I highly recommend using Local Glass Repairs for any of your needs. They attended to the replacement of a double paned tempered window which had one pane broken when a homeless guy was asked to move from in front of the commercial condo in Ballard. They got out to measure and attend to any needs I had. They kept me current on the progress of the project - measurement, quick return with estimated costs, scheduling, delivery and install. Online payment added to the ease and conclusion of that project. Any business owner dealing with breakins should consider this company to attend to their needs from cleanup through to completion. The initial call was a bad connection but Jeff called me right back, rather blindly since no words were spoken in the initial call other than the obligatory "can you hear me now?" I had photos of the broken window which I emailed to him, he discovered that he had a repairman in the same area, we very quickly determined the logistics, got the quote in mere minutes and the repairman was on site within the hour, done soon after and a nice job. The repairman himself even called me to confirm he was en route, then sent me photos afterward. How cool is that? I run a roofing company and have occasional need for Local Glass Repairs, so will definitely be calling on them again as my first choice.

Catherine West: After a home burglary, I called several glass companies to repair two panes of broken glass. Local Glass was able to come out quickly to assess and they were so kind and professional. They happened to have the right size and type of glass for the back door and replaced it the same day! I really felt like they cared about me and my safety in the house. My 2 year old son came with me to pick up the screens and he was greeted with warmth and chocolates. Lots of smiles in this place and the screens look fantastic. Juju: I wish I could give this company 100 stars!!!I called White Center Glass to order glass not know exactly what I needed, and my contractor was being less than helpful with telling me exactly what to order. Turns out the contractor was going to have me order and charge me to install a whole new window when I actually needed to just replace one glass window with a failed seal.Holly at White Center Glass convinced me to order the glass and do it myself, assuring me that she would teach me how to take the old glass out and install the new one. And she did!! She even gave me the tools to do it and promised to send someone out if I got stuck. Super Empowering and solved my issue without a bad contractor.Remodeling and fixing house things is stressful, but White Center Glass will be my one and only go-to for glass going forward!!! Kevin Lorensen: windows in vinyl frames that had lost the seal. Initially Alex came out and measured them to prepare a quote for glass and install labor. I'm a fairly adept DIY type that doesn't mind working on a scaffold. When I asked the team at WCG if I could do this myself Holly, Alex and Tim were all very encouraging and pointed me down the right path. Everything came out looking fine.I did have one piece of glass WCG's vendor cut to the wrong size. It was obviously not per a sketch the vendor received from Alex and Joan. Joan bull-dogged the vendor and got the glass replaced in just a few days ... a big help that kept my project moving.I will be using WCG the next time a window needs fixed.
