Julien Hervet: Both of our kids attended FASPS, the first one from PK to 8th grade, the second one is still in 6th grade. FASPS is not just about bilingual education, it is a multicultural environment where the kids learn to think as global citizens. Adele Ropars: I love this school it is really awesome, i came to Seattle from London and I was really well welcomed. The teachers are really cool and fun, I also love that everyone speaks both languages, it was much easier for my best friend who came here from France.

Riley Rock: I went to FASPS from age 2 until 7th grade- and after 7th grade somewhere else, I came right back. That year gave me a chance to see how much academically and socially superior FASPS is to the other schools out there. If I could stay here for high school, I would.
Yoshi Li: I'm a student at FASPS and I love it!!! The teachers here are awesum and the staff and kids here are cool with u no matter ur race! The dances and retreats are really fun! Starting from 4th grade to 8th, students gt to spend a week or 2 traveling to dc, around washington, oregon, costa rica, taiwan and islandwood. I think that FASPS deserves a big two thumbs up! To Jason H. I don't get y u don't think our school is awesome? I think she's friendly. I think it was because it was open house and those things r always stressful. I remember at an open house, I was volunteering and my friends and I were very stressed on what would happen.
Harmony Long: We have been a part of the FASPS community for the last five years. Our oldest is entering the 3rd grade and our middle child is going into his pre-kindergarten this fall. We have been thoroughly impressed with the phenomenal curriculum and the exceptional caliber of the teaching staff. The head of school is engaging and professional. Patricia Blaise-Caves and Anne Derieux – Directors of Admissions and Advancement are both remarkable in their dedication to the students, school and parent community. I highly recommend the school for those families looking for an academically strong, multi-lingual, cultural diverse, conscientious, and technically savvy education.
Juan Vega de Soto: I am a student at this school right now and I find it to be excellent. The teachers there offer something more. They teach you in a way that motivates you and entertains you and is yet teaching you in a way in which you're learning amazingly fast! It's a spectacular school with fantastic kids, all of them studious, some more than others, but none of them are mean, bullys, or vandals. I see just by the level of speech of my my teammates that me and my friend that attend FASPS are at a higher level. I love the school, and it's offered me so much and has still so much to offer me. I truly do love it and I sincerely think that I could not have a better education anywhere else.

olivier Leeman: and are now in kinder and 2nd grades. We love the school and the community. The classes are small so the teachers have a lot of time to spend with each student. Their french is as good as their english. The school is following both french education program and american.

Since FISW is attended by children from a variety of countries it exposes them to all sorts of cultures.FISW is well run. They have been around for 15 years and it operates like a well-oiled machine. The school is accredited by both the French system as well as our State run educational system. Each class takes a few field trips a year. They have many after school extra-curricular activities, such as piano, chess, fencing and after school homework. The teachers are always accessible in the morning and after school to touch base on what the kids are learning and how the class is going in general.My daughters have thrived at FISW. We are lucky to have found the school. I highly recommend it.

Mercy Perez: Our two children have attended FISW since preschool and have both become fluent in French, even mistaken for being native French speakers on our travels to France. In addition to being a fun and caring environment, the French curriculum challenges them to be confident and curious learners. We feel fortunate to have found the French Immersion School of WA when we started looking at preschool options.

Kendall A: Our daughter has had a great experience with the school, the teachers and the community. She is in third grade now and has been attending since preschool. She is fluent in French and does very well academically in both languages. We only speak English at home, so I am able to see that she is reading well about grade level in English and she loves to read for pleasure in both languages. Our experience has been that when our daughter had a difficult time early on, the school worked with us to find the best solution for her and her happiness. Now, a few years later she is flourishing, happy and loves school. We also have very positive experiences with the parent community. They are very involved and there are many opportunities to socialize and get to know families from all over the world.
Jana Riggan: but he is now very interested in spelling, writing, word recognition and numbers. He always enjoyed books, but he became very interested in how things were spelled, how to say things in French vs. English and counting and basic addition/subtraction. I am amazed at all the things he learned!The classrooms are bright and the teachers are very engaged. The whole environment feels like a very caring community. We are thrilled he will be attending kindergarten this year and expect that he will become even more excited about learning.

DeBuen Diente: Nice restaurant one block from the market, the dishes are good and varied, the quality can improve, the drinks are good, the most recommended is the madame sandwich, the waiter's attention was excellent, the service was a little slow since there were quite a few people, the Prices are good for a tourist place, nothing outstanding but a good option for breakfast

Naima: This place is tucked away adorably at the market. I thought, well it's so close to the market it must be a tourist trap? Nope. Guess it's been around too long to be such. Delicious authentic food, coffee, and a bright atmosphere with considerate staff members. One of few memorable meals had in my week in Seattle. My colleague recommended this place. Will be recommending to others! Thanks.
Aneka Zarger: I loved everything about this location. The food was delicious and their offerings have something for everyone. The food came out fairly quickly considering how busy the location was. Our waitress and the sommelier were both helpful in answering questions about pairings or dishes. I highly recommend trying their sipping chocolate as you may overlook it! While the venue is smaller and can get a bit loud due to acoustics, they do a fairly nice job of maximizing the space they have.

Topher Ellis: Very nice building nestled in the middle of a quiet neighbourhood. drove by to visit volunteer park and was shocked how big and lovely this building is and how its hidden amongst the neighbourhood. Worth driving by when in the area to appreciate the architecture.

Mary Meg Cedergreen: I could not have asked for a better all-girls private high school experience. Here at Holy Names Academy I have been academically challenged, as HNA uniquely offers Advanced Placement classes starting your freshman year. The faculty and staff are unbelievable and will provide a great source of support. They are not just here to teach the information in the textbooks, but also lessons that will help you throughout your life. The endless leadership opportunities offered at Holy Names have pushed me to go out of my comfort zone and learn what it means to be a young woman in leadership. I have enjoyed the athletics program very much being on the basketball, lacrosse, and cross-country team. Whether you are into sports or not, being apart of an HNA sports team has been such a great way for me to make upper and lower classman friends, while also helping me improve my time-management skills. If you’re an international student needing to upgrade your English prior to your program, it’s a cheaper and more friendly option. They go above and beyond to see you succeed. I’m really happy my husband is going here. Before he was here, he was in a school that only had one on one classes and they charged so much. Here he has a class with a maximum of 8 students, and he is learning so much better. Deleasha was a great help with getting us started. 10/10 I would recommend this school to anyone looking to improve their English in Seattle and the surrounding area.
