Beadworld: what do users think?

Nell'z G: The best service ever, esp ß@my ol Ge... if not for BEAD WORLD I would never e able to show my talent of the variety of Native Jewelry that I created, shared, opened Indigenous Events, sell, my Earrings, necklaces,etc... which I still do @ my o age. Never a boring day when I shop @ THE BEAD WORLD... The only time I don't have a gd day is when my husband is at my side, watching me buy items , products, beads, tools, equipment, all I use that provides me to make money, hat gives me the opportunities to grow. I LOVE BEAD WORLD FROM DAY ONE...

C. Stein: Huge variety of materials for you to make your own jewelry. From gemstones to Swarovski and everything in between. Even if you want to replicate something you saw on Pinterest, bring the photo in and one of the incredibly friendly and helpful employees will guide you on what you need and how to do it. If you need help with a project, bring it into the store and you can craft it there with some assistance. Most of all, they are the most affordable bead store for the quality of the items you get.As a side note, get here early if you plan on making a trip because their parking lot is small and fills up quickly. And because they are nestled in a residential neighborhood, street parking can be limited.

Maddy: This place is so cool, every time I’ve gone in the staff working has gone out of their way to help me make what I wanted to. Affordable too!

Kelly D: The selection is amazing! Be warned though, the selection is so beautiful and unique, you will find more than you are looking for! The quality is superb and the only thing better than the beads and other items is the customer service. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, truly above and beyond. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for jewelry needs. You can find anything you need at Beadworld!

billie smith: What a fun experience! They have a very impressive selection of beads and tools. Definitely stop in and look around. You can't help but find something you'll love!

babydoll watson: Neat store. Great variety.

Shelby Ryan: huge selection and workers are great!

Vivian K: Large store with a huge supply of beads and jewelry crafting supplies. Prices can rack up fast, but a great resource! I'm so happy I learned about this place.

Jynn Schubert: I can't get over how cute of a store this is! Went there for the first time today and immediately knew I'd need to come back with more time on my hands. Highly recommend! Everyone was really nice, too. A really nice employee helped hand me a bead tray for the loose bead section when I clearly had no idea what I was doing

Shannon Andersen: and not feel pressured to "hurry up and buy". Yesterday, I found a pre wired pendant that I wanted to suprise my daughter with, and they assisted me with constructing it on the spot! They are all friendly and helpful!!

James Allen: Greatest by friendly staff. Big store with lots of beading and crafting material and tools. Very impressed with content.More than beads.

Cassie: Local bead store for glass beads, Toho, Miyuki, Delica, stringing materials, looms, bead matts. Highly recommend coming in for their beading needles, great price and fair to thread! Staff is amazing, great stories, excited to go back!

Nadine Lezard: I'm so glad I found this shop! I arrived late with merely 6 minutes to shop before they closed and staff was very helpful and the selection was amazing like they just about have everything for your little crafty needs and I can't wait to make another visit to this little slice of bread heaven!

Blick Art Materials: what do users think?

Andrew Hoag: A fine store but finding specific things was tedious. Price on web a lot different than in store and the part of Seattle outside isn’t always the friendliest

p ptemn6: Staff is beautiful, but I am cranky sorry...love ya my back was bothering me but they ❤️art here, You have pizzazz! It was the end of the day. Patients of saints. THEY GOT ART and a cool bronze Jimi Hendrix❤️❤️❤️

Brandon Lee: Had a bunch of questions about all the graffiti supplies. Art Primo gal told me to watch YouTube 🤯. Walked over to blick and all my questions were answered.

Richard Williams: Wife said 4 out of 5 stars on today's visit only because they didn't have everything IN-STORE that she was looking for. Online- she can get whatever she wants with Blick. But the service was outstanding. One staff member didn't know where an item was located- so he got another staff member to assist.

The Craft Lab: what do users think?

Becky Skinner: The new location is Awesome!! So many great projects to do and they are being careful with social distancing. They also do kits to take home to keep yourself and your family busy, anything from painting the wood pallet to painting ceramics! I look forward to getting some kits ordered for the family.

Ronda Dillard: It is so fun and kids parties are amazing!!

Charis Oothoudt: Great paint experience, end result is hung up at home!!

Jess Selle: Lots of fun, would love to do it again!

Cassandra Huynh: I immediately thought of The Craft Lab and emailed Sarah. She replied quickly and was happy to help me. She was able to use the same material and fixed the date. She made it look even better than the original! Sarah was so accommodating and helpful. She is so sweet and very good at her job. The signs we have made there are beautiful. I highly recommend this place for any occasion whether it’s private parties, birthdays, or just a work shop. Please give it a try you won’t be disappointed!!!

Erica Droge: They did an amazing job for my niece's birthday party! They had a space for us to set up snacks and cake. She taught the group how to do their signs and made sure everyone's sign turned out great. Not to mention she has cute signs for sale! Great place for kids birthday or just a fun activity with good friends!

Kevin M: Beautiful space and the owner Sarah is so friendly and helpful.

Drygoods Design: what do users think?

Emily Minnette: An amazing shop! The fabric, patterns, and art supplies are one of a kind. The staff is so helpful and warm. A perfect place to buy a present or find something you can’t find anywhere else.

Charlotte Alexander: Wow!!! It is mostly apparel fabrics and an amazing selection.

Rueben Otero: They've got a ton of great fabrics both for apparel and quilting. The apparel could use a bit more variety, but the staff is sweet and helpful and they enjoy my dog in the business. Not a must that i should be able to bring my dog, but it's nice to take a stroll down and pop in.

Brittany Kadansky: Always kind and helpful. I love the curation of goods and the ability to ask silly questions and get answers from a real person!

A F (Pochemu2): Drygoods also carries yarns, notions, indie company patterns and they have classes one can take. The prices are not cheap. And nothing is mediocre quality.Drygoods caters to a creater who is dedicated to a different kind of fashion lifestyle-- conscientious, creative and dedicated.

Catherine Billor (Priester): In store shopping by appointment only. Can also shop their online store.

Stephanie Seufert: I visited Drygoods during my travels before border closures and really enjoyed my time there! They had a lovely variety of contemporary fabrics and cloth perfect for clothing and quilting alike! I also picked up some fantastic sashiko thread for visible mending! Can’t wait to return when my travels resume!

Anna P: Amazing little shop with tons of trinkets and do-dads for crafters! I've taken a few of their classes now and I love it. They're a bit pricey at first glance, but you get a lot of individualized attention and you get to use some of the best sewing machines out there. I love their fabric selection and everyone who works there is so nice! I make the trek to Pioneer Square just for Drygoods Design.

Guy Spainhower: Cute place and I like that they have work shops

Dennis Li: Great place for beginners. Classes are great, instructors are super helpful, and the studio has all of tools for you to work on any project at a really reasonable hourly rate.

Shelly Mills: They were so kind and helpful and nice.

Atari Betamax: I'm not a big crafter so when I'm interested in something it's usually my first exposure. Having helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff goes a long way. I decided push needle might be a fun way to express myself and a friend recommended Drygoods Design. My friend was spot on. I left with the materials I needed and the info to get started. The store was clean and we'll laid out. It was my first time shopping for these supplies so I'm not sure how there prices are compared to other shops. I knew I could find everything online for less but I love to shop local when I can and I want to talk to a human about the craft. I totally recommend this place. They're downtown, for me that was a huge plus.

Kreator Kiki: Lots of good products here. Fabrics and trims high quality, but really pricey. Maybe everythings a bit overpriced, but clean atmosphere and kind people.

Vahishta Vafadari: Great place for sewing classes, as well as materials. The people who work there are very helpful when it comes to getting started or picking a project. The store itself is adorable, and even has cards and things that would make great gifts. Plan to go back there often. Wonderful store for anyone who loves hand crafts or just wants to learn more

Andrea: We took one of the intro sewing classes here and it was super fun and informative! Sewing is actually a lot more technical than I thought it'd be. This place had a fair bit of foot traffic on Saturday when we went. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Maya Jones: Amazing little shop with lots of unique items. They have a nice selection of lovely fabrics and notions. A huge studio on site for the many classes offered as well! Highly recommend!

Lily: Did the 3 hour private lesson for my husband’s birthday and it was a blast! We loved the Netflix show Blown Away and wanted to try it out for ourselves. Our instructor Darrien was super informative and patient, and helped us make 5 custom pieces. He even made us a beautiful wavy bowl at the end! Briar Rose: The environment was very inviting upon entering the store/shop. Staff were kind and open to discussion while I was waiting for my time to start on a two hour private lesson. They explained everything in detail from safety and use of the different tools to how to handle each piece. They did step by step on how long to keep the piece in the furnace and when to bring it out. The shaping of the pieces was done by the instructor, but I was still able to help during some of those points. Such a great experience and I do plan to come back when I can to do another piece.

Love that they let you watch the other artist create pieces as well!

Wyldwood Creative: what do users think?

Alanna Williams: I took a sewing 101 class here and had the best time. I had no experience seeing prior to taking the class, and the instructor was kind and encouraging. I loved leaving with a finished product! This is an inclusive and welcoming space, which I appreciate.

Emily Hendricks: Great experiences shopping in store, online and taking one of the classes. Would highly recommend!

Gina Jadelis: I love following this little shop on Tik Tok and instagram. Not only does Tawnee, the owner, share about small business ownership and makes it very personable for her customers, but she is very professional and responsive. I ordered fabric from her and received it within 3 days. One day I hope that I could visit the store in person, but I will be happy to continue supporting this store online!

C: . Modest collection of quilting and garment fabrics. Also stock paint by # kits and needle felting kits. Nice staff.

Starfevre: Attempted socializing with pizza and puzzles. Probably would have enjoyed myself more without the migraine.

Julia Chiang: Amazing local gem owned by an amazing human! Great workshops, high quality fabrics and kits 3

Cezanne Lane: . The fabric selection and kits are so gorgeous and always inspire me to start yet another project. Love having this place local.

Rachel Tyler: I messaged the store on Instagram about a quilt kit and she sent it in the mail the same day! The quilt kits are easy to do and with good instructions!

They have a fantastic assortment of notions, tools, embroidery floss, craft kits, pins, and stickers. There's something for everyone whether you're experienced at sewing or a novice crafter. I love popping in for a quick pick-me-up or a unique gift.

Melanie Weber: I recently received a Treat Yourself Calendar and was blown away by the variety of fun and useful items from local makers and big companies like Ruby Star Society.

Chris Batten: I purchased Wyldwood Creative's countdown calendar and was thoroughly impressed with the gifts that came! Each day was a new surprise. A nice bonus was that some of the gifts were not sewing related and came from other local, independent retailers. The calendar was a bit expensive, but after seeing the quality of the gifts I would happily purchase it again.

Sarah Como: I'll be back to take more classes!

Amanda B: I first went to Wyldwood to take the “my first quilt” class and I was incredibly impressed by the class and the variety of products in the shop. My quilt is beloved and was a joy to make. Amita Siddiqui: Super cute place to take craft lessons. Lots of fun stuff in the store to just browse too. My daughter and I took a pairing class which we loved. It was short, easy and just the right activity for a rainy Seattle evening. Beats kids staring at a screen. You get to use your hands, be creative, and with no pressure for fixed results. Can’t wait to try their embroidery, resin art and other classes too.

Jake Whitaker: Great store with a fun selection of cards, socks, shirts, crafts and so much more.

Steven Sparkman: Great fun eclectic shop

Danielle Lambert: the best local arts and crafts 🌟

It's the perfect spot for fun gifts, stickers, crafts and a cozy sweatshirt or pair of socks.

Holly Chan: Monster has always been my go-to spot when shopping for unique and delightful gifts for loved ones in my life, and it’s the first place I recommend to others! Love cats? Nerdy stuff? Plants? Space? Quirky humor? There’s something for everyone here, curated from small diverse businesses across the country. It’s also from this shop that I’ve learned of new artists and small businesses, and for that I’ll always be grateful. The staff are always welcoming and friendly as soon as you walk in. Sometimes if you’re looking for something specific they’ll go on the hunt through all the options with you, or sometimes if something sparks joy you’ll end up gushing with them about it for ten minutes. I haven’t had a chance to try out their crafting classes yet, but I’ve been meaning to, especially if it means getting to hang out within the great vibes of this treasure trove of a store.

Sam Keske: Cute, local arts, crafts, and trinkets. They also host workshops like introductory crocheting. Friendly staff can help you find the right oddity to take home. Cool!

Such a talented instructor, very informative and easy to follow. Great classmates... all so inspirational. I can’t wait to use what I have learned.

Laura Hall: I loved the beginner's jewelry making class this past weekend! We finished a copper brooch and silver, jeweled pendant. I really wasn't excited about the brooch but I see now why we did it-- learned a lot and made the pendant much easier. Dana is a hoot and a wonderful, patient teacher. Will absolutely be going back for further classes!
