in Seattle she is extremely knowledgeable.

Michael Samsel: We have worked with Courtney since 2017 on several transactions. She is a great marketer and deal-maker - always able to handle the inevitable sensitive issues and arrive at fair deals for buyer and seller. We are grateful for her considerable knowledge of waterfront and floating home properties and would highly recommend her for any real estate deal. Mike & Mimmi Samsel

Crissy Fuller: in the Seattle real estate market. We have leaned on Courtney & Molly more than once to identify just the right property to meet our needs. They work together seamlessly to carry us to the finish line every time. And, when comes to selling a property for us; we are proud how they represent and our home. They will do what it takes to ensure all are satisfied at the end of the day. Courtney and Molly are just cool women...you'll love working with them! While the market in Seattle is fast and intimidating; Courtney and Molly do the heavy lifting so we are able to stick to doing what we know. I would highly recommend them as either a buying or a selling agent. They are smart, professional and creative. I swear they know everyone in Seattle too, so thats a bonus!!

Stafford Green: Today we bought a floating home via the specialist expertise of Molly and Courtney. I think the best word to describe the experience is awesome. We now have the beautiful, design-centered home that matches our style at an affordable price... surrounded by an amazing community. Our home now floats ...with an amazing sun-deck view of the Seattle skyline. We bought it while living on the East Coast during a pandemic - challenging! But it all worked with their successfully maneuvering us through the process. What I like most about Courtney and Molly is I could truly trust them - and with that trust and their understanding of the "essence" of our quirky needs...we got an amazing property today.

Donna bellew: We are so lucky to work with Courtney and Molly. We both bought and sold a home with them and both were excellent experiences. They are super knowledgeable about the market and the details, especially of the houseboat market. They were very responsive and positive and we felt well supported. We would highly recommend working with them.

Hally E Swift: My family worked with Courtney and Molly to sell our mom's houseboat. They were always professional, responsive and thoughtful, including arranging for and working with a contractor to conduct repairs. Because I seldom sell real estate, they were patient and knowledgeable in responding to my many questions. Overall the process went very smoothly and the property sold for a price that exceeded our expectations. I look forward to the day when I get to work with them again.

Edie Morgan: Always good. Don't go for the atmosphere...go for the food! Burritos, rolled tacos...swig the salsa in between bites of your food!! You will never go wrong with this choice!

nancy Sievert: Working with Molly and Courtney has been a great pleasure. Both are incredibly knowledgeable and diligent. I found their depth of knowledge of floating home real estate and the community to be quite helpful. The Seattle Afloat team is top notch!

Tiana Baker: Molly and Courtney are THE experts in houseboat and floating home sales in Seattle. If you've ever wondered about life on the lake or you're curious about what your home might sell for, these ladies are your go-to gals! Great customer service backed by years of experience in Seattle real estate.
