Real Rehab Sports + Physical Therapy: what do users think?

Joel P: I was not looking forward to physical therapy when my doctor prescribed it. However, it was a much more enjoyable experience than I had anticipated. Sam was my PT and was really awesome. He is a great communicator, very pleasant and made the process fun. I viewed my weekly appointments as a check-in with the real work being the daily routine of stretches and exercises that Sam set for me. Real Rehab's location is very convenient, right off I5 with plenty of free parking. I would highly recommend them.

Jamie Schoenborn: for a few years related to a complex knee injury and recurrent ACL reconstruction. The clinic is large, open, and comfortable with a diverse patient population; additional private rooms available as well. Staff are full therapists so all work is conducted 1:1. Front desk staff are very friendly, helpful, and always positive. Among the 5 or so providers I have seen here, Izette is my favorite. As a fellow cyclist, skiier and adventuress she understands the requirements of sports I am in and pushes me hard in the clinic and with at home exercises, yet can also sense when I come in struggling emotionally and adjusts our plan accordingly. She's helped me to plan an appropriate return to sport program after nearly three years of knee injury and her treatment has also included a focus on hip/pelvis and foot/ankle due to issues that came up from prolonged and repeated periods on non-weight bearing. Her approach involves both manual work and active exercises that I can do at home to gain strength between our sessions. Her manual work is exceptional and the neuro-muscular reeducation to make sure I am using my muscles correctly, in the proper order and not compensating sets her apart from most other PT's I have seen both here and outside. She is always very encouraging of the progress I have made, and helps me see the ways I have improved which keeps me motivated to do my exercises at home and has kept my morale up during some really challenging injuries. She also has no problems telling me what I can't do our shouldn't do, which is also very important for those of us who are driven perhaps a little more than our bodies can take. I have full faith in her ability to get me to my strongest possible person.

A G: I had a wonderful experience with Whitney as my Physical Therapist! She's very insightful and personable. My back is very grateful, I would recommend her.

Karen Blankenship: As an aging athlete, I’m always expecting each injury to set me back a little bit farther. When my shoulder started acting up I thought for sure I’d have to start limiting my lifting. Danielle Beels has worked wonders. My arm is stronger than ever and I’m hoping to be able to swim again this year! Incredible service with a great attitude.

Kylie Loynd: , followed by a final rehab tag team of Izette and Tony Pletcher after subsequent, complicated hip replacement.Tony also successfully coached daughter’s return to mobility, after 4-months non-weight-bearing post-surgery. Experienced, diagnostic, innovative. Patient, compassionate, encouraging. We consider Real Rehab a trusted part of our family’s health care team. It’s reassuring to know they are at hand for briefer tune-ups as well as longer guidance for life’s unexpected events. We give them our highest recommendation!

Cynthia “Cyndi” Hargrove: Today was my first appointment, and I have never had such a thorough and successful therapy session on day one. The pain was virtually gone all day! Michelle is amazing!

Donna Batch: Thanks to the professional guidance provided by Emily A. both in advance and post knee surgery, I am well on the way to full recovery. Emily is extremely skilled, patient and creative in her approach to PT. She provides the perfect combination of challenge and encouragement. I highly recommend Emily and Real Rehab is a well-run business, staffed with the best physical therapists in town.

Bin Song: First time go to this place, people are all friendly, get hour holistic massage, it's amazing, Sofia knows what she is doing release lots tension on my back after one day hard work. The place is new open, simplify and clean, feel very comfortable.Highly recommend, booked for next week when I left.

Melinda Rowse: ! Front office staff are also friendly and very competent - great with billing my insurance too. Just be sure to be on time...they stay on schedule, and it's your loss!

Thomas Roman: Rehabilitation with Tony P.Knowledgeable and professional. Listens to my concerns. Good customer service.

Rachel LaRoche: Great place. Friendly staff. Professional too!

Fred Rowley: , post-op from extensive foot surgery, and even a bike fit - awesome every time.

Mattie Shaw: I have found the 2 physical therapists who worked with me competent and professional. The exercises and feedback helped me to relieve my knee pain. I appreciate their taking me on time as well. Parking is convenient. The front desk is welcoming. I would recommend this PT clinic.

Niki Athis: Excellent facility. Excellent therapist. I worked with Kerry Mauri for some lower back pain issues. She is professional, thorough, and quite intuitive. She treated me with the utmost respect and care taking the time to understand my goals and abilities. The office is convenient with easy parking. Making appointments was also easy. I highly recommend Real Rehab.

Courtney Olander: I've been working with Emily after having stem cell and PRP done on my knee. Given it's a relatively new procedure, I wanted to make sure I found a PT who had experience rehabbing stem cell patients. Emily is totally up on post procedure protocols. She's an extremely good listener, excellent at trouble-shooting / giving modifications, patient and positive. I'm still not done, but I've already seen progress and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience.

Brian Johnson: Real Rehab is staffed with true professional physical therapists who are 100% focused on your personal situation. I would highly recommend them.

Stride Physio: what do users think?

Rick Munsen: Very knowledgeable about my condition; very thorough exam and treatment recommendations. very caring.

Aidan McCoy: for two weeks and with no end in sight and was pretty worried about my future.Did a lot of research looking into a PT and trusted in these reviews you may see here. I was able to get in to Stride pretty quickly and after one session was moving with less pain and after 3 sessions was back at work. After 5 sessions with Andrew I was not only on the path to recovery but to being stronger than ever.I came back a few months later with an odd pain in my wrist joint affecting my ability to lift/climb/work/wash dishes. Once again Andrew was able to diagnose and give me exercises to get better.I’m very thankful for Stride. I was in a bad place when I limped into their office. There’s a lot of parking there. The app they use to bring the exercises home is really easy to follow.

Claudia Mason: to the uniquely personalized care

Bill Rumpf: I've had a great experience at Stride Physio. My PT there is Ticha Green. She's listened to my goals and developed a good program for my rehab. She's enthusiastic and insightful. The office setting and administrative staff are also pleasant. I definitely recommend them.

Cheryl Allison: Laurie Gribshaw attended to a chronic pain syndrome that intermittently occurs from my right rib cage downward into my right hip, upper leg muscles, inner knee, calf muscles and right ankle. In two sessions, Laurie identified areas of constriction in the viscera of my right lung, and liver. Through her sensitive visceral release techniques of these areas, I experienced relief of tense tissues above the epicenter of pain in hip referring down my leg that encouraged circulation to flow down my right side all the way to my foot. The follow up session revealed both weakness in my gluteals of the right side and need for stretching of the hip. Two exercises that Laurie directed me to use to address these areas have helped me immensely. I have been able to utilize these exercises in my ordinary day to alleviate and release the build up of tightness in my right side and avoid a full return of the pain syndrome. My recovery has allowed me to return to my favorite outdoor activity...skiing with deeper confidence! Laurie is a highly skilled, intuitive, sensitive, thorough practitioner of physical therapy. I highly recommend her!

Marcia Binney: Just finished a series of appointments with Alexis Eusterbrock at Stride Physio. I had seen Alexis several years ago for a different issue. Both times, I was so impressed with Lexi’s knowledge, organization, and communication. She really listens and thoughtfully adapts treatment recommendations to work best with her patient’s style and ability. Lexi is open to questions and explains things succinctly and in a very helpful way. I looked forward to my appointments. The clinic is in a beautiful setting; all the administrative staff are welcoming and great to deal with. And being greeted by the resident Stride dog “team” was always a special highlight! If/when I need physical therapy in the future, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you, Lexi!

Thomas Howes: Everything you could ask for in a clinic.Professional environment, clear communication from great front-end staff, excellent care. Seattle is lucky to have a practice like Stride and practitioners like Ticha!

Tommy McCann: Suz is awesome. She helped me get mobile again after a back injury. Thank you Suz!

Ben Ransford: Attentive therapists and friendly dogs.

Colette Mercier: Our 20 minute session covered a lot of ground very efficiently and gave me some new exercises. Very impressed and grateful.

Kate Schubert: Excellent in every way.

Laurie DeLuca: Working with Bella is always inspiring and helpful. I feel like she sets me on a good path towards healing. I will continue going back to Stride Physio for my health needs because of the expertise, good vibes and efficient staff from all corners.

Vicki McMullin: Andrew has been a great help with my on going battle getting back to 100% following a hip replacement.

Manuela Niazov: I am so thankful to Laurie Gribschaw and the team at Stride Physio.Laurie is phenomenal! I wish I had met her in the early stages of my injury. I had worked with other physical therapists in other clinics as well as other service providers for my TBI and SI joint issues, but I haven't met anyone with her knowledge and level of expertise, her ability to look at things holistically and make connections. I feel very lucky I have met her and would recommend her to everyone I know.

Union Physical Therapy - Seattle: what do users think?

Laura Musikanski: They really are great. After working with Jessica I can see why the ratings are so high!2024: still loving this place. Jessica is great!

Claire Jencks: Union PT is simply the best. They have all the latest equipment, knowledge and energy to get you back to top physical form in no time.

Charlotte Puff: Lindsey understood from the get go what our son needed. She communicated well and helped our son get better as well as worked on a “maintenance” plan for him.

Kevin Thompson: I've been seeing Jon for a shoulder issue and an elbow issue for about 6 weeks. He has been great at listening to what's going on, really trying to understand my goals, and setting up a program that is customized to my exact & unique situation. I'm seeing good progress so far and am hopeful everything will be resolved over time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Union to anyone needing PT services!

Molly Vimini: Union PT was recommended to me by a friend and I’ve been going here for a few months as I’ve been battling a hamstring strain injury. I’ve worked with Jessica and she is wonderful. She listened to what was working and what wasn’t, providing new exercises and tips as I progressed. She was also very good at explaining the science behind the injury and doing so in a way to make it easy to understand. After a while, Jessica referred me to a sports doctor to ensure the injury wasn’t anything more serious. I would highly recommend Jessica and Union PT.

Tina inTucson: . Michelle is amazing and keeps the whole experience really upfront, honest, and genuine. The administrative team is really easy to get ahold of and helps out considerably with trying to get you in from the waitlist if there are no times available.

Joshua Rubenstein: Union PT has provided excellent care, helping me get healthy enough to do the activities I love after years of injuries

James Hiner: Been going here for about 6 months and have seen two different therapists. Both have been amazing! Office staff is friendly and the therapists are very knowledgable in helping you build a holistic plan that helps you get back into active shape. Cat Mooney I would highly recommend to any past runners, working to actively recover or just get back into running shape.

Nick Edney: . I've been impressed with both Jon & Jessica. They have a great app for providing exercises which I find super helpful as I'm terrible at remembering how to do them.I mucked up an appointment booking and unfortunately cancelled an appointment with less than 24hrs notice. I appreciate that Union PT were willing to waive my cancellation fee in exchange for an unbiased review. One small improvement opportunity would be for Union PT to provide email reminders more than 24 business hours prior to an appointment. In this instance, my reminder was sent on a Saturday morning, for a Monday morning appointment. So it was not possible to cancel or reschedule

Ricky Brackett: Union PT has a very nice feel when entering the office with a friendly staff. I have already seen great progress with my low back and hip pain. Lindsey has done an excellent job of diagnosing my discomfort and finding the right treatments and exercises to get me back towards the active lifestyle I am striving for!

Garrett Mohammadioun: Union PT was recommended to me both by a friend and a previous therapist. And I fully agree with their recommendation. I've worked with Josh and Michelle and both have been attentive to questions I have, helpful in explaining the details of my injuries, and most importantly effective in my recovery!

Katie Swanson: , and she has been great. She is often booked solid though, so it pays to schedule ahead if you can. The Union PT operational side is also efficient and professional.

Laura V. Villarreal: I’ve been working with Union PT off and on for years, and highly recommend their practice. PTs are knowledgeable and kind, coordination is simple, and I feel empowered around my progress and care.

Jason Riley: I sought PT for an impinged shoulder, a nagging injury I’ve dealt with for several years. I’ve started seeing results immediately after seeing Jon for a few visits. I’ve been to well over 10 PT clinics over the years for a variety of injuries. This clinic is clean, the staff are friendly, and in general a relaxing environment. I’d strongly encourage anybody with musculoskeletal issues to consider using Union PT for their rehab.

Zoe Z Poyen: Absolutely love my therapist. She rocks!

Andrew Toups: Lindsey is amazing, I've gone to other PTs in the past that have given me generic advice but she actually cares enough to try and find the best exercises that may be beneficial specifically to my injury. The staff here are all around great to interact with.

Tim Billick: Jonathan is absolutely amazing. I’ll spare you the details but I was struggling for over 2-3 years with hip and low back pain. I had seen doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists all to no avail. But after doing exercises prescribed by Jonathan for a few weeks, my pain is at the lowest it’s ever been. Damn-near gone! I’m so relieved that I could cryIf you put in the work, take good notes of your condition and progress, scale intelligently, and listen to their advice, you WILL see results. 10/10 would recommend

Trine Ready: Union PT got me in quickly and I have had a great relationship with my physical therapist. They have listened and adjusted my therapy as my rehabilitation of my neck has continued. I would recommend Union to any of my friends.

Lily Greenfield: I have been working with Jon at this clinic for several months. Because my symptoms are persistent but mild, and other PT's have had trouble diagnosing anything in the past, I am often self-conscious about my symptoms and their validity. Jon asks good questions, takes my concerns seriously, and is willing to suggest different treatments and excercise plans to see what improves my symptoms. He explains the purpose of different exercises clearly. While improvement has been incremental if any, I attribute this to the nature of the health issue, not any lack of expertise or trying. In addition, the front office team is friendly, proactive, and easy to reach.

Avant Physical Therapy: what do users think?

RJ “RJ” Carrier: Laura is the BEST pt i have ever worked with. She’s my top recommendation for any seattle-based dance and movement artist. AND she’s incredibly knowledgeable in all of your pelvic health needs as well! She is SO thorough and SO good at what she does. Highly recommend 10/10.

Liz Fugier: Michelle is absolutely incredible! If you want to know what it feels like to work with a PT expert, go to Michelle. Her knowledge, care and expertise brought healing to an injury I've been struggling with for over a year. Michelle was attentive to my recovery, adapting my program throughout the process. Recommend Avant PT!

Scott Stanton: I have been working with Michelle at Avant Physical Therapy for several weeks to recover from a sports injury and I’m extremely happy with every aspect of the experience. The Avant facility is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Every member of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Billing has been clear, simple and free of surprises. Michelle is amazingly qualified and exceedingly professional. In addition to her five-star PT background she is a competitive athlete. That experience enables her to understand how important sports and an active life are to her patients. Her work focuses on getting me to a better state than I was in before my injury. I could not be in more capable hands. I recommend Avant and Michelle with no reservations.

Yonnie Watkins: After many months of unexplained pain in my hips and back, I was referred to Avant by a sports medicine doctor last fall. Now, I'm pain free and I'm back to doing all the outdoor activities I love.Laura and her team treated me so well. I can't say enough about how professional, knowledgeable and welcoming they are. Everyone is focused on your recovery and I felt super supported. My only regret is that since I've "graduated", I'm no longer returning to Avant and seeing everyone's friendly faces!

Lior H: I worked with Jessica to help treat an injury I sustained to my rotator cuff. She was fantastic, kind, and very knowledgeable about how to best recover. I can't say enough good things about her specifically, as well as Avant. I would recommend Avant PT & Jessica to anybody looking to get quality physical therapy. I would go back to her specifically if I were to experience any future muscular injuries. Thank you Jessica!

Jennifer Guthrie: Avant and Laura Shellooe Soderlind are incredible. I highly recommend this group of talented and caring PTs. Laura deftly guided my daughter through a dance-related ankle injury. Not only is my daughter's ankle much better but she is much wiser about how her whole body plays a role in the care of her joints. The attention to correcting the problem while also setting patients up for long-term success is top notch. Roni, who leads the admin team, is sharp, kind, and quick to respond. All so greatly appreciated!

Bradley Cason: When i came to Avant I was five months in to the protracted recovery of a femur badly broken in a snowboarding accident. I was having difficulty walking and in a lot of pain. I’d spent about six weeks working with another therapist before receiving a recommendation from an athletic trainer friend to check out Avant.I immediately felt a level of care and attention that gave me a much needed boost of hope in a difficult time. Laura performed an initial assessment and paired me up with Ryan Perry, who proved to be a perfect fit.Ryan was able to create a routine for me early on that allowed me to progress my muscle recovery while accommodating my lingering injury pain using BFR training, which I believe significantly sped up my recovery. As the pain reduced, he was very quick to introduce new approaches that had me putting on muscle mass and gaining balance and flexibility that went beyond what I’d had before the injury. I have continued to use many of the exercises he taught me in my regular workout routine.I feel like I came away from my time at Avant not only recovered from my injury, but stronger and more knowledgeable than before I started. I would highly recommend Ryan and Avant.

Eleanor Lewis: I’m back to dancing Ballet which I thought I would never be able to do, can hang my body weight on my shoulders, and am able to take high impact work on many of my joints.I’m currently working with Laura Shellooe and have been for over a year and I cannot sing her praises enough. My body often requires creative thinking and adaptability, and Laura is always coming up with brilliant ways to solve new problems and complications. She is also helping me work with other people like ballet instructors, Pilates instructors, and GYROTONIC®️method instructors to holistically get me to where I want my body to be.Thanks Avant!

Paul Gedeon: I had issues with my right foot hurting me after extended periods of walking or running. I had about 10 sessions with Kate. The sessions were the right amount of challenging and the homework exercises were manageable with my schedule. She gave me a clear roadmap to graduate out of PT and we met our timeline. My foot stopped hurting ever since. I highly recommend Kate.

Ada Zhang: If you need a PT to help you get back into a sport, I would highly recommend you check out Avant!

Polly Johnson: I have seen Ryan on and off through marathon training. He always gets me to the start line healthy, strong and excited. This last go around got me a BQ, he is THE BEST. I recommend him and Avant 10 out of 10 times!

Deborah Schwarz: , to the individual therapists, everyone there makes you feel warmly welcomed. In particular I want to single out Laura. For years I have battled chronic back problems. Every time I have sought remedies, I have ended up further injuring an already weak back. Laura is the first therapist who has really studied my bodies movement dynamics and carefully guided me through an exercise regimen that has actually made my back feel not just better, but stronger. That requires some very thorough knowledge that Laura clearly possesses and uses daily.Don't ask to go to Avant - demand it! You won't be sorry.

Cydney Webster: I recently saw Rick Young and had amazing and quick results for cervical radiculopathy. He knew exactly what to do to help resolve the problem. This is a top notch physical therapy facility and I highly recommend Avant.

Lucy H: Laura B and Ryan are wonderful. Cannot recommend them more -

Jon Ryder: What a fantastic experience with Ryan and the entire staff over at Avant PT. I worked with Ryan over the past 9 months rebuilding back to full strength after ACL reconstruction and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. You can expect top-notch professionalism, expertise, training, and care from this facility. Ryan pushed me as a coach would and was always available to answer questions and go the extra mile. Do yourself a favor and visit Avant PT!

Seattle's Elite Physical Therapy: what do users think?

Suzanne Hammel: A most professional staff. My Physical Therapist was knowledgeable, listened, and made suggestions to increase my exercise ability in order to regain my muscular strength.

Nancy B: were that my knee still hurt and my muscles had turned to jelly. I entered the PT clinic with my walker and brace and my orthopedic doctor’s referral, and met therapist Dr. Corinne Lizzio, who said she would help me. And she changed my life! She looked so young, but was so professional. Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, her ability to assess my situation and create a strategy tailored to my situation and needs, plus her encouragement that I would indeed be walking again and even going up and down stairs again, those things plus her kindness, all worked together. And now I am back to my power walks, which I love. I still need to do my exercises, and I love the video she gave me that keeps me doing them. These therapists are terrific and make a real difference, and I thank them.

Jack McCall: Ive come through twice in the last two years. Both times i worked with Dr. Corinne Lizzio. She was wonderful and super helpful. I send anyone i know who needs pt here!

Ryan Turner: I had a great experience with Stef! She thinks deeply about her patients’ holistic wellbeing and came up with treatment plans for me that addressed underlying areas that contributed to my initial reason for coming in. She kept mixing up the exercises and stretches based on how I was progressing and based on emerging research, which kept my treatment interesting. She helped me take on my nagging ailment, and I feel much better after working with her. I highly recommend seeing Stef for any physical therapy needs!

Forrest Graeber: I worked directly with Sam Ho on two different issues I was having over the course of several years. First was a stiff neck and back from my desk job and the second was after I had been more active into weightlifting and climbing where I had to deal with my muscles and tendons adapting to more intense exercise and frequency. Both times he worked with me to come up with an individualized treatment plan and exercise routine for my goals and current abilities. Our sessions flew by and were sufficiently challenging for me where I was being pushed to get stronger instead of simply going through the motions of the exercises. Sam is very precise with isolating problem muscles and areas of mobility. He proactively addressed these areas meticulously and thoughtfully to meet my recovery and ongoing fitness goals.I can’t recommend Sam enough. If you’re in the market for a skilled PT, I’m sure he can help you with your rehabilitation. Great guy, easy to talk to, and very highly skilled!

Kaite G: Sam is amazing!!!! Finally pain free after 3-4 years of sometimes unbearable sciatic pain that would bring me to tears. Sam encouraged me to get all the images I needed so I actually knew what was wrong with my back. He is amazing to work with and I would recommend him to everyone! Also, the staff at the front desk, especially Stephanie, are so lovely and helpful! 10/10 place to be treated

Vic Vogler: massage. The latter is a rarity, and quickly proved essential to my care. More than all that, Stephanie sees the big, holistic picture in terms of what your body needs. You'll never be in better hands.

Irv Hoch: My experience at Seattle Elite Physical therapy was excellent and really helped me improve from my injury. Would recommend them to anyone that has an injury issue.

The Randalorian: what's really going on with my body; 2

Isabella Moran: Sam was an amazing PT! He was personable, thoughtful and very wise when it came to body mechanics! I’m grateful for his thorough approach to my recovery!

Allison Lewis: Can honestly say that this is the first yoga class I did not hate. Caitlyne made the class accessible and challenging. I really appreciated her guiding methods and her ability to design a class that feels safe but definitely makes you sweat. Looking forward to more classes!

tj Burkhardt: I've been seeing Corrine for a few months now and 2 years of hip and glute pain are gone!!! I was sure I was headed for a hip replacement, but no. Corrine is by far THEE BEST PT I've ever been to, and I've seen quite a few PT's over the years. She's super knowledgeable and explains things in a way that make absolute sense. She works with my goals both short term and long. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and always clean. They even keep an assortment of snacks in the waiting area.I am beyond happy that I found Corrine and Seattle Elite PT.

Timothy Moore: Elite was clean, the appointments were prompt and Sam was great. I can highly recommend.

Haitham Hindi: Ho. Sam helped me recover from an extremely painful shoulder soft-tissue injury, which I was afraid would need surgery. Sam was able to accurately diagnose

Andrew Franklin: HIGHLY recommend!I experienced a severe ankle injury that required over a year to fully recover. Corrine Lizzio did a great job of getting me back to full working order. I felt fully attended to in each session, and learned a lot of new information. The clinic manager, Stephanie Savage, went above and beyond by negotiate with my insurance company. My PT care was covered to the fullest extent because of her hard work.

Dylan Syverson: Sam is an awesome PT. Got my sore shoulder right back into shape. Bonus: dude knows his sports and hip hop

Mariana Paez: I went to Seattle Elite Physical Therapy with lower back pain. Sam helped me find the probable cause and designed a treatment plan which included exercise and therapy. Today I am much better and still benefit from the exercises. I was able to have appointments that fitted my work schedule and Sam and the rest of the staff were great and always helpful.

Christopher N: I have turned to Seattle's Elite Physical Therapy for help twice for completely different issues. The first was after an accident with a catastrophic bone break that left my arm unable to move except in a very small arc after major surgery. After my experience there for the first issue, I went back for help with a more chronic issue - lower back pain that had been chronic for a decade with zero relief from other efforts. In both instances, first with Adam and then with Sam, I received the type of healthcare experience I always hoped for but found to be very rare: personalized partnership with extremely skilled, knowledgeable, results-oriented, and empathetic professionals. Billing, appointment setting, communication, and the portal were all easy and helpful also.Sam gave me the first relief from chronic pain in longer than I care to think. I'll never forget that first moment, temporary from a stretch, when suddenly a pain that had been with me every moment wasn't sapping my mental energy. He discovered what doctors had not: that the issues were actually in my hip and upper back, and not my lower back where the pain was presenting. A delightful & personable guy to work with, he created a regimen and adjusted it each visit until we arrived at the most effective exercises, stretches, resting postures, massages, etc.. Undoing a decade of misused muscles and tendons takes time, and I still do the work and continue to improve. Recently I went on a laborious cross-country trip and arrived home without pain, an event which would have left me in agony a year ago. I am so grateful for the experience and without question they will be the first place I go for any future need.Thank you, Sam.

Carol Chapman: I am so very pleased with my experience with Kaizen Physical Therapy. From the first phone call where Matthew was so nice and accommodating getting me an appointment, then his always friendy helpful attention at the reception desk. To Kevin always scurrying around taking care of things and making the officeenvironment welcoming and attractive. And, my therapist Daniel…I can’t say enough about how helpful he was in guiding me back to recovery after a shoulder fracture. He was always kind and encouraging, and continually pushed me to challenge and stretch myself in my exercises. I must confess that I will miss everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with. And, great thanks to Daniel!

Action Reaction Physical Therapy, Inc.: what do users think?

Katharine Huey: Dzuka got me running distances again within 6 months of deciding to come out of running retirement. After recurring knee injuries several years ago, this is what I would consider a small miracle. Really appreciate his expertise and support in targeting the right areas step by step.

Liz Williams: . I visited with my doctor and she suspected I had a meniscus injury. Very disheartening, and I thought I would never be able to run anymore. Doc gave me a steroid injection to reduce the inflammation and jump start the healing, also prescribed PT. At my first appointment, I shared with Ami that I felt like I wouldn't be able to run anymore, as it seemed the space between my joints was getting thinner -- but she said this wasn't the end and was very encouraging! Over the next few months, I would follow her exercises, and miraculously, my knee started feeling stronger as did the rest of my body. After about 5 sessions, I realized maybe there is a light at the end of the tunnel. After my last and 6th session, I feel so confident I'll be running again by the end of this year. Incredible. I feel like I have my life back. Thank you to the team at Action Reaction for showing me it's never too late!

Mari Beth Wilson: Darshana Naik is simply the best! She is extremely knowledgeable about womans health and I have learned many valuable things from her.I have seen her both in the office and through telemedicine appointments.I have been very pleased with the virtual appointments and feel that they are just as beneficial as seeing her in person.

Katy C: Darshana Naik is an amazing PT even via telemedicine. She was able to hone in on my issues in no time. Her thoughtful listening and clever analysis through targeted movement led to a quick identification of the issues despite being remote! We’ve been successfully resolving the issues remotely and reducing the pain. I recommend Darshana Naik and encourage using the electronic flexibilities available to start or continue your PT journey.

Bailey Rahn: For several weeks, I worked with Veronika Maass to resolve tendinitis pain in my arm. I'm amazed to be typing this review right now completely pain-free. I came into my first appointment stressed, emotional, and deflated, and I left just weeks later feeling hopeful and strong.I was impressed with Veronika's deep knowledge of how each piece of the body supports one another, and while most people would be puzzled by the fact that I was, for example, exercising my quads or neck for an arm injury, the intent to me was clear—and so were the results. I'm now aware of how I sit, stand, walk, and move—physical awareness that I'd swept under the rug completely until now. After our sessions concluded, Veronika sent me off with a long list of tools and exercises that will continue to support my long-term health, not only in my arm, but throughout my entire body. There's nothing scarier than losing the use of your right hand when you write for a living and grad school starts in a week, but the future is looking a lot less terrifying now.

Adrienne Grau-Cooper: I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Action Reaction PT and specifically with my therapist, Veronika Maas. I had some long standing issues with arm and leg numbness and new onset dizziness. Veronika systematically and diligently worked with me to determine the causes and help find solutions. I am feeling great and owe it to her!!

mandy lindgren: Veronika Maass helped me with foot pain I had been plagued with for years. Right away she could see that by tweaking my posture and where I was carrying my weight on my feet was contributing to uneven weight distribution. Over several visits she helped me relearn how to have better posture and it has changed my life ever since. I think this woman is an absolute genius and I recommend her to anyone. I can’t thank her enough for ridding me of foot pain!!!

Ron Wrede: I came to Action Reaction Physical Therapy due to an Achilles tendon wound from surgery that would not heal. My main therapist was Veronika Maass and she helped restore my range of motion and stability and balance through her professional help. After seeing several different PTs I came to appreciate the whole body approach that she provided. I also received pt for a rotator cuff surgery. This pt also went well as she addressed the issues I needed addressed . Professional and chill.

Kandi Burke: Two hip replacements this year of 2019 were the reason I met Veronika Maas. She never wilted in the face of any challenge I brought her. I am so grateful for her talents and all the help she gave me.

Cindy Heidelberg: Darshana Naik at Action Reaction is incredible. I had terrible SI joint/SPD issues during both of my pregnancies and Darshana worked miracles in relieving the pain and giving me exercises and strategies to keeping me moving and functioning. If you are having any sort of pre or post-partum pelvic floor or other issues, I highly recommend Darshana!

Amy Rainey: I highly recommend seeing Darshana Naik at Action Reaction Physical Therapy. She combines expert knowledge about women's health, particularly postpartum issues, with excellent care and compassion. Darshana excels at breaking down complicated health issues to make them easy to understand and at helping me find a PT routine that fits with my busy lifestyle as a working parent. Darshana is the best!

Sue Doty: Veronika Maass, Certified Physical Therapist; was an integral member of our Archery coaching staff this year, 2019, at Thornton Creek Elementary School. She designed a progressive strength and fine motor conditioning component to our sport specific regimen which increased in rigor throughout the season. There were 38 fourth and fifth grade archers both boys and girls. The results over an 8 week schedule were that no student archer incurred any overuse injuries all the while developing strength and continuously exhibiting proper posture and improving their Archery acumen. The teams were competitive at the State level and 4 Archers qualified at the National Level, with one archer earning a 5th place finish at Nationals, the highest award of any Washingtonian to participate in the National Archery in the Schools ever. I would highly recommend her for designing and tailoring a program for individuals or teams to reach their maximum potential whether participating at a recreational level or highly competitive level.Thank you,Sue DotyThornton Creek Archery Coach

Trisha Matthieu: I recently completed a few months of physical training for an ankle injury with Darshana Naik at Action Reaction and had a wonderful experience. Darshana took the time to really understand what was going on and why, always explained what she was doing and gave me opportunities to ask questions, gave me useful exercises to do at home, and really helped me regain the full use of my ankle. On top of that, she's just a really lovely and caring human being. I also received very prompt scheduling service and always a friendly smile from Taylor at the front desk. I first went to Action Reaction at the recommendation of my husband who saw Dzuka Lin for an achilles tendon tear, and also received great treatment. I can't recommend the folks there enough!

Aharona Strahilevitz: Veronika Mass is an exceptional skillful physiotherapist. She helped me overcome painful shoulder injury as well as balance issue and low back pain. She have worked with me each time for the full hour with empathy and excellent professional skills. I highly recommend her.

Gabriel Pratt: I'll be coming up.

Alexis Jonson: Darshana Naik is the BEST. I have gone to Action Reaction for 3 separate injuries/issues - an overuse injury in my shoulder, hip/pelvic pain during pregnancy and pelvic floor injury postpartum and I cannot speak more highly about her work. I have referred countless friends to her who have been very pleased. She is highly knowledgeable, especially in pelvic health, she's intuitive about what's going on and anticipates further issues and she is just wonderful to work with, warm, funny and direct. I have successfully healed each injury with her expert care plans and I would not hesitate to go back to her for all future issues.

MTI Physical Therapy - First Hill: what do users think?

Julia Chen: Really professional, my PT made me felt all better, she is awesome.

Peter Carter: Great experience!

La Dama: Am new to MTI Physical Therapy @ their First Hill location but am absolutely loving it there. Love the spacious facility and the personable staff. My Physical Therapist, Greg, is great!! He is so knowledgeable, encouraging, and sincere about wanting to help you improve. He clearly is in the right profession. You can see that he loves what he does and has an excellent bedside manner.

Leslie Marble: Having a Frozen Shoulder for the second time in 20 plus years, I began a search for the wonderful PHD Physical Therapist who first treated me for this all those years ago; Stuart Eivers, at MTI.Now working with him again on this often painful and frustrating issue, I am progressing forward with his very intelligent and intuitive guidance. It is not an overnight fix, but I very much trust Stuart’s efforts towards my recovery.I feel extremely appreciative of the opportunity to work with him again, and to benefit from his many years of study and experience. To conclude, when you’re in pain, kindness from a facilitator/practitioner is vital, and Stuart is that in droves!!

Timothy Martin: From the time you walk in there the receptionist desk there’s a gentleman there in there. He knows you by name and he will call you by name when you come back each time you come back the guy had that I work with his name Kyle he is wonderful. I can’t give him enough praise The whole establishment of them trying to help people they are really trying to help people. They’re not just trying to take your money. They are really into working with people and trying to help them become better seen working with a patient. Never know he was the owner, unless Kyle pointed it out to me , he has a really really nice business there and he’s very humble. I can’t say enough about that place and this is my second time going back there. I went there some years ago many years ago I’ve had my surgery and I will be going back to him next month And I cannot wait

Joetta Stadel: I've seen Jo a couple of times now and she has been great! I'm having hip replacement surgery and she has a lot of experience with people who have had that type of surgery. She has given me a couple of before surgery exercises that help to reduce my pain.

Lauri Jordana: MTI on 12th is my go-to! My most recent set of visits was with Anna Fitzgerald, who I've seen in the past, as well, and is a total pro. Expertise, efficiency, heart. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Will always choose MTI.

Jem: Such a great place for PT. Both years, 2 different therapists, both were very knowledgeable and improved things others could not over years of therapy. Highly recommend MTI First Hill. Easy pkng too.

Riqui Castellanoz: Jo was my physical therapist and has been wonderful! Very attentive and engaging in my personal care and goals means a lot to me. I wish my work schedule no longer conflicts with hours of operation at this place. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful.

Scott Miller: As a sports enthusiast and Pilates instructor, I find MTI to be one of the best and most professional physical therapy organizations I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I had a massive rotator cuff tear and my therapist Ryker is a gem. He has taken me very far in my recovery, and I am very very grateful. Also there is a very professional atmosphere.

Robert Wade: This has been a great experience all around. From my pre surgery "here's what to expect" assessment to being now 4 weeks post knee replacement, everything has been clear, comforting and professional. Ryker has pushed me, but stayed aware of my own limits as well as made sure I understood what progress looked like. He's listened to me complain, and stayed supportive, but never let me off the hook, which is exactly what I need in a recovery plan and therapist. Michael at the front desk is always kind and friendly, and makes sure I understand billing and scheduling, with no confusion. I highly recommend MTI as the place to go for supportive and thorough treatment.

Rick Harlan: Hesitating to rave about Anna Fitzgerald PT, for fear it will be harder to get appointments with her, but hey. Personable, experienced, and super-knowledgable.

Scott Hogan: Great personal attention to my physical limitations and needs to get back to my best self.

Marcus Toral: Awesome staff and therapists. Highly recommend!

Mitchell Serebrenik: Good first session — extremely busy environment but they have a highly attentive and supportive front desk staff to manage the comings and going’s.

Carol Bogner: Jim Rivard is the best. This is a great organization. They know how to pinpoint what I need and then follow through.MTI is the best. Thanks for helping me achieve my goals!Carrie

Rehab United Seattle Physical Therapy: what do users think?

Nick Lange: Fantastic rehab center! My therapists were extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly. Always a great atmosphere. I also really appreciated their flexibility to help me tackle my varied issues beyond the problem that brought me in the door. I’d suggest them to my friends and family without hesitation. Lastly, as someone with a compromised immune system I really appreciated their continued focus on sterilization of equipment and keeping it a healthy environment. Thanks again all!

Ann Hove: I very much appreciated being able to work with Chris C., Cheyenne, and Sierra at Rehab United for my ACL repair and bike fitting. Chris was my primary PT there, and he did a fantastic job, listened to my feedback, and spent a lot of time crafting an appropriate care/exercise plan for me. I would 100% recommend working with him not only for the kinds of issues I had but for any rehab needs, based on his thorough knowledge, effective approach, and excellent bedside manner.

Rebecca Habtour: To give you an idea of what you will get at Rehab United that I've found is not the norm other places:1

Devansh Gandhi: I worked with Cheyenne for a little over 3 months after a skiing injury where I tore my MCL and she helped me get back to normal with a very comprehensive plan. Everybody that works here is extremely nice but especially Cheyenne! She is a great PT who is very personably and friendly and made every session seem so fun. I hope I don’t have to go back, but if I ever need to, I will be seeing Cheyenne. I would not have been able to make this recovery without her.

Emily Louden: Cheyenne is the best PT! She has already helped me recover so much from an injury I was worried would take me out of commission.

Cole Selby: I've seen both Kelly and Chris from Rehab United. They are incredibly knowledgeable and very personable and friendly with each patient. The rest of the staff is extremely friendly too, you can tell everyone loves what they do. I felt Rehab United truly goes above and beyond to ensure you get the care you need. I would recommend Rehab United to ANYONE needing PT work done.

Theodore Cao: Working with Cheyenne and everyone at the clinic was amazing. They were extremely knowledgeable and kind. Cheyenne was also very articulate and thorough if I had any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend everyone check them out.

Anna Galperin: Caitlin was absolutely great. Highly professional and pure pleasure to work with.

Nk O: Kelly was the foot “whisperer”! I have seen a number of physical therapists before and never had such obvious improvement. The plantar fasciitis pain I had been dealing with for 3 months was resolved in a couple of months and I was pain free. The exercises I did for my foot also lead to improved balance, and hip strength. My back has never felt better! The communication is good and the front desk staff if great! I just walked 10 miles and am back playing pickleball!

Couch Slouch: These guys are the BEST!!!The new building is super nice too.

Jeff Blakeley: Kelly and the whole Rehab United team has been a complete pleasure to work with, from the front office crew to the entire team of therapists. They do a great job of putting a well rounded program together to get back at it as soon as possible and in good fashion.

Ryan Carroll: The team at United Rehab is amazing!I could not recommend then enough for any PT needs. They did an amazing job helping me sort my back and hip pain.

Alder Burgess: A great environment with knowledgeable and caring providers! The front office staff is also warm and friendly, making scheduling and dealing with insurance a breeze. If I never need PT again, Rehab United is where I will go!

Emily Lord: I worked with Cheyenne for about 6 months and it was a wonderful experience. She met me where I was at and was free of judgement. She helped me understand why I was doing certain exercises and the science behind it. I'd highly recommend her to everyone.

Justin Macias: Truly has been a lifechanging experience getting rehabilitation therapy here, all the Physical Therapists are extremely knowledgeable on a wide range of methodologies. Also equally friendly and personable, interacting with them takes away any negative perception of feeling down about the injury that you are there to facilitate growth in. I really look forward to stepping into their energetic and lively atmosphere every week.

Luis Benito: Great folks. Empathetic, professional, friendly and they actually listen to you and work with to find what works or figure out why it’s not working. I highly recommend.

Melissa Holden: I’ve seen mostly Kelly, but really every PT at RU over the last year and a half. Everyone is awesome. Front desk staff is great too!!!

Peter: As an avid skier and mountain biker i'm not easy on my body. Kelly has taught me how to take care of my body and understand what has caused my knee, back, neck and other issues i've had in the 6 months i've been going to him. I didn't believe in PT before this but Kelly has made my daily life so much more comfortable. Would recommend RH to anyone I know!Updated for 2023 - I’m a return patient again post knee surgery. Kelly and team are great. With the new expansion and new location it’s made appointments easier to schedule and the team is great at scheduling even with those of us who can be a bit difficult!

Mark Paluta: I’ve been in for a few injuries and tune-ups over the past 5 years, and these folks always help me make progress on my body’s strength and movement, and help reduce pain and discomfort in my day-to-day routines.

Butheau Physiotherapy: what do users think?

Kirk King: Pierre is a compassionate and talented healthcare provider. He really listens to what is going on and asks the right questions and does a thorough evaluation to come to the proper treatment for you.As a healthcare provider myself, I am focused on the best care and I’m very glad to work with Pierre in returning to health and keeping everything working well so I can function for many years in both work and personal life. Thanks, Pierre for all your great skill and attention

Ellric Smith: I was having pain in both of my wrists, and they were able to diagnose the issue fairly well with just a free call, and gave me some stretches that removed most of the pain almost immediately. The in person follow up was the right mix of straight to business and friendliness, managing to be pleasant while wasting no time in diagnosing the issue. After a thorough check up, more complex stretches were given that have been slow yet steady in removing all pain.

Tim Wehage: I had been dealing with chronic low back pain for the better part of a decade after a boneheaded lifting injury in college which likely resulted in a disc herniation. I was constantly throwing my back out to the point where even sleeping wasn't safe. I had seen a few physical therapists in the past over this issue, but they were large corporate PT offices that never seemed to target the root of the problem and instead tasked me with the same stretching techniques I found online after a quick Google search. This is where Pierre comes in. I moved to White Center a little over a year ago and saw his name pop up in a search after I had once again thrown my back out and was bedridden for a week. His approach was immediately different than anything I tried in the past and explained his process for recovery every step of the way. He focused on exercises that strengthen muscles rather than stretching them, which in hindsight makes way more sense. He is extremely cautious, caring, and personable. I looked forward to every single visit because I knew I was going to learn something new about my body that I could work on improving. He made me realize that with this type of injury, it takes work and dedication to heal and that it is my responsibility to keep up with the exercises outside of his office if I wanted to see results. It was crazy to learn how much of my pain seemingly unrelated to my low-back was in fact related to my low-back. I would go down rabbit holes online, reading about other folks with disc injuries and how they had simply given up hope because 'nothing worked.' Pierre would help me snap out of that thinking and redirect my focus to realizing this is a journey, and with each setback comes a learning experience.I don't keep on top of my exercises as much as I used to, but I haven't had chronic/recurring back pain for over 6 months for the first time since my initial injury over a decade ago. I spent many years feeling depressed about my injury, and I owe it all to Pierre for allowing me to take my life back. Go see Pierre if you want yours back, too.

Crystal Solorio: This Dr is so knowledgeable and caring. His videos have been a tremendous help with my Bells Palsy recovery. I'm very thankful to him! Keep up the great work!

Paul Pfenning: My experience with Pierre at Butheau Physiotherapy was nothing short of exceptional. After a severe ankle sprain, Pierre’s expertise and attentive care were instrumental in my swift recovery. He stands out for his ability to listen and customize treatments, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of physiotherapy and patient needs.Pierre’s approach is both innovative and effective, focusing on not just healing but also strengthening, ensuring a comprehensive recovery. His dedication to patient well-being is evident, making each session a positive and reassuring experience.I highly recommend Pierre to anyone in need of top-notch physiotherapy services. His professionalism and commitment to recovery are unparalleled.

Lynne Marlow: I absolutely love working with Pierre. He has helped me recover so much with my Bells Palsy. He is very thorough and does a great job. I highly recommend him.

He Qian Wang: Pierre is very knowledgeable and helped resolve many of my chronic joint pain from sports. Pierre was awesome at diagnosing the problem and also hashing out a long term improvement plan. Definitely recommend!

J. Brandon Callister: Very knowledgeable, Pierre is the most qualified facial physio therapist you will find. His online content is abundant, in-depth, and very informative. After seeing multiple professionals following an occurrence of Bell's Palsy, Pierre was a stand out. Highly recommend.

Gisele Lima: Pierre was amazing! On the first week I got Bell’s palsy, I scheduled an online appointment with him. He gave me few exercises and orientation that made my recovery time in 2 weeks. Many Thanks Pierre for all your help and support during the treatment.

Antonio Bruno: fantastic experience . been struggling with facial nerve damage for 2 years . in just doing a few of his facial excercise routines ive already noticed drastically positive changes and will continue to improve

Lisa Alishio: I work in health care, but I have avoided physical therapy for years, as it can be hard to find a truly skilled therapist. I found Butheau PT in my Search. Wow! Pierre has a tidy and well appointed home clinic. During the evaluation he really made me feel that he wanted to see the big picture. He was curious with information gathering. It was obvious he was using his scientist/observer skills to piece together how the different movements and muscle use was causing me pain. I had described being historically bad with the exercise plan, and he encouraged in a way that was never patronizing, while empowering me to succeed. He uses a great emailed visual tool for exercise recall. What I really appreciate is his great manual skills at helping with hands on manipulation/massage. This isnt like a large clinic where you get send to use the exercise bike to burn through your minutes. I am telling all my OT/PT therapist friends, as Pierre is the type of therapist other therapists would be very happy to discover.

Ben Fleishman: Pierre did a great job working with me on my TMJ issues! He was really knowledgeable and a good communicator and I would highly recommend.

Alan Andrist: Very knowledgeable and a specialist. Very effective.

Alexander Feliz silie: All the work we’ve done had paid off! I’m feeling 100% now after only my 7th visit. Thank you!

Lauren Interdonato: I have been dealing with knee condition for several years and seen already two physical therapist that we’re unable to help me. I am very encouraged after seeing that my knee is already responding pretty well to Pierre’s treatment. I was skeptical initially, but I was really impressed with his readiness to work with me and also with the amount of time he spent with me explaining what make my knee hurt and what could help it.I am only three treatments in and I am already seen changes.

Steve Chen: I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy and Pierre's knowledge of all things related to facial paralysis and recovery was top notch. He clearly explains the science and takes the time to answer any questions. If you have any need for physical therapy or are recovering from any form of facial paralysis, I highly recommend giving him a call.

Alejandro Ramirez: How do you begin to give thanks to somebody on YouTube that you never met ? But help me through my Bell’s palsy one the scariest time of my life I was able to recover I’m about 90% recovered and on my way to my best life again it wouldn’t of happened without his power knowledge kind words and support I don’t know what I would’ve done if you’re dealing with Bell’s palsy this is where you wanna go to educate yourself. I’m thankful to have come across you 🙏 with complete admiration. Thank you again.

Jen Caro: I am forever grateful to have found this extremely knowledgeable, gifted , experienced physical therapist. PIERRE-YVES knows how to treat facial paralysis!! He helped cure my face back to 100% in less than 1 month!! His exercises he provides are the tools to success!! Highly!! Highly recommend this talented provider! He can help you!! Thank you so very much for saving my face!!

Arrow Physical Therapy Seattle: what do users think?

Mary: I started seeing Carli at Arrow PT for a pulled back muscle that just wasn't resolving. She truly listened and combined that with her expertise to hone in on the issue and determine the best way to proceed. Through a treatment plan that evolved as I progressed my back not only feels100% better, but I am also stronger than before we started. Carli's expertise and positive motivation resolved a painful issue that others couldn't. Thank you, thank you!

Joseph Giampietro: I have worked with Kerry Mauri on multiple Physical Therapy needs over the last 10 years. She is a great therapist because of her depth of knowledge, commitment to her clients and an enthusiastic attitude to encourage me to keep moving forward.I look forward to her help in the future as I attempt to age with grace!Joe Giampietro

Zachary Shalla: , knee pain

joe windemuth: I went to See Kerry at Arrow PT for a hip impingement issue I sustained playing capture the flag with my kids scout troop. The combination of Physical Therapy with Kerry and a Cortisone shot from my Doctor has delivered a pain free hip. Kerry's knowledge of the way the body's muscles work together and how to isolate the problem areas to strength them is fantastic. She is an expert in her field and I will be coming back to see her if/when I injure myself again!

Alexander Nessel: Corley is an outstanding physical therapist that is absolutely worth seeing!!! When I was having trouble making improvements with recovery from hip surgery, Corley identified some key ways to help me make breakthrough improvements, helped get me back to running, and helped me make massive improvements getting back to lifting weights and sports. She’s very patient, does a great job explaining what to do and why, and is most importantly focused on getting results!

Julia Rolla: I found Arrow PT when I was experiencing hip pain that was inhibiting me from running. I tried another PT place, but wanted a more aggressive approach and that’s exactly what I found with Kerry. Kerry has been my PT all summer and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She gave me workouts, hands on manual massage therapy, and a “return to run” program that altogether has guided me back over 3 months to finally being able to run again - my happy place.I also had a separate session with Carly related to my hip pain as well as back pain I was experiencing. She was phenomenal and gave me hands on work outs to help me back strength as well. Both of these ladies fully hear my concerns and take into account the other active hobbies I do, in case they need modification as well. I HIGHLY recommend Kerry and Carly if you are looking for an aggressive physical therapist who takes in the whole picture!

Will Niccolls: Carli is really good. She is obviously an athlete herself and has a great understanding of treating patients. I had some left knee pain and Carli was fantastic helping diagnose, treat and give me a plan for strengthening the quadriceps to help the knee pain.

Liz Walker: I’ve been seeing Carli for a head injury and she has been incredible! She’s super knowledgeable and helpful even with a few setbacks I’ve had along the way. I always leave our sessions feeling like I’ve learned something new with easy tools I can implement on my own to further my healing. I would highly recommend her for any physical therapy needs! 10/10

Glenn Malecki: Have had an excellent experience working with Carli. Carli has worked with me to create a plan to meet my functional goals but also to create a plan that I will be consistent with. She’s made her self available via FaceTime countless times to answer any questions about exercises. Would recommend Carli to anyone that may have injuries or athletes looking to meet some goals.

Jacob Klitzke: Kerry at Arrow Physical Therapy is a genius. She has helped me solve a number of problems when other physical therapists in the area couldn't. She has a knack for asking the right questions to fully understand what might be causing a problem, and provides excellent explanations and reasoning for every plan of care. Most importantly, Kerry is a great listener. I never feel as though I wasn't heard or my ideas weren't taken seriously. I will continue to visit Kerry at Arrow anytime I need physical therapy.

Susan Anderson: Finding Kerry Mauri as my PT was and continues to be life altering. I have a congenital hip issue that has caused pain for most of my life. As I aged into senior status, I became increasingly unable to function as I wished. A friend, also a senior, credits her own full recovery from a bad back injury and continuing relief from age-related osteoarthritis to Kerry, and recommended her without reservation. On my first visit, in fall of 2021, Kerry evaluated my posture and gait, noted the problems, asked questions about pain then began her treatment. As well as working on my body, she also customizes home exercise routines and keeps me motivated to improve. Kerry's exceptional expertise, accurate assessment, guidance and follow-up continue to help me as a client on a monthly basis. Kerry is a woman of many talents not the least of which is compassionate application of her PT brilliance. Anyone facing the physical challenges of aging would benefit from working with her. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Kerry Mauri is giving me back my life.

Nick Bennett: Carli was great! Really honed into the main issue and used many tactics to address not only the issue at hand but surrounding issues that lead to the limited movement in my shoulder. I highly recommend seeking out treatment with Arrow Physical Therapy.

Brian Neville: This place is great. Everyone is so competent, pleasant to be around, and overall jsut good people. The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because my old body just won't completely heal!

Landon Miller: Kerry Mauri helped me return to running from a femoral acetabular impingement, that a orthopedic surgeon diagnosed me with and told me I would never be able to train seriously again. After working with her I am back to full time training in running and her work has allowed me not only to return to what I used to be able to do, but I feel like a stronger more efficient runner as a result of her PT!

Cindy Guan: . Kerry’s hands-on approach and tips for at-home care were very helpful. I’ve seen drastic improvements since.

Kristin Likus: Carli has been a wonderful physical therapist for my 12 year old daughter! From the start, she has communicated clearly and very directly to my young athlete. She has empowered my daughter with information on how best to heal from her injury, and how to safely move forward, in the strongest way possible, as she returns to her sport. My daughter and I have both enjoyed Carli's enthusiastic spirit, and look forward to weekly therapy sessions. Without hesitation, I give Carli 5 stars!

Monica Fliflet: Kerry is the best. I started working with her following ACL reconstruction after a tennis injury. When I started at Arrow Physical Therapy, I was really lacking confidence in my knee and my ability to play tennis again. I did not know how to get to the next step in my rehab process. Kerry created a comprehensive and detailed rehab plan for helping me return to tennis. After working with her and following this plan for several months, I could tell a huge difference in my strength, balance, speed, and overall confidence in my knee.Kerry is a phenomenal physical therapist. She is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful about how she approaches treatment, and just wonderful to work with. Not only did Kerry provide me with the tools to help with my rehab, but she was extremely encouraging and positive about my progress which helped me tremendously. With Kerry's guidance and encouragement, I am now back to playing tennis and feeling stronger than ever. I cannot recommend Arrow Physical Therapy enough!

Lydia Hayek: Carli Kavanagh is an outstanding PT . I was very concerned about an increasing back pain and worried it may be something sinister. She listened carefully to my worries, did an extremely thorough assessment and explained in detail what she suspected my problem was and how to address them . My pain was gone in 2 weeks. She resolved my sciatica also with her dry needling technique. She is friendly and approachable. I enjoyed my sessions with her

Kirsten Wolff: I have been with Kerry for the last two years as we worked through my diagnosis of osteoarthritis, the subsequent anatomic replacement surgery of my shoulder and the many months of physical therapy which followed. I cannot speak highly enough of Kerry’s expertise, insight and empathy. I am truly appreciative of her care.

Bettina Jones: Starting physical therapy at this location was a crucial step in my post-operative ankle recovery journey, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My therapist, Zackary, was exceptional. We worked together diligently for two months until his relocation due to a move. Despite his departure, I highly recommend this location for their dedication to their clients' full recovery. Zackary's expertise and support will be greatly missed, and I wish him all the best in his future endeavors, both personally and professionally.Note: scheduling could be a challenge so schedule ASAP and for as long as possible. Otherwise, it can be frustrating.

He is a keen observer of human motion and movement and was able to assist me in countering a painful arthritis condition in my hip. The front staff are gracious and competent. A big plus: their cleanliness practices gave me confidence that I would not be coming down with the latest viral infection!! In summary, my therapy sessions at IRG exceeded expectations.

Judith Blinder: Knowledgeable physical therapist who knows exactly which exercises will help me regain mobility and strength in my left shoulder and arm while I recover from surgery. Excellent customer service and a clean, well-maintained office.

Rick Veit: Great staff and excellent results at taking care of a nagging problem I had.

Beverly Flegel: I’ve had two different rounds of PT with this group and they’ve always been professional yet fun and thorough and I’ve come out feeling so much better every time.

Victoria Liu: and Emmy

TJ White: I would highly recommend getting PT at IRG – GREENWOOD. The team seems very solid and motivated to help clients get well. The team works cohesively and has provided me with the best solutions to address my injuries and physical health problems. Dr. Zach Rayburn is a standout Physical Therapist and very knowledgeable and skilled. His encouraging and upbeat attitude inspired me to do my best in PT exercises. His therapeutic techniques and manual therapy have relieved a lot of my pain and thankfully increased my mobility. I’d like to mention his assistant, Emiko, as she contributes to making a PT session a positive treatment experience. I really appreciate Emmy and Sean at the front desk. They’re communicative, courteous, and quick to get back on dates and times for appointments. In addition to PTs at this location, there is a kinesiology-minded expert and licensed massage therapist named Eric Rosario, who is a rise-above-the-rest professional whose skill and techniques contributed and made a difference in my recovery from pain and stiffness. Again, this is a great team to increase the odds of a successful recovery!

AL: One of the best massage therapists I've ever had. Very knowledgable on neck injuries, nerve pain, and strengthening exercises! I have 2 herniated discs in my neck, and they have helped me keep the pain to a very manageable level.

derik heal: Very caring and professional. Compassionate about their work!

Carolyn Ladniak: I’ve had a wonderful experience at IRG Physical & Hand Therapy. My therapist Chris has been super! He has really helped me regain mobility, range of motion and strength after knee surgery. He has provided the exact right amount of challenge without making it too hard. Very soon I will be able to go back to my regular exercises and activities. Yay!

Jon Gallant: IRG's physical therapist was knowledgeable, informative, and very helpful. I would recommend the IRG facility to others, and in fact have already recommended it to one friend.

Max Kingsbury: IRG and Dr Chris Edkins are amazing! I did PT here after having surgery to remove a fractured sesamoid bone under my hallux mtp joint and my experience with Dr Chris was great. He helped me with a customized PT routine that got me back to activity at a level I thought I would never reach again, faster than I thought possible. He was always asking questions to make sure the exercises were helping me recover as quickly and as comfortably as possible. The rest of the doctors and therapists there were also very kind and fun to be around. I will miss my appointments there! I would absolutely recommend it for anyone who needs to do PT.

Nareth Thoeun: The people work there they really have a good experience But the pick up the phone or return the call back they can't really slow.

Mark Mark: are amazingly professional, delight to work with, and very, very, very effective. Thank you!

GPT Greenwood Physical Therapy: what do users think?

mwilson2792: Katie Levinger was awesome! She’s knowledgeable, kind, and makes the workouts fun. A few months of sessions with her and I’m back to my regular activities!

Joshua Plotkin: I've been to PT for lots of issues. GPT Greenwood has been the most positive experience by far. Tons of early morning and late evening hours available, and the therapists themselves really listen to you, your needs, and your desired outcomes. They should be your next Physical Therapist!

James Radcliffe: I was diagnosed with insertional Achilles tendinosis, which caused a lot of pain and prevented me from jogging and boxing. I started seeing Megan Kehoe once a week and she helped me recover in about three months, which is a faster recovery time than my sports medicine doctor predicted. Megan was amazing and I can’t recommend her enough!

Erinn Flandreau: I had a great experience at GPT Greenwood! I worked with Josh for a knee injury, and he was very knowledgeable, supportive, and accommodating of my needs and specific goals. By the time I finished working with him, my knee was feeling a lot stronger and I was able to get back to all of my normal activities. He was also just generally a lovely human and fun to spend time with. The front desk staff were very nice, as well. I would highly recommend GPT Greenwood!

Brett Eaton: I've been seeing Megan C for post surgery rehab, but have had appts with most of the PTs over the course of my recovery. Each person that I've seen has done a fantastic job at listening and tailoring the appointment to my needs/abilities. I set a goal with Megan that I wanted to be in better shape post rehab than I was pre-surgery and appreciate that she pushes me extra hard at each appt to get the most out of our time. That said, she doesn't risk re-injury and has been careful to set boundaries for me in my exercises outside of PT to ensure I don't hurt myself. Every single person at GPT has made me feel welcomed, understood, and like I'm their number one priority. The front desk remembers me every time I walk through the door and other PTs I've seen before say hi. They make me feel like family.

Mike Bertrand: GPT came recommended by several friends and I had a great experience - Josh Parafina was awesome to work with. He helped me work out some back pain and adopt a regular strength training & cardio regiment that's given me more flexibility, movement, and energy overall. Thanks to Josh and everyone at GPT.

Pedro Torruella: This is an amazing Physical Therapy company. I am a runner and I started feeling pain after changing my running shoes. Megan K was amazing at troubleshooting the problem with me and coaching me through the recovery process. Also, they helped me navigate all the insurance related tasks. By the end of the treatment I recovered and also improved my running technique. Ever so grateful!

T Jewell: Joshua figured out why I was having hip pain and trained me how to do the home exercises that fixed it.

hugh barber: GPT is amazing! Everyone there is super friendly, totally professional and takes the time to make sure your recovery is as fast and complete as possible.

Yuyang Zhang: Been troubled with knee and lower back pain from MCL injury for years and unable to enjoy sports like basketball until I started to see Josh earlier this year. He not only customized the exercise plan for my condition and updated it as my recovery progresses but even tailored it to my specific functional needs in basketball such as lateral movement and change of direction. It didn't take long before I can play full court game without pain. Staff are all super nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

Brad Gochenour: Katie and the staff have been amazing. My daughter needed PT after another softball injury. We went to Katie when she was at a different provider. When the second injury came, we knew we had to seek out Katie. It took only 5 minutes to find where she had moved. I sent an email to Katie and she remembered my daughter as if it hadn't been 3 years since we saw her last! The staff at GPT also treated us as if we had been their returning clients as well.Great people to work with and they'll get you healed up! Make your appointment today. We are very thankful to Katie for her knowledge and services to keep our daughter from more serious injuries and possible surgeries.

Sally Holmes: I've been very pleased with my progress in ACL prehab with Josh. Plus, the front desk staff are always such a joy and scheduling is very easy. Big fan of GPT!

Dan Sato: My experience with GPT was first class. My PT, Josh, took the time to get to know me and what I wanted to achieve in therapy. He was unfailingly encouraging and supportive, and corrected my form when I got sloppy, consistently but kindly. But most importantly, my post-surgical right shoulder can now do anything my left can do!

Maddie Turay: Josh and the whole staff at GPT were great! Josh was personable and really spent the time educating me on my shoulder exercises. My shoulders and back feel better than they ever have.I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Josh!

Joseph Winzentsen: Megan is an amazing and attentive physical therapist. I had injured my neck, shoulders, and back/spine. I had little to no range of motion in my neck. Within a week or two of starting sessions I was seeing improvement. The injury sort of evolved from being focus on my neck, to my shoulder, to my spine. As time went on, Megan was able to quickly identify what muscle or nerves needed attention and adapted my program accordingly. The front desk was always friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend Greenwood GPT to anyone needing PT.

Christy Renee: After my bilateral knee surgery I went to GPT. I primarily saw Megan who was wonderful and pushed me just enough so that I continued to move forward in my recovery. I HIGHLY recommend GPT.

Jason Carlisle: Highly recommend Josh and the team at GPT. My shoulder had been bothering me for 6 months with limited mobility and pain before I went to GPT. After the first session, they gave me some new exercises and I was much better after just the first week. After six weeks, my shoulder was good as new, and they even fixed some lingering issues with my neck that I thought were beyond repair. They took my insurance, and getting signed up as a patient in their system was super straightforward. Definitely well worth it!

MoveMend: what do users think?

Katie Brempelis: MoveMend Physical Therapy is FANTASTIC! I highly recommend MoveMend to others and if I need PT in the future, will definitely be coming back here. To start, Maggie at the front desk is an incredible resource - very knowledgeable regarding dealing with insurance, super efficient with scheduling, and just a very friendly person to speak to when checking in! Regarding PT, I worked with Dr. Tanner Melnick to address PFPS in both knees. Due to an upcoming long-distance hiking trip, I only had just over two months available for PT. Dr. Melnick worked with me to develop a plan with tailored exercises to address my specific diagnosis and upcoming specific hiking-related strains I would be exposing my knees to. Even over the short course of PT, my knees noticeably improved and I’m almost 200 miles into my hiking trip and my knees are doing GREAT - almost no pain. In addition, Dr. Melnick is very personable and professional - he explains everything so I always understood why he was outlining the exercises he was choosing and what they would do for me. In summary, I cannot thank Dr. Melnick enough for helping to prep my knees in such a short timeframe and I give MoveMend my highest recommendation!

Stephanie Randle: After my ACL injury in 2023, I spent 1 year recovering with the help of Dr Sam Watkins. His patience, guidance and support helped get be back to being active and doing what I love!Dr Sam is a wonderful DPT who has experience and a great individualized plan for ACL Rehab. MoveMend also has an app that makes tracking next steps easy to do. When other injuries came up over my recovery, Dr Sam helped incorporate this into my knee rehab skillfully.I have recommended everyone I know to this group and would continue to! Thank you MoveMend!

Hailey Enns: I loved my time at MoveMend! John was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to work with. He got me from daily ankle brace to 5k in no time. He gave me all the tools I needed to get where I wanted to be!

Samuel Endres: Despite the fact that MoveMend is out of network for my health insurance, I have continued to receive care here. John, my PT, is fantastic. He is thoroughly prepared for each session, available to be reached by email between sessions, and highly motivated for me to recover from my injury and return to full ability. I have made big strides with John's help.I have to mention Maggie as well, who works at the front desk. She provides fantastic customer service at each visit, and goes above and beyond by taking extra time and effort to answer my specific insurance and billing questions.Couldn't recommend MoveMend more highly!

Jennifer Sarriugarte: John has been a great PT to help me get back to my activities after an injury! Really appreciate his expertise and steady pace.

Lauren Kawaguchi: Prior to working with Dr. Ly I had rather lackluster experiences with PT. He was very knowledgeable and realistic about how to manage and understand my chronic neck pain. He gave me practical additions to my routine, achievable long term goals, and help with shifting my mindset. Super chill and empowering experience overall—would recommend!

Anh Tran: I had the best experience with Mica and Movemend! I ended up needing PT for a year due to a torn LCL, then ACL...My PT program was flexible and incredibly personalized. Mica regularly set exercise programs into the Movemend app, which allowed me to do PT anywhere, in their facility gym, my local gym, and even a hotel gym while traveling. I would send her photos/videos of the hotel gym, and she'd adjust my program in the app based on the equipment available--that level of personalization goes above and beyond! The routines varied, which helped keep things interesting and helped me stay motivated. The Movemend app itself is built very well, with video instruction of exercises, built-in timers, and tracking of your previous weights. Mica is so knowledgeable, especially with ACL injuries. She's responsive, encouraging, and just a bright light when you're dealing with a crummy injury. I'm not quite back to where I was pre-injury yet, but I feel confident and strong, thanks to Mica and Movemend!

Claire G: I’ve been working with John at Movemend on a niggle in my hip since the end of last year. I appreciate John for his attention in listening to my issues and building a plan moving forward that fits in with my already busy schedule of running and skiing. He provides clear instructions and helps me a lot with my technique to get the most out of every exercise. I feel like I’m starting to see the benefits of the work we’ve been doing in our sessions so definitely recommend getting to see him!

Molly McNeely: I am so grateful to have been referred to MoveMend by a good friend. I see Dr. Mica as my PT, and it is hard to capture my appreciation for her in a few short words! She is an intelligent, empathetic, and empowering doctor and coach.I started going to PT for back pain and fracture in Spring 2023. I've been going to MoveMend about 3X/week since then, attending reservable open gym slots where I do the programmed PT strength-training workouts that Dr. Mica builds for me every month. As the cause of my injury was unknown and caused me a lot of worry, having this structure and her guidance for rebuilding strength and confidence has been transformational.I remember a specific moment when I was feeling very afraid for my health and recovery and communicating this to Dr. Mica. In response, she said, "It is my job to let you know if I see anything sinister." This took such a weight off my shoulders and is a testament to the level of care and responsibility Dr. Mica offers each of her patients.Lastly! The entire staff at MoveMend is kind, inclusive, knowledgeable, and supportive. I genuinely look forward to the friendly faces and feel very known and safe in this space. It was unexpected, but for me I think the small-community aspect of MoveMend is what makes it such a great place to train and grow.

Elyse Meade: Movemend and in particular Dr. Mica Riley were outstanding for my ACL rehab! As an athlete it’s really scary to have such a devastating injury, but seeing Dr. Riley and the rest of the Movemend team made it a lot more manageable. My plan is custom to me and my goals, and I have improved a lot over the course of my rehab and am looking to return to sport stronger and healthier than I’ve ever been. Movemend allows you to see multiple PTs at Open Gyms so that you can do your programmed workout with supervision, which was super helpful and in my opinion much nicer than just going to a normal gym. The whole Movemend team was extremely supportive and helpful throughout my recovery, and I felt so much better about my injury and return to sport. I also have more confidence knowing that I am seeing an ACL specialist who will test my knee appropriately so that my risk of re-tear is as low as possible, and who has taught me how to take care of my healthy knee as well. I also moved over the course of my rehab, and their virtual program has been outstanding and remains custom to me in a new environment. Dr. Mica Riley knows what she is doing and is extremely experienced, and has even gone through the injury herself. This has made it easy to trust her during my recovery, and I know she has my best interest at heart. I wholeheartedly recommend Movemend!

Jessica Glein: I’ve been going here for several years to work on chronic issues, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The therapists are kind and so very helpful - informed, thoughtful, and able to tailor sessions to specific needs and goals. The front desk staff is friendly and responsive. Again - cannot recommend highly enough.

Alex Tam: I had a telehealth call with Aaron Shaw. He's been doing this for decades with plenty of rock climbing clients. I definitely recommend scheduling with Movemend to find a good rehab plan for you.

Angel Zhou: I am so glad that I was recommended to MoveMend from a coach I worked with! Of the current MoveMend staff, I have worked with Dr. Sam Watkins and Dr. Tanner Melnick. It's been a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend MoveMend to anyone.I have worked with a number of physical therapists, and MoveMend is where I continue to return to. They go above and beyond to make sure I'm moving how I want to and achieving my active goals.I also want to highly commend the front desk staff - they are extremely responsive both to email and phone and are super friendly in person. If you are looking for a PT in the area, I'd recommend MoveMend!

Casey Brandon: are equally as mentally challenging as they are physically. I felt supported in both ways in my time at MoveMend and appreciated the workout plans developed for me and the positivity and encouragement along the way. Now i am back to running and playing ultimate frisbee again. I highly recommend MoveMend for anybody in need of physical therapy!

Luke Emery: Really thankful to have ended up here for rehab on my ACL. Dr. Watkins was always checking in and adjusting the program based on my progression. The recovery was long but the rehab experience felt very personalized. Everyone at the studio was also very friendly! Cannot recommend enough if you need PT

D S: I suffered a tibia avulsion fracture with damage to my ACL and meniscus. I was in a straight leg brace for over 6 weeks following my surgery and with little to no activity for nearly 3 months, I had significant muscle atrophy and limited flexibility. I received a recommendation to see Dr. Mica Riley at MoveMend Physical Therapy that was reaffirmed by my daughter, who had previously interned at MoveMend, that I was at the right place.I had a prior poor PT experience with a physical therapy franchise in which each session was with a different therapist having their own philosophy with no continuity or meaningful progress assessment. Not with MoveMend. Every rehab appointment has been one-on-one with Mica who understood my injury recovery needs and implemented a program and tracked all strength and knee extension and flexion progress. My knee flexibility was so limited when I started therapy I was fearful and concerned that I would never get normal extension and flexion back. The entire rehab process as been as much psychological as physical. I found it somewhat comforting to know Mica had experienced her own personal knee rehab experience and reassured me that I could reach my recovery goals.Mica encouraged and pushed me through each workout session so I could regain trust in my knees stability and strength. She assigned a challenging workout program each week of my recovery as I quickly progressed. Under Mica's clear direction, knowledge and motivation, I have regained near full knee flexiblity and pre injury strength.I played a round of golf with my son of Fathers Day without any physical limitation. I don't believe my knee recovery would be where it is today, without Mica's very knowledgeable guidance.

Matt Dubin: Thoughtful, caring comprehensive physical therapy following spinal surgery. Tanner has guided me through the recovery process and has helped me resume running and golf.

Cheri Curson Bowles: I am so grateful to Movemend and esp to Mica my physical therapist for the great experience I have had with them. I first started working with Mica two years ago after a surgical repair of my torn Achilles tendon. Over time, Mica has worked side by side with me through my Achilles tear, a total knee replacement, a foot surgery, and most recently hip and back pain. Mica is warm and caring, and always knowledgeable and professional. She was able to create challenging exercise programs for me while also taking into consideration my unique situation and previous injuries. She helped me learn to trust my body again. I just returned from a multi-day 34 mile hike that I would not have been able to accomplish without all the support from Mica. I can’t recommend Mica and Movemend enough.

Greg Kennelly: after a quad tendon tear. I was assigned Mica Riley at MoveMend. Mica was a terrific partner and coach throughout my recovery. She put me on a reasonable program to get my leg back to even better than pre-injury status. She challenged and supported me throughout the several months of PT. I have completely recovered and still keep-up the excellent exercise routines that Mica gave me. I am very grateful for Dr Wahl and his office, and also very thankful to MoveMend and Mica.
