Aaron Dodds: The staff were all very pleasant and willing to answer all questions and accommodations. It’s an adorable hotel with retro yet modern rooms. Very dog friendly, and even Leanne at the concierge’s desk made a special card for us with a welcome doggy gift bag!Nearby activities: Walking distance to pikes market and nearby eateries. Although since it’s in the financial district, a lot of the restaurants were unfortunately closed closed earlier in the evening even on a weekend, including viewing tower in the tallest building.
w d: We loved the hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The suite was clean and spacious.We booked the breakfast with our room and the Outlier restaurant was great! Food was always hot and fresh and the varied menu offered some excellent choices.The hotel has a great location within walking distance of anything we wanted to see. Would definitely come back when we are in Seattle again.

But the real MVP was Leanne Larkin, the concierge with all the insider tips. She hooked us up with tickets to the Museum of Pop Culture and other must-see spots, making our trip extra special.From the chic rooms to Leanne's top-notch service, Hotel Monaco Seattle exceeded our expectations. Next time we're in town, there's no question where we'll be staying. It's Monaco or bust!

Tera Jones: What a treat to stay here. The suite we stayed in was so comfortable and beautiful. I love how the bathroom was so separate from the bedroom. The building is absolutely incredible! I felt like i was in Downton Abbey. The location is, of course, excellent and mostly walking distance to where we wanted to go. Everyone was so friendly and even patient for the night we had a few cocktails. Room service was great also! Their breakfast is to die for. I'm a sucker for good eggs Benedict. The king crab benedict... wow. And the dining beyond that was exquisite as well.

Alejandro Wences: I had a good experience with the room, the parking and the amenities, no complaints about that. The room was spacious and the parking was incredibly convenient. The only thing is that they only let you pick up your package during certain hours and charge you for "processing" the package $10-$15 per package. I was more frustrated that the package wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website nor did the front desk even know I had a package so couldn't let me know of the hours the package needed to be picked up.
g c: The hotel is located across the convention center. It is also about a five minutes walk from the light rail which can be used for traveling to the airport. The room was clean and recently renovated. It was also well isolated from street noise.The shower design is faulty. When taking a shower some amount of water will end up outside the shower area on the floor. There is no door or screen that can block the water. The checkout time is too early, 11 AM, while checking in is late, 4:00 pm. Why having such a discrepancy?Overall I enjoyed the stay there and likely to stay there again in the future.

As a Globalist, I appreciated the well-recognized member benefits demonstrated by Jericho as I checked in.The standout feature was the impeccable service, particularly from the housekeeping team. Even though I kindly declined housekeeping for privacy, their daily discreet delivery of essentials without the need for requests like bottled water and towels, neatly packed in a bag left at my door, was impressive.Last but not least, the stunning downtown Seattle night view from the room added to the overall charm of the hotel.

GassingYouUp It'll be OK: are that the FEES are astronomical.I mean, when I booked it showed $260 a night, YET after all the city fees, the $50 a day valet charges and such each night was about $400.I live a little bit north of Seattle and did not expect to pay a tourism fee and all the other nonsense 🤣.So, just expect to pay a lot more when checking out, I didn't see any of these fees when booking.Other than the fees just watch out for any homeless outside. Every single time I went out homeless people would ask me for money and when I told them I only had a card they would yell at me and one man tried to throw a bicycle at me 😅.

Paul Manning: Chandra is one of the best desk staff I have ever seen, and had the pleasure to work with. She went far above and beyond to help me have the best experience I could get. Her recommendations were all spot on. She was like a desk clerk, concierge, and manager all rolled in to one person. If I ever make it back to Seattle I am definitely staying here again.

The pineapple and puppy themes are welcoming, comforting and entertaining.Rooms: Plenty of space including in the bathroom. Bed is very comfortable. Lighting in some places is a little poor. Easton Dillehay: We checked in here for our honeymoon and were given an upgrade by the awesome front desk staff. Our room was lovely and had a very nice view of the water. The location of the hotel is perfect and it’s such a cool historic place to stay. While Alaskan Way is currently closed, there is no traffic out front and it’s really nice to walk around and easy to get up to the city. It is comparably priced to all the other hotels downtown, so why not stay somewhere historic. The only downside is to go into town, you definitely go uphill.
Bryan Ross: Had our room reservation at the Edgewater,I was running 4 hours late from my train up to seattle.I called and spoke to Jesse told me no problem take your time enjoy Seattle we have your room ready,even asked if I needed anything before i even got their talk about service.Upon my arrival meet Jesse in person at the front desk Very polite asked if I needed anything else upon check in.I was catching the ferrie to Victoria the next day my only regret i didn't spend more time here ,this place is right on the water alot of Rock in Roll history going on here.5 stars isn't enough for this place wonderful staff great place to stay.Rooms: The Rooms are Unbelievable, we stayed at 3 places on our trip from LA to Seattle this place by far the best.Walkability: The clipper Ferrie going to Victoria is 5 min walk from the front door.Food & drinks: Had Drinks and appetizers great service and great food.

Located right in downtown Seattle, we were treated to breathtaking views of the Puget Sound while enjoying the vibrant scene by the water.But what made our stay extra special? Knowing that iconic musicians like The Beatles and Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam had stayed here too. It added an extra layer of excitement to our experience.The staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home, and the dining options were superb. lynda corbett: Connor took my reservation, was very helpful when I asked about the hospital shuttle. He informed me the hospital no longer had a shuttle and most people used Uber. He said he would help me set it up when I arrived because I needed a 5:15 am pick up. In the meantime I was able to set up a Uber pick up. But Sean was on duty when I checked in and noted the ride info. Sean also informed me that upon my return I needed to come to the front desk to have my access card reprogrammed after being at the hospital. He also wanted to know what floor and room location I desired. Although I was unable to partake of the breakfast due to hospital restrictions, it was nice knowing it was available along with a bar and bistro from 4 to 10 pm. Kristin Guthrie: the next day and we live hours away so I booked a stay at silver cloud- but I booked the wrong date in my panicked state. When I realized my error it was as we were arriving, on the WRONG DAY. Greg was professional, helpful, and gracious in fixing MY mistake and making sure we had a great room. I am so thankful and relieved- we will stay here every time we come to the hospital for procedures.The location is also very convenient for UW parents and for next level dining and shopping. Thank you again, Greg, for going above and beyond to save the day and our stay!
Lexi Lawson: Silver Cloud Hotel offered one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. Their complementary breakfast was always flavorful, fresh, and well stocked. We had a family member in the hospital and they were so accommodating to adjust our hotel reservation. The housekeeping was excellent and prompt with any needs. I strongly recommend the Silver Cloud Hotel as a place to stay if you're visiting Seattle's University District.

Serena Armiento: in downtown Seattle. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff is very friendly and happy to answer any question about Seattle. The hotel offers breakfast and brunch and has a partnership with the restaurant Andaluca for lunch and dinner. The hotel has a gym, laundry service and room service. The hotel is very conveniently located, everywhere you have to get to is either a short walk or a short bus trip away.
Michelle Paul: Very lovely hotel super close to the Westlake link station and only a few blocks from the Amazon spheres and Pike Place Market. It was a quick 8-minute walk to the market and my favorite restaurants by the spheres, and I didn't have to drag my luggage too far from the train station.Check in was very smooth, the staff were super friendly, and the city view classic queen bed room I got was very cozy. Super comfy bed and pillows, and the heating was so nice on such a chilly weekend.I chose this hotel due to its great location and the fact that Oliver's Lounge, the hotel bar, is opened until late and looked incredibly cozy for a late-night drink. I've stayed at several hotels in the area over the years, and I think I may make this one my go-to. It's relatively small and quiet, and it feels both cozy and elegant, and I loved the hotel bar, which is right next to the elevators and so very convenient.
Sherzod Muminov: This is a classic hotel in a very good location in Seattle. I liked the style and furnishings, though some furnishings and fittings clearly showed age. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the view from the window was great. The staff, from the cleaners and receptionists, were helpful. I liked my stay very much.There was very little that I didn't like: maybe the fact that some of the elements are showing their age. This can be a beautiful thing as long as things are functional - and they were! Also, I think a hotel of this price can do better than provide bars of soap - shower gel alongside shampoo/conditioner would be better. But this is a minor complaint.

Madison Plummer: and everything went wrong. Traffic set us back an hour so we were late to the show, and then, we couldn’t find parking. Thankfully, Anthony found us a parking spot which really saved us. The next morning on our way home, I realized I forgot my wedding rings in our room, 2 hours after checking out. I called, and Anthony found them and held them for me until we could make our way back to the hotel. I will forever be thankful for the patience and kindness he and the rest of the staff showed us. Our dogs were also treated really well, our room was clean, bed was comfy, and it was a great location. Thank you!
