Or ask the employees what specials they have before booking. They do "require" an 18% gratuity, which I think is unfair, especially if the service wasn't very good. Instead, why doesn't the company just pay their people a good living wage? Their prices are rich enough. For this reason I just go for services that are a must or on sale.

If you are interested in their process, they are always more than happy to teach you about the products, how to use them properly, and how they will benefit you. If you want to feel extra pampered, the Hydrafacial is luxurious. It will leave your face hydrated, clear, bright, and plump like a newborn baby. If you opt for a dermaplaning, you can be confident that your aesthetician will have a precise and deft hand. They use extremely sharp surgical steel razors that will completely exfoliate off the top layer of dead skin cells and peach fuzz without scratching your face or causing excessive irritation. Every aesthetician I’ve worked with at Ananya is highly knowledgable, gentle, and professional. I do like to ask for Naomi if she’s available, but truly everyone I’ve met here is fantastic!Your aesthetician may leave a couple of skincare product recommendations for you at the counter. I’m a big fan of the Eminence line they carry as it’s super gentle, clean, and affordable. The lip treatment trio, strawberry rhubarb hyaluronic masque, and hyaluronic hydrator all are on repeat for me.Massages:I’ve had relaxing Swedish massages, and intense deep tissue massages here alike. Both have been positive experiences. For the past year, I have been seeing Jay once a month for deep tissue, and this has done WONDERS for chronic migraines and tension headaches. I swear, Jay is akin to a magician! They have helped release years of muscle tension caused by anxiety, constant high heel wearing, and teeth grinding. I truly can’t recommend them enough. Your massage therapist will listen intently to your needs and concerns to provide you with the most beneficial experience based on their expertise. True experts in their field. Don’t snooze on the add ons as they can really enhance your massage. Personally, I like to opt for the CBD oil when I’m getting a deep tissue massage. Hot rocks and Gua Sha are also fun choices for inflammation and relaxation. Make sure you schedule time after your massage to rest, and drink lots of water!Misc.I’ve never had an issue finding street parking on Elliott right out front.I really can’t recommend Ananya enough!

Diane and Stacey have been experts in guiding me to select the best services that are appropriate for my skin. They are honest and very professional. I have received Botox and filler from Diane about four times, and recently saw Stacey for Morpheus 8. I can already see the results from the Morpheus 8 after just one treatment. I will definitely continue to be treated by the skin spirit staff. The environment is warm and sophisticated, the staff is very professional and timely. Very clean and beautiful facility. Botox around brow bone and eyes, filler in lips- looks very natural.

Ailsa was my esthetician, and she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was a very nice person to socialize with. She has also recommended some helpful tips for my dacial routine. During the facial, it was super relaxing and comfy, and after the facial my face felt very soft, firm, and definitely more hydrated. If I live in the area, this will be my go to place and will definitely have confidence in Ailsa. 100% recommended.

Jobrina Ellison: While visiting Seattle from out of town, I visited Nordstrom Spa for a pedicure. I had Jib and she was phenomenal. The pedicure room is a private room with relaxing lighting and music. I’m normally jumping out of the chair because I’m ticklish, but she applies the perfect amount of pressure so that I wasn’t uncomfortable once. What sets it apart is the massage that accompanies the pedicure; well beyond any salon or spa I’ve experienced. Wonderful experience!

I wouldn’t say it’s a full blown massage, there is definitely massage techniques but the main focus is the use of essential oil/aromatherapy and she worked along my spine as well as my legs. The treatment is supposed to promote alignment and balance in the body.My back had some aches due to me sleeping incorrectly and the pain was gone by the time the treatment ended. It also created this awesome cooling/warming/tingling sensation all over my body and she used a lot of hot towels in the service as well.Both ladies were really sweet and checked in with how I was feeling often throughout my treatments.I already booked my next facial for a month out!

Once they feel safe to resume, I highly recommend a 15-30 min steam prior to massage. Absolutely heavenly!Added bonuses are their parking garage and easy online scheduling and/or rescheduling. It was my birthday gift from my husband. Got up and left. Was told they would check the call when I made the appointment and get back to me. Have not heard from them since.
