He then sends his guys out who are on his payroll. They are in and out within a few hours.My floors and stairs never looked so good! They were very diligent and efficient. In addition to taping off all of the room so the sand dust didn't get everywhere, they cleaned up after themselves too!I hardly had any sand/dust clean up to do! They did a superb job and I found had the cheapest price around!I highly recommend!

Everyone involved, the persons on the phone, estimator, and service technicians were polite, professional, and considerate and really made it seem like they valued my business and were willing to do everything to make sure the job was done right. Everyone was beyond helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! They’d be at the top of my list for sure!

There have been no instances of cracking or bumps, attributable to the combined glue and nail installation method. We did notice a minor gap between the floor and the baseboard, prompting us to contact Nicholae. Impressively, he promptly addressed the issue during the same week, showcasing excellent customer service.Very professional team with good price. If you want to get a floor job done, Leviars is where you should go with.

Rhea Wallace: VIP does really excellent work. I’ve been considering resurfacing my garage for months. I emailed John through his website in the evening and he responded that night. Called me first thing in the morning and started my job the next day. He said they would start at 6:30am and at 6:20am they were in my drive way. They resurfaced my garage in one day and applied the hardener the next day. It was complete by noon. They do detail manual work in the corners where the machine cannot go. It looks fantastic, so much better than painted floors. The aggregate shows through with a glossy finish. John was there throughout the process and a pleasure to do business with. Kudos to you John!

Kelly Tran: Excellent customer service experience with Alex Barajas! We visited Best Buy Floors 2 weeks ago looking for the right LVP product for our remodeling project. Alex was one of the most courteous salesmen we've met! He was very quick to understand our requirements and search for suitable matches all over his showroom within 10 minutes. As we left with his LVP samples, Alex also gave us a detailed estimate with price and lead time for each sample. Later when we found out our favorite LVP choices had long lead times and would delay our project, Alex proactively called his manufacturing rep to find out alternatives that can meet our deadline. We later came back to his showroom to check out other LVP brands, though Alex was not around he had already set aside his recommended samples for us on the front desk. He also offered to send his newly arrived floor samples to our kitchen designer's office at a later date so that we didn't have to make too many back-and-forth trips to match products. We're so impressed by Alex's top-notch customer service. Definitely will go back to this place for future projects!
