E A: This is my go to shop for whenever I need something fixed tire wise and when it doesn’t make sense to say, mount 4 new ones at Costco. The owner here is amazing, knows his business and does great work. Three times I’ve had punctures plugged and all three times they’ve been perfect including right now, while I’m typing this, he was pleased with the original patch and so he did it again. Quick, cost effective and local. What else is there to say?

The man there had the tire off my car, repaired and back on my car in about 10 minutes like it was nothing. And he only charged me $10 for the repair. TEN DOLLARS!I will absolutely come back to this place when it's time to replace my tires. Thank you for the awesome service!

Gabriella DeMartini: In November I found a nail in my tire, was able to take it to tire house and they patched it quickly without having to take the tire off. Today, I found a bolt in a different tire and while driving the tire popped. Took my car to tire house, he found the old tire was unsalvageable, but was able to replace with a new tire. They remounted it on the rim and switched it with my spare. They are very quick and affordable. Also so thankful they are open on Sunday. I recommend tire house to all my friends in Seattle.

Kerry Flory: . Costco couldn't fit me in, so I waited until Monday morning. I showed up at 7:45AM and was 6th in line! They took my info within 15 mins of opening, and plugged the hole in the tire within another hour... ALL FOR FREE!!! Was so pleasantly surprised and grateful for this. I was so afraid it would set me back a couple hundred, which just wasn't in my budget. Even though I have a Costco membership, I'll be coming here for my tires when it's time!

Justin Dumo: Came in a couple hours from closing with no appointment looking to get non-oem sized tires put on my 4Runner. They had the tires in stock and got them mounted same day. Patricia up front helped me out the whole way and was a breeze to work with.
Alex Friedberg: Discount tire is great, but this location is overbooked, way too busy, and they left my windows down on the street once. Even with an appointment you should budget 30 minutes of waiting at dropoff and pickup. There's only one guy working the counter with a line out the door.

asha: Jeff and his team are amazing. They really helped me out. I'm a new costco member from December. Not sure how everything works yet but I got a flat tire on Tuesday night. I was stressed trying to get home. I went into costco tire center a half hour before they closed and asked if there's any way they can squeeze me in to help me put on my spare tire. They gladly helped me. I sat and ate food in the food court while they changed my tire out. I got my car back within 15 minutes and they didn't charge me. This was an amazing experience and I have nothing but good things to say about costco and their level of service.

DGS DGS: I had an honest disagreement with them about my tires. In the end I was wrong, but they gave me the disputed service for free. They wouldn't accept my money even when I insisted on paying them. This is old school customer service. I will never buy tires anywhere else. That free service is going to make them thousands because I am a customer for life.

First place I tried as a walk in for what I assumed would be new tires after I discovered a flat from a screw near the side wall, and I was lucky enough to be fit right in for four new tires to be placed that morning. They scheduled an Uber to Starbucks for me to work while I waited, and then scheduled an Uber back once my car was ready. Very thorough inspection / recommendations for needed services but absolutely no pressure at all to proceed with those services if I didn’t want to.

seattlejoe: Yeah I stopped by this place today to see if someone would help me disconnect my headlight assembly from the main wiring harness. I unbolted the right side assembly OK but I've been struggling for three days looking on YouTube for hints on how to unsnap the electrical connection with no luck. These things are tricky! I just went up to the front desk and explained my predicament to a guy named Javier. He stopped what he was doing and he and the other mechanic on duty came out to my van and with a small tool and with some finesse unlocked the connection. Javier let me park in the lot while I unbolted the assembly on the other side. Then he came back out and after some finagling, unsnapped the connection on that side. Afterwards, I offered him twenty bucks for his effort and when it looked like he wasn't going to accept it I insisted. I'm an old man and I used to work on cars a lot before they became computerized but I can still spot a sharp mechanic - and a generous one too. Javier and One Stop are my new shop.- Robin Hood

I brought my kids’ car back for an oil change and tire check and received great service again.Ultimately, both AWD cars needed a new set of tires. Carlos quoted me a fair price, but I had a cash-back offer on my credit card that would save me 20% for buying online. Carlos was very accommodating and said no problem with having the tires shipped to the shop for installation.I have been super happy with the service and quality of work at this shop. Highly recommend!

-Free: Went to this store to fix an issue with one of my tires. They did a great job with an affordable price. The other store that I went to before I went to JE wasn’t busy at all, and I told them what the problem is. they looked at me and told me it will only take 20 minutes and he will only make 25 dollars for fixing it, kind of hinted that it is not worth his time. And I told them I can pay a little extra because I really need the car the next day. He didn’t seem very interested, and I told them sure I will buy a tire as well, then he said he can do it. But I had to make an appointment for next day, and they don’t have used tires so they estimated something around 300-400 dollars. I left immediately and went to JE to try my luck, you know what? Guys here are very nice and friendly, also very efficient with their service. Took them about 20 minutes to fix the problem and I got a used tire for a good price. No appointments needed, no wait, just figured out the problem and worked on it, within half an hour I got my car and spent less a hundred dollars. Definitely recommend this place. Good job guys and hope your business gets better. Thank you for saving my time and money.

Shima Maceo: Why do flat tires always happen at the worst time? On a Sunday morning and travelling out of the country. Angel’s tire shop was open on Sunday. He was fast, helpful and friendly. He quickly figured out that our tire issue was a problem with the valve. As we were traveling back to Canada we appreciated that he helped us out so quickly and we were back on the road.

Sang: I’ve sent my car in twice. The first time was for an oil change and the second time was for an oil change, belt change, and brakes. I met with a different guy each time and they were both great. I asked them to look at my headlight, but after talking we decided not to since they weren’t confident about solving the problem. It feels like they are honest and do great work in a timely fashion. I’ll keep going back and definitely recommend them!
