Chris Fisher: I began having hearing difficulties in my 20's. I have seen many local audiologists and been fitted for digital hearing aids since the mid-1990s. But it wasn't until I discovered Seattle Hearing & Balance Center and Sandra Ellis this year when I finally was fitted for hearing aids that really help in all hearing situations! I learned it really makes a huge difference who tests you and then fits & programs your hearing aids. But then Savana, in their accounting department, advocated with my insurance to cover the entire cost. They go above and beyond in their expertise, commitment and follow through. I am grateful beyond words.
Jon: I went in for an ear wax removal and these guys took care of it with such care that I will always come back here. I couldn't hear out of one ear and would highly recommend this place. The two people that helped me out alot was Satara and Carlie and they both were wonderful gems. I can't appreciate the two more. issa davis: Wonderful care. Dr. Ellis gave me back not only hearing speech, but music. She spent a lengthy period of time with lifestyle evaluation, what I was missing, what was important to me. She followed up, and when I was still not appreciating music, after two years fitted me with different hearing aids, through which I could use the manufacturer's AI in their Cloud and algorithms to fit different environments. I was back in my Founder's Box in Beneroya Hall with delight on my face! She also shaped me in adjusting to the fact that hearing aids amplified local/near sounds and how to adjust my position to perceive the speech of others more clearly. AN OUTSTANDING RESULT!

Robert Gordon: I was new to Seattle and called a couple months ago when my hearing aids needed adjustment. Zach accommodated me on short notice, cleaned the hearing aids and replaced the wax guard, gave me a brief hearing test, and made an adjustment -- all without charge. Of course I'll be back!

We were referred to Northwest Hearing by my sisters Primary Care Dr. I called to make the appointment and was greeted by the kindest most professional receptionist I have talked to in many years.After arriving for the appointment we were greeted by by the same receptionist promptly taken to a room where my sister was treated with kindness and care from the tech. He patiently explained the procedure told us about our options never tried to up sell. He took ear molds and we were on our way. Two weeks later we returned to get the device and were treated with the same level of professionalism and kindness as before.I say all this to say customer service is NOT dead at least not at Northwest Hearing...

I needed an appointment as soon as possible for ear cleaning and they quickly got back to me when they had last minute cancellations.The person who cleaned my ear was patient, thorough and talked me through the whole process. I had a lot of buildup and she was able to get everything out! I would definitely recommend them and plan to go back when I need it again!

In the grand scheme of things, I thought this was excellent customer service and support. This brought so much relief to an otherwise stressful situation. Zeinab Mahdavifar: Exceptional service! We visited the speech clinic with concerns before a trip and were amazed by their dedication. Despite it being after hours, they accommodated us and went above and beyond to ease our worries. Maryam's expertise with toddlers was evident, making the experience smooth and effective. Additionally, Lisa was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend for anyone needing personalized and caring speech therapy.

I made an appointment and they were able to repair my hearing aid. Not only that but the aids were updated and new batteries installed. First class treatment from the staff, front to back.Update: April 2024Needed another hearing test. I hadn't had one in a few years.My hearing is about the same. That is as good as can be.Jaimie performed the testing and, as always, I was treated very well. She even obliged my dumb jokes with a chuckle.I'm still wearing the Oticon hearing aids and they are working well. A diagnostics was performed and all checked out.One more appointment with great service.Thank you once more ESH

Kelly Woods: I had a balance assessment done at Evergreen Speech and Hearing last week. I was not sure what to expect. I have profound healing loss and have been experiencing some vertigo. The person who preformed the test was patient, informative, very pleasant. He made the testing very easy. It’s a long test but he added a sense of humor to the testing. Don’t be afraid to have this test. The results may surprise you!
