Kells Irish Restaurant & Bar: what do users think?

Megan Thee Myth: Popped in for a drink after a trying day at the market. The drinks were delicious. The bartender VERY friendly. The overall atmosphere was great.

Aaron Ahearn: The owners want you to remember what a great time is about, this location has five bars, plenty of seating, great authentic Irish food. The staff have been here for years and that is how you know a great location, by how long their employees stay.Kid-friendliness: Children are always welcome and encouraged

Nigel Bush: . the owner came to help with the stage mic and the 2 bartenders, managers, Amanda and Elfin

Jessica Sharp: We sat in the outside patio area which was nice on the super warm day we went. The ambiance was relaxing and we could hear the live music from next door at the tasting room. Our waitress was super attentive and really friendly. The food was fantastic! We had the baked Brie that came with soda bread and fruit. My husband had the flat-iron that was cooked perfect and I had the seafood pasta that was fresh and full of flavor. We each had a beer that was just as good as the food. We will definitely be back and would totally recommend the place for a laidback dining experience.

Lilly Peterman: Very good assortment of food and drinks. Bar/restaurant vibes, good spot to eat before going to a sports game, but I would say it leans more restaurant then bar. Sun hits the front patio in the afternoon just right, so I recommend this place in the afternoon if you want to sit in the sun and good people watching. I work in the Smith Tower and come here for drinks and tater tots strictly. I get takeout tots all the time and it would come in a long rectangular to go box, I just ordered the tots again and for the same price they cut the serving size in half, now its in a small square box.

Diva Dia: My friend and I went here on St. Patrick’s Day and the food was amazing just like always. I was excited to see a Irish band come play during our visit. Since we went on St. Patrick’s Day, there was a lot going on. I have been here in the past and absolutely had to get the sheppards pie again it is literally perfection! This time I wanted to try some thing new, so we also got a Reuben to split and some delicious corn beef patties that came with a yummy not too spicy horseradish sauce on the side, every time I come here have an amazing experience and the food is always to die for. I enjoyed the novelty drinks they had for St. Patrick’s Day as well. This time we decided to sit outside as we normally dine in it was a perfect day with the sun out and mild weather. I must admit the patio was a bit crowded, but at the same time it was a holiday. I don’t believe that it is the same on a normal day. I have been here many times now and will continue to go anytime. I want some good Irish food. This is the best place I’ve had thus far.

Chris H: Great service, great food, and great beers!

Jessica Hankins: Door Dash order. The Boxty were perfectly fried and warm. Good sauces. Adding the mettuce garnish to the to-go order made the bottom of the pefect boxty a little soggy. The irish stew was everything I could hope for. Traditional comfort food done right. The only downside was no plasticware or napkins, even, and no option to select as an add-on item. How do you eat irish stew without utensils? I ended up using the soda bread I purchased and the accompanying butter lid.I would try again, after the plastic cut on my lip heals!

Kim: Delicious Guinness and Cake Codder. Reuben Sandwich was exactly as a Reuben should be! The corned beef, sauerkraut, and sauce were amazing without resulting in a messy sandwich. The fish and chips would be amazing IF the breading on the delish fish was not so thick and cloying. The servers and host were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. Get on over there for a good meal and good time.

Mariah Peck: Fun Irish style bar with live music! Had a lot of fun!

Rick Carpenter: Essential Seattle. Period. One of the last great surviving downtown watering holes with mostly-free live music. Solid prices...especially cheap for downtown. It feels like a hidden treasure, and in fact it is. Ideal walking proximity to Seahawks/Sounders/Mariners stadiums, and even closer to the waterfront ferries.Parking: Scarce to none

Murphy's Pub: what do users think?

Pat V: Food is good. The drink selection is as wellThe atmospher is ok could be improvedStaff is nice. Update, since I was last there the menu seems to have changed. There are fewer vegetarian and virtually no vegan options. Staff was friendly. The fireplace was lite which was nice on a rainy day. I was there with a vegan friend and after a drink we decided to go some place eles to eat dinner.

Aya Kawahara: The atmosphere is really nice and the owner and staff are really awesome! I love this place! The atmosphere is great too! The owner and staff are great! It's my favorite place!

Fiona Tracey: On a quiet Wednesday night, the atmosphere at this pub transported me to Ireland with its charming decor and lively music. Despite being short-staffed, the bartender was fantastic-friendly and helpful. Although the kitchen was closed, I enjoyed a delicious draft cider. A pleasant experience overall, and I appreciated the welcoming ambiance.

kathyrn Palomino: We went because we heard the food is great pub food. The place was completely packed and we couldn't get seated. We will try again another time.

Herman Garza: Right away service was too...so far right when I walked in..he asked what I was drinking....but it took quite here .for a bar lol service A1 though! Staying the rest of the he game for that alone

Kim Jones: Great service. The happy hour would be good if the cooks wouldn't consistently over cook everything to the point of not being edible. I really don't get it and it's frustrating. Unfortunately after the food is served, the staff doesn't check back to see how everything is, so you pretty much stuck with what you get. Hopefully your not hungry, because if you are, you'll eat what you can and move on to the next place to the next place to fulfill what you didn't get here.

Colton Colbert: Atmosphere: 4/5

Ismael Perez: I love this place especially Mike is a sweetheart.

Finn MacCool’s Irish Public House: what do users think?

Holly: If you’re seeking an authentic dive bar experience near the college campus, look no further than Finn MacCools. Here’s why you should belly up at Finn MacCools: For Guinness lovers, Finn MacCools is a haven. The taps flow with the dark elixir, and the pints are poured with care. Whether you’re nursing a pint solo or clinking glasses with friends, the Guinness here is as authentic as it gets. There is always something happening here for events so check out their website to see what is happening. Watch all the UW games here. Don’t expect gourmet dishes; Finn MacCools keeps it simple. Sandwiches, fried food, and pints of beer are the order of the day. It’s comfort food that pairs perfectly with your pint. We got the quesadilla to share, and it was plenty. They have daily specials and happy hour so it’s a great spot for cheap bar food. The service was good too and the employee was extremely nice. We went on a Saturday afternoon, so it wasn’t very busy. On game days and events, it’s usually packed!

Broderick Robertson: Reilly is the best bartender, place would be mid without himRecommended dishes Tortilla Soup …

nelbgarrido: Looking for a place with great food and drinks, where the prices on drinks are unbeatable and the DJ plays fantastic beats? Look no further than this spot! With its lively college atmosphere, it's the perfect spot to hang out with friends. The only downside is that the bathrooms could use a little more attention in terms of cleanliness. But don't let that deter you from enjoying all the other great things this place has to offer!

Brian M. Demkowicz: Went on a quiet night for fish 'n' chips and a beer. Food was good, served quickly and hot! Beer was reasonably priced and contrary to some of the other reviews, served in glass, not plastic cups. The place isn't fancy, and yeah, the tables are a little sticky, but I'd pop in again on a quiet night. I'm sure the place is a madhouse when UW is in session, but I went while the school was on winter break and there were only a handful of people at the bar and we were the only ones in the dining area. Service was friendly enough.

Alfred Stanza: This bar is amazing and super fun! Definitely for college students mostly but I miss Shannon please bring her back she was the best bartender here

Jonathan Pass: We come back time and time again for the great pub fare and the happy hour specials.Update: quiet on a Tuesday but as always great drinks, good food, not expensive.

Mulleady's Irish Pub: what do users think?

Dan Hoyt (Higgs-Boson): Really cool little Irish pub. Food is really good, but I would think they would have more Irish beers on tap! I bet expensive, but then, everywhere in the city is nowadays, so there you go.Parking: They're a street parking available, but it is a highly occupied residential area and can be difficult to find parkingWheelchair accessibility: Reasonably accessible to those with mobility impairments

justin coble: Great neighborhood bar

Ben Graham: The Mulleady's Burger was the absolute best burger I've had in quite some time. The sausage rolls, salad, and fries with truffle oil were also delicious.I definitely look forward to going back and trying more stuff from the menu.

Allison Price: Vegetarian options: Roasted Cauliflower is 🔥Kid-friendliness: Very family friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Side door offers wheel chair accessibility

Evan: Food was tasty, service was smooth, ambiance was chill...though often punctuated by a child's outburst.Parking: Residential neighborhood street parking. Very few spots available.

Madrona Arms: what do users think?

Doug M: Madrona Arms is a great neighborhood pub/restaurant. The beer selection is nicely thought out and changes regularly, featuring independent craft breweries. The food has been consistently good for the last few years. The service isn’t always super fast, but if you’re there to relax then it’s no problem. The people are very nice.

Kimberly Pham: Living in the area, I've passed by this bar countless times but never had the opportunity to visit until St. Patty's Day. I finally decided to give it a try, and it was a blast! They featured live music, tap, and sean nós dancing, along with outdoor seating arrangements. Despite the busy day, the service was exceptional and attentive. A fantastic neighborhood bar indeed!

Tristan Ingold: Sully’s in Queen Anne is a gem, a perfect spot to grab a beer and some eats with a couple friends. They offer a small selection of draft beers plus all of the classic canned beers that you’d expect from a Seattle bar. They serve well-poured shots and dive bar cocktails and mixed drinks. The staff is polite and will interact with you in you’re sitting at the bar. I’d recommend getting in early on a Friday night and staying for an early dinner and drinks. They have a couple of tvs playing sports. The place is small but there is plenty of bar and table top seating. In the spring and summer the front of the bar opens up into the street.Vegetarian options: They do have non-meat dishes.Dietary restrictions: They are able to accommodate if you mention it.Parking: You’ll have to find parking on the Main Street out front. It’s valid for two hours.Wheelchair accessibility: The bar is on the first floor or street level and can be accessed by wheelchair but it is tight inside.

Lewis Jefferson: This is our spot post Softball games at Queen Anne field. Always hit the outdoor patio.Parking: Just park on the street or probably Uber lolWheelchair accessibility: No stairs so wheelchairs are good to go.

Silvia Ardila-Jimenez: . Wednesday's music bingo is fun. Definitely a place where the local go for a pint, to chat, and unwind.

Ryan Jones: Stopped by here for dinner after being in the city for the night.. Seemed like one of the best crowd pleasers for our larger group.. It is located more or less in the mall with the patio on the sidewalk.Excellent happy hour prices and menu, which we all appreciated. Ordered largely off of that. Drinks were standard, food was I would say average and unremarkable..Service was excellent and attentive, which is also more noticeable in a larger group.Above average experience with nothing coming out exceptionally positive or negative.

Anna Nikitina: Another Irish gastropub in Seattle that really pleased me! Very decent home cooking. The sausages were perfectly fried, the mashed potatoes were fluffy, the vegetables revealed their flavor perfectly, and the lemonade was simply excellent! Glad I discovered this placeNote for Russian speakers: a very nice, friendly place with excellent cuisine, ideal for everyone who misses home-made potatoes

Korra Sanderson: So all I had was the green salad and the mozzarella sticks. But both were incredibly good. The mozzarella sticks were fried perfectly and weren't too greasy. The salad was mixed greens but had arugula, tomatoes, cucumbers and croutons. It was topped with a vinegrette that had basil in it. One of the better salads I've had at a restaurant. My boyfriend and his friends enjoyed their meals and their beers as well, the staff are really nice. We got served by Bryce. That guy deserves a raise. We will definitely be coming back.Vegetarian options: Salad. Mozzarella sticks. Sweet potato fries.Dietary restrictions: Heavy on meat and dairy. Salad was really good. Didn't see a vegan option beyond that and the fries.
